    Gary and James came today to install our new AC system. I felt like the options were well explained when we made the decision to replace, and then the new system was installed in less than a week. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Gary also really made an effort to get us the best deal for our money as we talked about the options and the timing of the install. The new system looks great and Gary even took some extra time to make sure some abnormalities were resolved with our thermostat after the install. Ive had technicians from other companies who make you feel rushed at the end of the job and who may not answer your questions or make sure you are totally comfortable that your problems are resolved. Gary wasnt like that at all. He really wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be calling Craigs in the future.

    We had Craigs come highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! Evan was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done better than we had hoped! Gary came to lend a hand with the last couple of units and he was also great! We were so happy with the service provided and plan on having them back next year to help us maintain our system. We have used several other companies in the past and havent been really happy with their services. So glad we finally found Craigs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality heating and cooling services at competitive prices!!

    Weve had Craigs Services install our furnace about four or five years ago. We enjoyed their service so much that they were the first people we called when we wanted a bid to install a humidifier. When I called to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. And Gary, the technician who came to do the bid for us, was so knowledgeable and very patient when answering all of our questions. We couldnt have asked for nicer people to do business with. We recommend them highly!!!

    We were so impressed with Gary and Craig’s Services! They were so fast and got the job done efficiently. Gary was professional and so knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best value. We were anticipating weeks and we were impressed that we could get it started the next day! We have already referred Craig’s out to several family and friends and will be using them again for any needs we have have in the future!

    We called Craigs because we had a previous experience with one of their quality repair guys coming over. At the previous visit, we discussed that the furnace would need to be replaced, soon.Today was the day that the furnace started giving us problems again. Because of the low-pressure, non-salesman-like discussion wed had before, and because of the quality of the repair, we didnt hesitate to call Craigs again.Gary came over today. We discussed a possible quick repair as well as replacement options. Gary also impressed me with his low-pressure, non-salesman-like attitude during the discussion. He explained options very well, and he made sure that he understood our family and financial situations.It is obvious that Gary is doing this job because he wants to help people. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I and my wife feel very comfortable with our choice to replace. The same goes for the choice of which replacement to go with. I hope to edit this review with information of how we will like our new furnace.

    What a great company!! Many thanks to Luke, Gary, Riley and the others who just finished the install of our new HVAC system. We were fortunate that we were able to get them out to temporarily fix our old system while we waited for our new install. Very friendly from our initial call to Jackie, to Luke and Riley trouble shooting and helping us with our options, to Gary and the whole crew spending the day with us on the install. An amazing company that was very customer friendly, fair and just did a great job! Thanks again!

    This company impressed me from the moment I called. The receptionist who answered my call was so helpful and very kind, which was needed after the day I was having. Then, I was surprised at how quickly they were going to be able to send someone over to assist me. I had someone at my home within the hour I called. Gary came to the rescue! He was able to complete the work Dominion Energy said they could not do. Gary also showed me where my hot water heater was leaking and educated me about the rebates and tax breaks given when I replace my water heater and furnace. I had a few more question and he was able to answer them. Then to further demonstrate this company’s awesome customer service, Gary brought in my small Amazon package that was delivered as he was leaving because he knew it was difficult for me to get because my leg is in an immobilizer!! I am absolutely impressed with the amazing experience I had from beginning to end with this company. Highly recommend!

    Called Craig’s Service with furnace issues. They were able to fit me in next day. Received a call back, they could come same day. Had to order a part, came back next day to install.     My water heater was leaking and Gary responded to our rescue in a matter of minutes. Gary saw the tank corrosion quickly. He gave us a fair estimate for the necessary repairs. Gary did a very professional job as he quickly removed the old water heater and put in the new. He was very pleasant. He didnt make a mess. Best of all he stuck to his estimate! I would highly recommend Gary and do trust him and his work. I definitely would call and ask for Gary personally to take care of our HVAC & plumbing needs. These days its hard to find craftsman as reputable as Gary!

