    The best thing I believe is the no service call fee they work Monday through Sunday. I called on a Saturday thing it was going to be emergency service it was normal hours. The price was in the same ball park but they had a coupon that took itdown a little. The Service Manager was the one who came out. He was great and helpful. One thing I would like is to be able to sign up for a yearly maintenance agreement.

    I had a fantastic experience with Mike. Mike came last week to give me an estimate, and then came today to complete the job. Mike and his partner were extremely professional, cleaned up their work space, and cared for my home as if it were their own. Mike had to open my ceiling on my first floor to access the tub pipes for my second floor tub. He explained to me that he “always looks out for the next guy” and he carefully measured and opened a nice square for the dry wall work to go smoothly. Very happy and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

    I had a clogged toilet on a Sunday! Not the best day for an issue. Jake came to the rescue. A very professional young man who did a great job to fix the toilet. He was also very personable. If you are ever in a pinch, I highly recommend this company.

    Mike was excellent, installed a re circulating pump on our hot water heater. Instant hot water finally, trouble shot a corroded valve, put 2 brand new hose bibs on and solved the problem with hammer banging after the water was turned off. Explained all repairs in detail.     My office had a backed up sink in the kitchen, it was a Friday and already well into the afternoon. I called Mr. Rooter and they were super friendly on the phone and very accommodating. They came when they said they would. When the technician, Brian arrived, he was very pleasant and knew right away what problem was and fixed (replaced) the garbage disposal in a rather quick timeframe and all is well that ends well. Very pleased with this company and highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future issues that we may have.

    Mr. Rooter service and quality of work was EXCEPTIONAL! My kitchen plumbing was completely backed up for 4 days, due to building build up and Nelson Garconville and his partner saved me and neighbor! A previous plumbing company was not able to resolve the issue, but these guys came through and handled it. I cannot thank them enough!     We had a leak in a hot water line on Christmas Eve day which was found and repaired by Caleb, who was professional, polite, and informative about the problem. I would recommend Caleb and this company. Caleb made a bad situation better, but we were not prepared for the cost.

He was a professional plumber and reviewed all the options before he started his work and gave me an estimate that was honored.     I was having a problem with the main drain line on my house. Mr Rooter was contacted and advised a technician would be available within 1 to 2 hours. I agreed to that time frame, the technician Calub arrived early to assess the situation. He cleared the blockage and inspected the waste line. The inspection showed tree roots invading the drain line as well as three cracks in the line caused by the roots.We discussed price and agreed to terms. Calub was able to preform the repairs that day. As the job progressed he found additional damage down line caused by the tree roots / stump pressing on the line causing it to be out of round.Calub kept me informed every step of the job, showing me exactly what was damaged and offered solutions to make the necessary repairs. I found him to be professional, a very hard worker, committed to get the job done and done correctly. I was vey pleased with his performance and dedication to the task, he worked tirelessly to get the work completed.If you are in need of this type of service I would highly recommend Calub / Mr Rooter to address your needs

    Struck a water main while digging a fence post on my property line. Called several companies only to be met with disappointment, because these other companies had no availability. My son is disabled, so I was in a panic when I remembered seeing a Mr. ROOTER van recently. When I called the number, a very professional gentleman answered and took all of my information, within an hour or so, as specified the operator, a van pulled up with a very professional technician, who got straight to the problem and came to me with a very reasonable price once he established the work needed to fix the issue. It took about an hour of work time and the water was up and running stronger than ever. My family and I are very thankful for the rapid response and courtesy involved with this transaction. The service tech was AMAZING and he needs a raise in pay!!! 10 STARS!!!

    A plumber was dispatched to my house within the hour of my call. They do require a $89 deposit on your credit card before dispatch. The deposit is applied towards services if you use them and non refundable if you do not use them. Mike arrived, diagnosed my problem and gave me options, all of which were costly because let’s face it, plumbing emergencies are expensive!! I selected the option to fix the immediate problem and Mike completed the work within 90 minutes. Mike was friendly, professional and respectful of my home and my things. I would use them again because of their prompt response time. The repair wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t out of line with emergency plumbing costs.

It was a LOT to charge to clear a drain line. Granted, he did have to remove a toilet, but what the company charged seemed unreasonable.     From the moment I called till the job was complete, I was extremely pleased. An actual person answers the phone and she couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.     Marcus is an outstanding worker. He arrived at my home on a Sunday at 10:30 am and didn’t leave until 6:15pm. He had to dig the dirt surrounding my water meter to fix the piping underneath. He waited an hour to make sure the glue held and turned the water on. At that point he saw another small leak due to the tree roots. He asked me if he could come the next day to replace part of the piping. Not only is he an excellent plumber; but professional, amicable, articulate, shows you the problem and explains everything that needs to be done.His work ethic is excellent.

    Michael was sent to my home to repair a broken pipe. I had water spilling all over. He arrived in less than a half hour, identified the problem and went right to it!!     Rich Rollin came to my home and examined my concerns with my solar hot water heater leaking and the panel on my roof leaking. He explained to me what was causing the problems. When we realized that the heater needed to be replaced, he gave me the option of replacing it the same day or the next. Rich went to get my new one and installed it the same day. He worked late to get the entire job done. When we thought everything was complete, we realized that there was still a leak in an old pipe which he didnt want to leave.     Nobody wants to think about sewer problems but after investigating initially with a camera, Mike was able to determine the poor condition of the aging pipes under my house,.     The guys did an amazing job solving what was a very thorny problem. The odd thing was we had three people there the first day for six hours without success and yet when the manager came the next morning, they were in and done in less than 45 minutes.I took off the star, because in the midst of all of that, they managed to damage two of our toilets, and we may end up having to replace them. I’ve been said that it was an extremely challenging clogged to access, and they stuck with it until they got to the end and for that Exceedingly grateful!

    Chris did an excellent job but I mostly liked that he calmed my fears by telling me that the problem was limited to my water heater, that it was not a bigger electrical problem and that it did not damage my electrical wiring. After that, I was able to sleep at night without worrying about waking up to my condo being on fire. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to me about what happened and about how he was replacing my water heater in terms that I could understand.

    We have been using another plumbing company for years. Tried to call them in an emergency and they were not there. This was a Sunday afternoon and water was coming into our home and could not be stopped. Even with shut off valves. Mr. Rooter came within an hour, stopped the water and was here for 6 hours. They then proceeded to have another tech come out on Monday morning to look at it and still, since we are in a HOA we had to use the associations plumber.
