They are one of the rare companies in the industry that are honest, on time, and only employ the best people. The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is behind the scenes, which covered up by walls, etc and weve dealt with all kinds before. Ross the owner is a true professional, and he will tell you up front what he can do and cant do. There will be no surprises. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality of work is worth it, especially for vital work that are behind the walls and cant be seen. Ross doesnt cut corners and we would highly recommend his company.

I cant even remember the last time that I wrote a review, but then again, Ive had no one impress me as much as Terrano Plumbing. Professional, courteous, honest, and superior craftsmanship are the first things that come to mind.Ross and his entire team are absolutely the best. We had a leak somewhere under our home and called them based upon a neighbors recommendation. Within hours, they had a leak detection service out to our home to assess the situation. The person was thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process.After the leak was pin-pointed, Ross came to the house and walked us through the process including the installation options for 2 new water heaters. Very informative and honest on all fronts. Within hours we received a quote for repair, signed the contract electronically and were put on the schedule.Each person on his team takes pride in their work and it shows! They showed up exactly on time each morning, left the home clean and organized at the end of each day. Very easy to chat with and they also took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. They certainly took a stressful situation and made it far less stressful. We are certainly thankful to them for the work that they did and are looking forward to working with them on a bathroom remodel in the coming months.

Steve and Denys were fantastic. They explained everything and gave us an itemized estimate of all the work. They were honest and did not overcharge. They quoted us $250 for a possible broken part on the toilet but it wasn’t broken and we saved $250. We wouldn’t have been the wiser but they were honest and professional. That’s the kind of service which will keep us coming back and to pass the word around. Honesty just isn’t common enough these days and it was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

Yesterday Terrano Plumbing repaired a broken water pipe in my house. Steve was the plumber and did a very professional job locating and repairing the leak with a minimum of destruction. Previously, Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling remodeled my master bathroom, including a toilet and shower replacement and electrical work. I used them before and am and was completely satisfied with their professionalism and quality work product. They are very responsive, get the job done and follow thru on their commitments. Steve did the plumbing work and was very courteous and competent. I have worked with Debbie in their office and found her to be very helpful and friendly. Ross was very helpful and understanding fixing a leak in our hot water line. Since this was the first in our life of having this problem Ross and his employees were very cordial and understanding. and even helped in putting things away after having to cut open our drywall to fix the leak and cleaned up the mess that was made. They even came back to do more painting because the colors on the wall were not exactly the same color but a pretty good match considering the original paint was 20 years old at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you went to their web site I did not see any bad reviews

Terranos did a superior job of repiping our entire house! They were professional, highly skilled, prompt, and expertly completed the job right on time. We were very impressed with the whole team and with the office support staff. Ross ensured that all the work met his high standards. He and Steve came up with a great plan of where to cut into the walls without having to disturb any of our tiles or vanities. Thanks to Steves expertise and meticulous workmanship along with Marcello and Bill, our plumbing works better now than it ever did. Rick restored the walls to paint ready condition with no sign of where openings had been cut. The crew carefully set out paper covered walking paths to protect our floors and wore masks during this Covid time. Doug came out and vacuumed up the job area and even rolled up all the paper paths --so helpful! What a team! Excellent job! Thank you Terranos!

These guys are the absolute best!!! I had a very difficult job replacing a hot water heater in a very restrictive building and Ross personally oversaw it the whole way. He went above and beyond to make sure that he was always complying with the rules in the building, including having to juggle his schedule several times to make it work in a very tight time frame. I replaced a shower valve and hot water heater. The owner personally came down to give estimate. Since I was replacing the valve tiles needed to be cut and replaced. The company does remodeling as well as plumbing and they also had an electrician for the electrical part of the water heater. They took care of permits and coordinating all paperwork with my building. Work was done on time and they werevery clean. One stop shopping made the project so much easier. I highly recommend them and use them again.

My garbage disposal died and water was coming out of the dishwasher. Terrano Pluumbing’s website looked very professional and it appeared they took Covid safety measures very seriously. When contacted, he showed up the following day to assess the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done. It was an enormous project for my husband and I as we had to be out of the house for 2 weeks. Ross came to our house at the beginning and end of each day to check in on progress and provide us with updates along the way. He was completely open and honest with us and made sure the job was done right. Since working with TP&R we have found they offer many other services and will not hesitate to reach out to them in the future when we are ready for the next project.

After mu insurance company required me to install a water leak detection and shut off system, this company was included with my Flo by Moen order. They did a fantastic job, only (as I was warned by Steve, the water pressure was too high and it flooded my brand new device. Luckily, under warranty, Moen replaced for free and even covered the cost to reinstall. Only this time I used this company to also install a pressure reduction valve and so far so good my system has been a dream!

I had my kitchen totally renovated by Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling in January 2022. From the very beginning when it came to the demo of the old kitchen to the end of the renovation I was extremely pleased with Ross and his vendors. This was the first time I lived through a renovation, so I didnt know exactly what to expect. Every time Ross told me a vendor would be there they showed up and were never late and in South Florida thats amazing. Ross and his office staff, Debbie and Brie were wonderful about keeping me informed of when the vendors would be at the house. The quality and service that Ross provides is second to none. Could I have gotten a kitchen renovation at a lesser cost, Im sure, but it would not have been the same quality as what Ross and his team provided. In life you get what you paid for, and I just cant be happier with my new kitchen. Its just better than I ever imaged. I would highly recommend Ross and his team to anyone.