    Great experience with this team, from start to finish. The initial call was pleasant and helpful. I received a call from the technician at the expected time, and he was able to arrive early to our appointed time. Brayden was kind, and explained our options well. The repairs were completed quickly, and I was so impressed that I signed up for a annual service agreement. I would recommend them to friends and family.

    Needed a new GfWA furnace in the bitter cold if January 2023 and the came the next day to install. Friendly, honest and professional. I also had a new AC installed at the same time. In May, they needed to come back to get the AC connected and the technician Gary came with someone he was training and both were so great. Gary explained everything and why another visit was required. They were both very nice and professional. Great experience in every way. Thank you!

    Gary helped us out when our AC wasn’t keeping up during a really hot spell. He showed up on time, talked us through the issue and had it resolved within an hour. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Craig’s has gone above and beyond to make working with them easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend!

    We requested a quote on a humidifierAnd appreciated the options explained to us and the pricing that was given to Us. Gary also took the time to look at a system fault indicator that was popping up on our thermostat and did a quick check just to see if he could quickly identify the problem for us.     Gary, Luke and his crew did our outdated Central Air and Furnace. The Air Conditioner was totally shot. These wonderful people started at 8:30 in the morning and finished at 6:45 only taking a small break. Talk about dedication and willingness to please their customers in the hot temperatures. This Lenox is energy and cost effective with today’s High priced living.     Jeremy and James were prompt to be here early and super friendly. They explained everything and worked quickly. I ended up with a new water heater after mine went out, and after getting several quotes, I chose this company because they were better priced and offered a guarantee. They cleaned up the look of my pipes during the install, making it look great. I would definitely recommend them! year later... James is back to do a flush of my water heater. He was early and quick to get it done. I would still highly recommend this place.

    Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the mother board was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldnt ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craigs HVAC service. Its nice to be warm again.

    We came home from being out of town and our home was over 90 degrees inside. Craigs service was the first place we called as our neighbors had just used them. The person that answered said they would have a service person to our home in about 30 minutes. James arrived shortly after. He was professional and knowledgeable. With the age of our home the best option was to replace our AC and furnace. James clearly explained our options and helped us decide what was best for our home and budget. The next morning James came back and the furnace was Installed. Due to needing to order our AC unit they installed a temporary unit that day to keep our home cool. One week later they came back and installed our new AC unit. Let’s just say it works great and keeps our home cool. Prior to leaving James ensured all of our questions were answered. There were even follow up calls to make sure we were doing good. We would highly recommend Craig’s service based on our experience. Our home is cool again and we have the peace of mind we will be good for years to come. Thanks to Craig’s and James for their great service!!

    Craigs Services is great. Weve had them out to check up and fix our AC unit, furnace and water heater before. Make sure to ask about their Elite Membership. Of all places Ive called theyve been the best at coming out in a timely manner and getting things done. When our AC needed to be repaired or replaced they were great at laying out all the options and not being pushy. Very professional and respectful technicians that do a great job.When I called Any Hour services they had a great deal on an AC tune up but the earliest they could schedule us was three months out! Ive used Any Hour services in the past and they are great too but for the Bountiful region Craigs services seem to be a lot quicker response and availability rate. When I called Craigs services they were able to come out the next day, as opposed to three months out.

    Im 100% happy with the new AC. The three things I looked before hiring anyone was, in this order, quality work, timeliness, competitive cost. I believe Craigs satisfied all three. Without hesitation I would recommend this business to me friends and family. I think I probably got their best team too. Gary, Brayden, Spencer and Evan did outstanding work. They came when they said they would, did an excellent job and cleaned up after. Totally satisfied!

    Our AC went out at the worst time. Craigs got an appointment for us quickly. From talking to the office staff who were super friendly and helpful, to working with JAMES.JAMES was fantastic, professional knowledgable, answered all our questions and helped us decide what option was best for our home.     I cannot recommend Craigs highly enough. They are extremely competitive on price and they get you scheduled very fast. They also have fantastic service, I initially needed a bit more coolant put into my new system they had installed, Bryan, the owner, responded to my text on a Saturday when he was out of town and had Noi, his tech, come out Sunday morning to take care of me. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my behalf of the AC unit that was installed and the capabilities. Bryan and the lead installer both called me to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Everyone I got to work with through Craigs was awesome.

