    Aaron did a fantastic job! My husband and I are new home owners of an old house. When power went out to several bedrooms the day before Christmas. He came in quickly after the holiday and was able to identify the series of issues that led to our power outage. He not only solved those problems, but came back several days later to prevent similar issues from poorly installed electrical work throughout our home. He went above and beyond and even solved some convenience issues for us along the way without being asked. Thanks for keeping our home safe and functioning properly, Aaron!

    I love these guys so much! I called today to schedule a yearly service and inspection of our furnace and they got someone out within the hour!     12/31/24 Aaron is the ultimate professional Master Electrician. He explained everything to me, updated our recalled breakers, did a beautiful job installing our Tesla charger and whole house surge protector which I cant recommend enough.     Tanner Marrott the plumber was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be repaired in easy to understand laymans terms. He found my leaky gas line on my furnace and had it repaired in 15 minutes. He also replaced my old water softener with a new one. Not just an out of box water softener from a home repair store, but with one designed for my area. He explained how my water filtration system works in my kitchen. Im having him come back to install a water line for my new refrigerator. Which will be connected to my existing water filtration system.

    Rocky and Cristian were amazing. They were fast and thorough and walked me through everything they were doing during the tune-up. Rocky even took the time to show me things to check for on my own to keep the furnace working. Even though I know these guys were slammed all day with the cold snap the day before my appointment they took their time and did a thorough tuneup.

    Im a very attention to detail person, my technician Tanner was able to answer all my questions favorably and I got a really good price and all the work the water heater the sink plumbing the outdoor Plumbing was all done very precise quick and with a great attitude.     Had Whipple come and do a yearly checkup. Surprise-after they left our AC wasn’t working. Through a friend we were recommended Express Home Services. They kept me posted on delays necessary. When they got here they found the problem and fixed it within 5-10 minutes. Whipple had left a plug partially unplugged. Your guys were great, even after working the previous night until 11pm on another job. Goodbye Whipple-Hello Express!!!

    They were super easy to work with! The gentleman that came out to do the quote was Ashton Bliss and he was great. Very friendly, easy to talk, professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I explained to him the issue I was having with my heater and he was pretty sure he knew what the issue was right away before looking at my system, which he was right. We shared a common interest in cars too so we had great conversation as well. For him, 10 out of 5 starts!The only reason I gave 4 stars is the flame sensor I needed cleaned was a $300 charge (Ashton said a replacement sensor would have been the same price). It was a very simple fix and when I looked up the part online, even the most expensive ones were under $100. I don’t blame Ashton in the slightest because he was just doing his job but $300 just to quickly clean the sensor sounds very steep and it was incredibly simple to take out. I understand that I’m also paying for the convenience of having someone drive out and diagnose the issue, but it still seems excessive to tack on another $200.However, I did also schedule a duct cleaning and that was only $600. From what I researched, that price is on the low end of the average price for that service so I’m very happy with that. (:All things considered, I would definitely hire them again! I’d advise that whatever they say is wrong though, look up the parts yourself (don’t cheap out on parts) and if you’re capable, replace them yourself.

    Jeremy helped me with a new kitchen sink installation. He was very helpful and professional with his explanations during the whole process, and had minimal wear to my current counters as well. There was a bit of a miscommunication at the very start, but it was handled quickly with minimal delay. I appreciated his professionalism and if another installation/repair need arises, I will be using their services again.

I had Aaron Shuman come redo my electrical panal and a bunch of other little things that he found that were not in order in my electrical system. Aaron is so personable and kind and good with your customers! He was super cheerful throughout and I have never seen a harder worker. He almost ran from one project to the next and pushed himself the whole time. He is the kind of employee that I would like to have, and that you, sir, can be proud of and trust that he is stellar representative of your company. The last time he came (yesterday) he brought a new employ, Ammon, a plumber, to shadow him. Ammon was equally impressive.     I am disappointed in myself for not requesting service from this company prior. I had an appointment set for a competitor yesterday between 12 and 5. After 6 pm received a call that the electrician was more than an hour away. No big deal. However he seemed to say everything possible to encourage us to call back the next day for a new appointment. This included additional emergency fees if we arill wanted him to come out. The trust was no longer there. This allowed me to find this amazing company.I scheduled a request right on Google. Confirmed they received it with a very friendly staff. Was told someone would be out the next day. Had no idea it was at the start of the day, less than 12 hours later. Joey called when he was twenty minutes out and arrived ready to go. The service he provided was amazing. Provided great information and insight for someone who is clueless. He resolved the issue quickly. After discussing some electrical plans, he provided an estimate without an ounce of pressure to make any decisions right then.I am happy the other company flaked. Really appreciate the service I had received and the quality. Not to mention the costs are much more reasonable.Thank you for fixing my lights and outlets. Truly appreciate you Joey!

