I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan a number plumbing related installs and repairs. He is always professional, very respectful of my property. Very personal as took the time to answer ALL my questions. And even spent some time educating me on some of the basics. He also was very prompt when I had a leake over the weekend ( why cant plumbing leakes happen during the weekend day at q convenient time ..ha ha ha ). I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Ryan and will be using his services again with other jobs as the arise.

Contacted Ryan to come out and check out why my faucet had rust colored water coming from it. He responded almost immediately and was able to come out the next day to help. He was able to diagnose what I needed and came back when I was ready for him to do the work for me. He explained the situation to me and was able to fix my problem and replace my garbage disposal all at the same time! I will be calling him for future issues and will recommend him to friends.

Extremely impressed by the professional service that my daughter’s bathroom got. The owner Ryan was a God send to our family! After 2 failed attempts to fix the situation, and lots of stress and waisted time he saw the crisis we where experiencing and showed up on a Sunday afternoon to start repairing the problem. It has been a very long time since I saw a company go out of their way the way that this one did. Honest,knowledgeable and most of all dependable is who this company and its staff are. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and will call him again for service. He answered the call, asked questions to made sure he understood what we had to do, quoted a fair price and we were good and done a few hours later the same day. All on a Saturday. This company took on a job on my property on fort lauderdale Beach that was seen by majority of plumbing contractors as nearly impossible and could have resulted in a major loss overall on the value of my property. Ryan Michael Waterworks installed a commercial grade duplex lift station and repiped my entire cast iron sewer to pvc via tunnel with minimal damage to home. They oversaw and orchestrated the entire job scope including engineering requirements and electric requirements with there resources. The outcome was spectacular and everything is now perfect could not have asked for a better outcome. Have used them for numerous other jobs including other sewer repipes for other homes I own on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Highly professional, patient, and informative. Very grateful to have met Ryan (lead plumber on project) who is trustworthy, highly educated and class act. Very rare to find these qualities in South Florida.

I submitted a request for assistance with a clogged toilet yesterday evening. To my surprise, Ryan contacted me within a couple of minutes and arrived within a half hour. Even though his day was done, he took the time to come out and fix my very minor problem. I had contacted 2 other plumbing companies and the earliest appointment I could get was in 3 days, at twice the price that Ryan charged. Ryan went above and beyond for us. I called him at 2pm on a Friday with a leak from our guest bathroom. I had family coming in internationally and absolutely couldn’t have this bathroom down.