    Gary and Brayden were phenomenal. They diagnosed our ac problem quickly, and offered us some choices for the future, as our ac and furnace is very old!     Our AC stopped working on Wednesday evening. Brayden came on Thursday and on Friday we had the entire Craigs Services team installing our new AC and Furnace units. Brayden, Gary, Spencer, Luke, Evan, and Howard did an amazing job for us. They were professional, friendly, respectful and they gave great customer service. My husband and I had picked up sandbags from the city and Gary and Howard helped us unload the sandbags and put them in our back yard. They really went the extra mile all the way around. We are so happy we went with Carigs Services and will definitely use them again and again.

    Craig’s Services has always treated us well. Weve been a customer for over 10 years and have no reason to use another heating and air service provider. Most recently, Craigs came out to service our furnace. They offered a fair price and came to our house the very next day. I called another service provider for pricing and felt like they were going to take me, like some auto mechanics have done. Try to up sell me on something I dont need and find a problem that doesnt really need to be fixed just to charge more.Craigs is upfront and honest. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. I highly recommend Craigs!

Were friendly and courteous as they proceeded to check my AC which was not working at the time They performed a diagnostic check on all areas to determine what was needed to get the AC back in service.     My entire HVAC unit died recently and so I called around. Most places couldn’t come out for a few days, but Craig’s had an opening the same day from a cancelation. Gary came and did his best to get it running, but it was obvious that we needed to replace the 22 year old system. Gary, Luke and James came and did the install just a couple days later and were very efficient in getting it all done. The best part was that they left the place better than when they arrived!     Craigs Heating was amazing. My experience with them was unlike working with other contractors that can be difficult and take forever. Bryan was quick to respond, fabulous to work with, and delivered a very timely, cost effective, and quality product. They were able to get my work completed far faster and easier than I ever dreamed. The installer was pleasant, happy, took extra care to protect the rest of my home, didnt leave any garbage, didnt charge more for the extra effort it took to customize and provide extra parts for my installation and let me know when everything was complete.     The first snow of the year coincided with our 30 year old furnace giving up the ghost. Never a thrill in the run up to the Holidays. We contacted Craigs and spoke with Jackie who took care of getting our service rep out as soon as she could. Evan arrived the next morning gave excellent advice, explained what had happened to our furnace and presented us with all our options. He included everything in the cost of the project and why and created trust through knowledge. We completely recommend Craigs and are looking forward to central heat again

    We needed a new furnace and A/C (both were 26 years old and on their last leg). Craig’s was quick to respond to a bid request (they came by the same day we called, and we called late in the day!).The bid they gave us was cheaper than the other bids while at the same time it also provided a larger BTU furnace with a higher efficiency rating and an A/C with a higher SEER rating than the competitors bid.They also gave us multiple options for systems to install, all of which were cheaper than the competitors. They were even able to install the entire system the following day! We will definitely be using Craig’s again for any future needs!

    My service technician Evan has been amazing to work with on multiple projects. Hooking up exterior gas lines, repairing a water heater, and HVAC preventative maintenance are some of the jobs I hired Craig’s Services to do and have worked with him on all of them. I was especially impressed with Evan’s knowledge, follow up, and interest in troubleshooting our newish water heater that stopped working intermittently. He was able to get the water heater running and followed up multiple times directly to make sure everything was good.

    Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. Brian came that night to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately he couldnt fix it that night and it needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the furnace as well, since they were both old. Craigs came early on Monday morning and efficiently replaced both the AC unit and furnace. They were very polite and put down towels so they didnt dirty my house. They were friendly and answered my questions. They were all finished by 2 pm. I am happily back in an air-conditioned home and so grateful!