    Nobody wants to discover a leaking water heater, especially late at night. First thing the following morning I contacted Humphrey’s inquiring about an estimate. Every representative we spoke to throughout the process was informative, respectful, patient and professional. We were extremely impressed with their timeliness and efficiency.     Had a problem as soon as I turned on the heat. Jeff A. arrived on time (A plus in my book) and I gave him the rundown and told him I was worried it was time to replace the furnace but financially it was a terrible time. He got to work and within the hour had my house heating up and presented me with a bill for less than 300. Im so used to being sales preassured when any services come out but Jeff gave me options and didnt bat an eye when I chose repair out of necessity. Great service, great price and great company. Im sticking with them for sure!! I dont know if Jeff will see this but if so THANK YOU!!!!

    Express Home Services is a great business to work with. We needed to update and relocate our air compressor. They were willing to work out a payment plan and were willing to beat out other quotes we received from other companies. Danny and James showed up and were both polite and friendly.     I would like to give them a 5 star review, and in some cases many may have given a lower than 4 star review, but I feel that their response time and professionalism to the circumstances of warranty work was redeeming and worth praise.Express helped us relocate our furnace 15 ft back towards the nearest wall, which involved extending the duct work for the return air, readjusting the trunk for the vents, and venting out the flue to the outside exterior wall. For the most part they did a great job and would like to provide feedback for improvement:DISCLAIMER: their response time to the issue below was excellent and professional. Every contract has a schedule and work in progress, as well as several jobs and clients. We are not the only focus. They did however give us priority and addressed each situation within 48 hrs, which I feel is a great quality on a service company.Follow up with your technicians work:(Perhaps regular training and practice to ensure no technicians have poor practices)Better seals in the seams - no tape was used, just globs of mastic to seal the retrofit (I went back and taped) and there were a few large gaps.Make sure technicians are not dry fitting and forgetting to glue -We had almost the entire intake line of the flue come apart after install because they dry fit and forgot to go back and glue. Tape measures work in replacement of dry fit or just double check.Clean up your trash completely -I picked up several pieces of sheet metal pieces after the install, and old joints left outside after the warranty work. Clean up completelyWiring check -In the relocation wires got swapped around for AC and when we went to turn it on for the first time no cool air. They sent a technician back out and it was fixed quickly, but again, double checking is a great practiceWould still be happy to recommend, but hope to see improvements in those simple areas.

    I had an appointment scheduled to have a 230V outlet installed to charge my electric car with the mobile connector. Unfortunately, the installer was late (not to late) and I was quoted a little more than double of what someone else was going to charge. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to unreasonable pricing.

    Aaron Shuman is a very professional and an outstanding representative for your company. He gave me an approximate ending time on replacing the electrical panel with its components and adding a power surge between the panel and the apartment, which he finished one hour plus of the expected time.     KC installed a new gas line for our gas dryer. That went OK, but in doing installation the gas water heater got turned off, and this was not realized and fixed until after he left. He walked me through the process of bleeding air from the water heater gas line and reigniting the heater, but I was not all that comfortable in unscrewing and retightening gas lines when so much emphasis is placed on having professionals check for and ensure that there are no leaks.Updated 4/18/22: After city inspection and repairs, project is completed to our satisfaction. Elliott at Express Home Services was diligent and persistent in securing required permit and inspection, and KC completed corrections from inspection.

    VERY IMPRESSED.....We have had bad experiences in the past with other HVAC companies telling us that things needed to be repaired and replaced when they didnt. After reading a lot of good reviews I called Humphrey and they gave me a day and time when they could come out. They called a short time later to let me know they had a cancelation and could come early which was great! Matt was the technician and arrived when he said he would. He let me know that he would run a diagnostic and then let me know what needed to be repaired before any work would be performed. He did just that and was very thorough and HONEST in his explanation.     Jason was absolutely amazing! We had a different company come to repair our A/c and they told us it would be $1500 or more to repair and because of the unit’s age (8 years) it would need to be replaced. That company then tried to sell us a very expensive unit. We called Humphrey Plumbing come out first a second quote to compare prices. Jason asked if he could take a look to see what the problem was. I’m about ten minutes he found out the water pump wasn’t getting power. Before replacing it, he plugged it into another outlet, and voila! Our air conditioner started working!!! Not only did he save us thousands by not selling us a new unit, he didn’t even charge us for the service call!!! We will go to Humphrey’s for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs from now on. Thank heavens because the other local company wanted me to pay over $500 in repairs I didnt need. I then had them come out again in the Fall for another issue.. This time it was another gentleman with Humphreys, again I received the same great service. The office manager is also professional and helpful.     We had a loud high pitched noise coming from our kids shower anytime it was on that could be heard through the entire house. Jeremy came and quickly identified the problem and not only fixed it but also improved our low water pressure. Very happy with Jeremy and his work!

