Super easy and quick experience working with Mauro Electric. My dryer recently stopped working, and I suspected it was an electrical issue with the outlet or breaker box. After doing a little bit of research I decided to reach out to Mauro based on their reviews; got them scheduled a couple days out and Orlando and one of his colleagues just finished the job in about an hour. They fixed the issue (replaced the circuit breaker), and my dryer is working now. The price was reasonable and both of the guys were friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any future electrical work!

We hired Mauro Electric for multiple jobs for our home that included 1) Electric panel upgrade 2) Install two ceiling fans replacing light fixture 3) Upgrade old bathroom bent fan to bluetooth fan 4) Install EV 50A charger in Garage 5) Add socket for a dedicated Smart Toilet 6) Add socket for Smart Water leak detector.I loved their service right from the start to finish.I had invited multiple bids for the project and Mauro Electrics assessment of my project was at a great price and came with highly detailed explanation with their estimate.What I loved about Mauro Electric is their insight on meeting the city code and especially understanding the risk of not doing it right. Following was the eye-opener from Mauros wisdom books.For example, most homes do not have light fixtures in the bedrooms capable of installing a ceiling fan. I thought I could do this job myself watching some youtube videos. Trust me, not worth the risk and the pain. It took 2 members of their team good 2.5-3 hours to install ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms that required them to install mount brackets by making several adjustments from attic.As for Bidet (Smart Toilet), I had another revelation that I wasnt aware of. It requires 20A dedicated circuit breaker wiring to meet the code. I was planning to just jump extra connection from existing outlet. Could have backfired as smart toilets use significant energy for seat/water heating. You dont want the circuit to trip while using it.I was well advised for my EV car charger as well. The differences of level 1,2 chargers, hard wiring etc. and how market is moving forward in the future. Great insight.The service team under Ricky M. and Daniel Dominguez have delivered nothing less than fantastic output for all of the jobs they executed. The cherry on the top was their guarantee on the all of the work they delivered for my home that lasts at least a year and even beyond if they dont meet their highest quality promise.I must add that I am DIY enthusiastic but for the jobs mentioned for this review must have a licensed electrician like Mauro Electric to do it right and do it well. Highly recommend them.Deserving 5 Stars!!!

Tyler and his apprentice came out to give a quote on some power outlets that weren’t working and another that had reverse polarity. They were able to quickly identify root cause and we went ahead with fixing everything that day. They also looked at getting our door bell working and replacing an exterior power outlet that wasn’t made for being outdoors. Overall they were professional, punctual, charged a fair price, quick with their work and I learned a few things about how the house is wired up. I’ll be calling Mauro again for any future issues.

Excellent experience with Mauro!Tyler and another guy (whose name Ive forgotten, sorry!) were here for about 5 hours, in which time they moved and re-installed a chandelier, assembled and installed 3 ceiling fans, and did a tricky wiring job to hook up our new video doorbell. Tyler also dug around in our very warm and dusty attic to help us take out an old defunct security system.All of that work came in at almost exactly $2k, which is less than any of the other quotes we got. (Other quotes ranged from $2.4k to just over $3k.) Also Mauros quote was a bit more clear detailed that I usually see from contractors, which I really appreciate. May seem like a small thing, but it makes a difference!Booking and quoting was a smooth easy process, Ricky responded quickly to emails and answered about a hundred questions for me. Also great communication via text to confirm the booking and then day-of to let me know when the crew was on their way. The guys were super friendly and professional, left everything clean, and were very sweet with our dog.Highly recommend.

Excellent, prompt, professional service with a smile!Ricky, Edwin, and their assistant (I forgot his name sadly, also a very nice guy) came immediately when we had a whole house power outage. All of the others that we called couldnt make it for a day or two. If youve ever had your power out due to mysterious causes with kids in the house then you know how stressful it can be to wait for answers!They were determined to sort out the cause even though it stemmed from an ongoing issue that was not obvious at first glance. They went into the attic, on the roof, checked the breakers and the outlets... made me feel completely secure that they would get to the bottom of it!Eventually they found the problem & got us back up and running. Cant thank them enough & I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Daniel from Mauro electric did a wonderful job installing an EV charger on the outside of our garage. It was quick and efficient to get the estimate, and then quick and efficient to get the work done. Our project included tunneling through concrete wall of our garage to install the EV charger, and they did excellent work, and it looks great! The cost was very reasonable, and less than the quote from a competitor. Will definitely hire Mauro Electric again!

Good value. I work with low-volt electrical work every day so I know what to look for in quality electrical work. I usually do my own electrical work but I wanted a professional for a panel replacement and EV charger intallation.I gathered quotes from 4 companies and Mauro was the lowest. The electrician and his apprentice (both named Tyler) swapped out the panel, added new bonding and grounding to bring it up to code, then labeled each circuit (even the ones that had no labels before). The charger I ordered arrived late, so they arranged to come back the next day. That night I discovered that the hot tub circuit hadnt been landed and they had forgotten to fill in the ditch for the ground rods. Rick Mauro was going to have them come back immediately to fix it, but I asked that they finish everything the next day. They completed the fixes and installed the charger in about an hour. It was not the most aesthetically perfect job, but it was done safely and to code.

Edwin was super knowledgeable and also very patient with us. We had an issue with our washer turning off due to the breaker tripping and we got appliance team before we called an electrician just to isolate the problem. So we wanted to share the history with him. He listened to everything and gave us valuable inputs. He did a very thorough analysis and made sure he did load tests to reproduce the problem and fix the issue. He also looked at our electrical panel overall and gave us advice about things that might need looking after in the near future. Ricky was also very responsive in getting things scheduled and they were honest with their pricing from beginning. Would definitely recommend them.

Mauro Electric was fantastic. I had a time sensitive issue to fix my smoke alarm wiring. Although their schedule was pretty full they were able to swing by after a few things opened up and quickly figured out the issue were some loose wires. Although this was a quick and easy fix, I was very impressed and can now relax that the smoke alarms are working again. I will definitely be calling Mauro if anything else comes up.

The procedure to remove the old transfer switch and the generator went smoothly, as did the installation of the new Generac 14wK generator. The process took slightly longer than I imagined, and was finished up the next morning, bright and early, with the installation of some new gas piping. After the testing, Ricky Mauro explained what we needed to know, showing us the control panel, etc. We are all set for power outages!

I have a Generac 10kw emergency generator that would not stay on during a power outage last January. Being in Arizona, I called several different electrical contractors, none would come out because they did not install the unit. After six weeks I finally got a contractor to come out who missed 5 appointments. He checked the generator and said nothing was wrong with it. When I got back home in March I tested the generator and it failed with the same error message as before. The machine had been non operable for 18 months according to the built in computer. I called Generac and they called Mauro Electric. We made an appointment and they showed up and after an hour and a half of diagnostics, Ricky Mauro fixed the problem. I highly recommend Mauro Electric.

Mauro electric did a good job at a reasonable price of providing and installing my Generac generator. They were several thousand dollars less than the other bidder and they included the propane tank and digging of ditches, which the other bidder did not include. I was a little unhappy about the way they left the paths they had ditched through, but when I complained, they reduced my bill by enough to compensate me for having to do some final touch up myself.
