My husband and I needed an immediate plumbing service after a mainline back up and was recommended Waterman Plumbing. They had a plumber out to my home within an hour, they made the necessary repairs swiftly and were greatly informative. Being that it was a short notice I understand the high price (multiple choices that were quite affordable) but for that higher pricing you get a warranty of 2 years and additional servicing in a year for no cost just to make sure that same issue doesnt come up again.

I was experiencing a terrible rotten food smell coming from the kitchen. The first plumber I contacted told me I had no issues and that I shouldnt be throwing food down the drain but I wasnt doing such a thing. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion, called watermen Plumbing and they were able to quickly get to the source of the problem and provide me with options. Quick response on the call and great service.

I had Yosef come out to repair two toilets that continued to run. They came out promptly and attempted to fix the issue at hand. The guest bathroom was fixed but the master toilet continued to have problems. The company did come out three different times to fix the issue but due to the style of the toilet they were not able to do so. Yosef offered to give me a discount on the master toilet work which is very nice to see a company doing that here in south Florida. Watermen not only values their work but also their customers. I would recommend using them in the future

Brendan showed up right on time at 9am and had my issues fixed in less than 2 hours. I was very with the service and would recommend Watermen (and Brendan, specifically).

These guys saved Thanksgiving. (Seriously!)Wed started cooking for the holiday when we first noticed our kitchen sink wasnt draining. After attempting to fix it ourselves (you know where this is going), we ended up with a sink that was both draining slowly AND leaking.Travis came the next day (day before Thanksgiving) and after investigating, found out that some of the piping wasnt up to code from the previous owner. Even though he was unable to fix it that night, Travis and Yosef came back early the following day--Thanksgiving Day!--and worked for hours (crawlin under the house and everything) to fix us right up.Because of these two, we were able to finish all of the cooking and drop off Thanksgiving food for three different families in time for dinner. I cant begin to say how grateful I am that Travis and Yosef were willing to come on a holiday to help--without trying to nickel and dime us to get it done. These guys are the real deal!