    Our furnace went out last week and we decided to get several bids to replace it because it was very old. Doug with Humphreys came out and gave us a competitive bid on the type of furnace we wanted. He did not try and up sell us like many of the other companies that came out. The next day we had them install the furnace and could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Nick performed springtime service to prepare my AC for this seasons use. He courteously telephoned ahead of time to be sure that I could meet him at my house for the appointment.     My husband and I have been using Humphrey Plumbing and Air for several years. When our water heater went out they were the first company we called. Mike came out and gave us some options. We went with the tankless water heater and couldn’t be more pleased. They always do a great job and we would highly recommend!

    My husband and I had our 28 year old air conditioner die along with furnaces that were the same age. Humphrey came to our home and gave us an estimate on fixing and replacing them. Matt was awesome he was very professional and honest about what was going on and the different routes we could take to save or replace. My husband is in home building and he decided to show the estimate to the company that does the heating and air for all of their new homes. Amazingly enough the only difference in price was $200 which Humphrey matched. We decided to replace all simply because we knew they were a time bomb waiting to happen and we plan to be in our home for a long time. I am always hesitant in calling repair companies because Im sure their going to rip me off but Humphrey heating and air was practical and straight forward. Five Stars to this great company and just as a side note MATT DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

    David Lloyd just left from fixing my air conditioning unit. 5 years ago when the home was built the builders hastily installed the unit causing the outside unit to shift downwards and bend my coolant lines. David diagnosed the issue, was prompt on a quote and returned two days later to fix the issue. He was polite, knowledge, and walked me through the entire process step by step. He went above and beyond fixing issues that arose that were not previous known. I highly recommend Humpfreys services and will be using them again in the future.

    We called a company close by our house and that company misdiagnosed our HVAC problem and said we needed to purchase a new system. We then called Humphreys whom originally installed our HVAC system almost 10 years ago. They honored their parts warranty which was awesome for us. The service tech NICK was very professional and his customer service was top notch! He easily answered all of our questions as he had great knowledge of the system and its workings. Humphreys offered the service we were looking for and their price for labor was fair and reasonable. We will definitely recommend them to anyone based on our own experience.

    These guys did a great job at a fair price when my 22 yr old furnace went down. Dave priced both the repair and replacement options. I chose to replace the HVAC and it functions better than ever, they improved the flow, provided an improved rack for my filter and they made sure all the worn components were replaced; when they found my damper needed to be replaced they did it at their cost. In addition, Dave went to a Widows house in our neighborhood when her furnace went down and he fixed it for her at very low cost!. Thanks to Duke, Chad, Danny Jayden and Dave

    These guys are amazing!! My furnace fan stopped working, they found what the problem was. Chad gave me options on repair and replacement and explained to me why doing the repair would just be a patch as my furnace was 30 years old.     Excellent duct cleaning service! Very prompt and extremely thorough. Technicians were friendly, and fast. Most importantly, I was surprised at how affordable it all was!     I came home on a Friday to our furnace acting up. I called every company that I had a coupon for (yes Im cheap) and no one was available to come out till Monday for less than 100 just to check. I looked out the window and like magic the stars aligned and my neighbor had 3 Humphrey vans outside. I called with a hope in my heart and before I knew it our knight Danny appeared, tuned up our furnace and found a dead mouse. Seriously though he was awesome, professional, quick and affordable.     Our air went out last night on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. Called Humphrey Heating and Air first thing this morning and they had an opening between 1-2 for a technician to come out. Nick came a little after 1pm and was so nice & friendly. He got right to work and figured out the problem. He didnt have the part, so he left and came back a couple of hours later. We are back to cool air in our home thanks to Nick! He was awesome! Will definitely use Humphrey again when it comes time to getting a new AC unit (which we will need soon). Thanks again!

    He was a little late from traffic, but called to let us know. His work was great and it didnt take a real long time. He had to do more work for the water heater to get it up to code. He was great about being clean and not making a mess. Very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.

    Hard to find a good honest repair person for boilers these days; glad I was able to find Dave from Humphrey’s who was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with the boiler. I’ve used other major HVAC companies in the Wasatch front only to have them require me to replace the boiler or say they can’t fix it. I’ll be going back to Humphrey’s each season now. Thanks Dave!