    Had Craigs Service come out to fix our AC. The unit kept tripping off. Ryan inspected the unit and determined that the compressor failed and was leaking refrigerant everywhere. He was very thorough in his explanation, ant the cost to fix vs new. Recommended a new since the unit was 14 years old and at the expected life. He provided the information to replace with a new AC including recommended size and models. Their installer was there the very next morning and worked to install a new AC unit by end of day as promised. They were very professional and timely. Clean up afterward was thorough. Would highly recommend.

    Furnace broke down in the heat of summer. Called Craigs and they were up later that day. Turned out both the furnace and the AC had reached the end of their life span. Bryan came to the appointment, gave me all of my possible options, and got the work done right away. In order to have my AC up and running by the end of the next day he had most of his team at the house working to get it done. Great work, very professional and friendly, prices were as competitive as anywhere else I searched. Recommend Craigs for any issues you are having!Update: Apparently my appliances had a secret pact to leave this world together, and at the worst time possible. Just months after the HVAC debacle, and this time with freezing temperatures outside, my hot water tank cracked and departed this world for the next. I was on the road for work and trying to get the hot water back on ASAP for the fam. Called Craigs and Eric came up, assessed the situation and gave us our options. We decided to update to a tankless system. This was quite the job, but Eric and the guys at Craigs spent about 11 hours getting it up and running that day, thus keeping my marriage intact. Excellent service again! That being said, Id like to go more than a few months before I need to have them replace anything else!Update 2.0. Had a plugged up kitchen sink. Tried calling 4 different plumbers and couldn’t even get a call back. Then I thought of Craig’s (didn’t know they also did plumbing). They called me promptly back, were at the house the next day and Jeremy fixed the sink like new. Craig’s continues to be our local favorite.

    Very impressed. These guys really aim to please.     We are so impressed with Craigs Superior Appliance. The customer service was wonderful. She was sympathetic that our air conditioner was not working in 90 degree weather. She apologized that they could not come by until tomorrow, but promised if they had an opening earlier she would send them. Four hours later a friendly serviceman showed up. He pointed out the problem and showed my husband a couple things he could do himself to fix it to save us his hourly labor charge. He only charged their service fee for coming out to evaluate it. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Bryan and Wes came out again the same morning that I called. They spent over 1.5 hrs troubleshooting, improving and repairing several areas. They did NOT charge me for an additional service call only for the coolant added. Considering the time they spent and work they did they probably lost $$$ on this deal.

    I called a couple of other places before Craigs, but they couldnt make it out the same day, so I ended up with Craigs, and I was glad that I did. It is a family business; not so commercial as some others around. I appreciated that the charge to come and look went towards the cost of the repair.     After working with this company to install a new a/c, I must say that I am extremely impressed. Bryan is courteous and prompt; he also gave me his cell phone number which, I think, is unheard of.     I had a very good experience with Craig’s heating and cooling. My furnace went out and I did a google search to find a local company to come and give me a quote. I was impressed with Craig’s heating and cooling’s reviews, so I gave them a call. They were able to come the same day and diagnose the problem and recommend a variety of new furnaces. Why I really appreciated that, was because this was my second quote for a furnace and the previous company only gave me one option. I liked being able to see brands and price ranges, so that I could decide how much I wanted to spend and the furnace that I felt like would be the best fit. Bryan explained the options very well and was not salesy at all. I felt very comfortable with my decision to use this company. Todd and another installer installed a new Furance the very next day. They laid down cloth to protect my carpet from dirt from the removal of my old Furance, which was nice. They did the removal and install in three hours. My home is very warm and the furnace I choice is going to be perfect for my home.     Ive had them work on my rentals and home HVAC systems. They do great work but can be expensive. They spent several hours diagnosing the source of a leak on my Navian Tankless water heater and then said they would replace it for $9,000 to $12,000. I bought a new one for only $2,399 but that was without a warranty. My brother in law, who owns a HVAC business in Washington State, said he would have charged no more than $6,000 for the unit and installation.
