The attentive and approachable staff at Randall & Sons Plumbing, combined with knowledgeable, professional, and polite service technicians, make for a remarkable and stress-free experience. Javier was outstanding and took the time to answer all of our inquiries, providing us with options based on his honest opinion, without any effort to sell us anything we didnt need. While their prices might be slightly higher than some other businesses in Boca Raton, Im more than willing to pay for such high-quality assistance. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The father and son duo at Randall & Sons Plumbing, Theodore and Luis, are courteous and well-versed in their field - they promptly identified the cause of the sewer water backup in our home in Boca Raton. Their pricing for the project was fair, and they even provided a competitive quote for the repair - which I think is more affordable than other plumbers or standard rates. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - you will definitely be satisfied and have no regrets doing business with them.

Ive hired Randall & Sons Plumbing a few times in the last couple years for both the installation of new plumbing pieces and the upkeep of existing ones. Im just so pleased with this business. They dont insist on replacing parts unless its absolutely needed. And when replacement is indeed required, they dont force you to buy the priciest option, but rather suggest one that matches your situation/home best. Ive had the pleasure to work with luis, javier, and theodore. I would recommend them!

We had been puzzled about why we couldnt open the door to change the filter after a new plumbing system was installed a couple of years ago. Theodore, the technician, arrived promptly in Boca Raton, demonstrated professionalism and put on a face mask and shoe covers. He identified the issue and taught us how to use the new latch that his colleague, Luis, had fitted. Theodore then cut and installed a new filter which we can now maintain ourselves. The rate for the home call was reasonable. It is evident that under the new management, they are committed to providing top-notch service.
