They worked with my insurance company in fixing all 2nd floor plumbing, water cleanup, mold, remediation, and the construction of a new bathroom. I first called rolling rooter a few months ago after getting a $700+ water bill because of a leak. They quickly addressed and fixed the issue and were extremely professional and friendly!Today, I called back after noticing a bubbling toilet and they were able to give me a consultation over the phone to resolve the issue (realizing there was none). They are always so helpful and ready to solve any issue and we will absolutely be calling them back anytime we have a problem!Will be recommending them to everyone !

Nicholas and his crew did an amazing job detecting and repairing a leak at our townhouse over the holidays. They were quick to arrive for an emergency visit, then they provided fast clean up to ensure the comfort of our tenant. Additionally, the rebuild was custom and beautiful, top quality work. Nicholas was very understanding in timing as I we had covid and I had a baby during the process of the rebuild. They did everything they could to make the process easy and straightforward, even handling insurance. Thank you to everyone on the crew! 100% would recommend!

Nick was amazing! I had a slow leak in the upstairs master bathroom just before I was going to sell my house. It slowly ruined the stairs and flooring for the first floor. I called Nick on recommendation from my neighbor and couldnt be more thankful! Nick responded quickly and within days had the problem fixed and a plan on how to deal with the insurance company and everything!Not only did he work quickly, but Nick negotiated on my behalf with my insurance company and made sure that I was not on the hook for anything! He spent so much time and effort going back and forth with them and was extremely professional and prepared with everything.He completed all the work to fix the pipe, put in new floors to replace the damaged ones, and even updated my master bathroom while he was there so I was able to not only sell the house in time for the new school year, but I got multiple above asking price offers!I would absolutely recommend him for any work you need!

Great work! Nick, Danny, and Anne were all super helpful and were able to fix a leak that occurred overnight that flooded the side of the house and driveway. They arrived within the hour early in the morning to come by and fix the issue and were all great and full of laughter while helping us! I highly recommend this company! My lines were clogged in the house. Everything was backing up. This company was referred to me by a friend, who referred them to a lot of people, all of them were extremely pleased. She was right, they were so professional, took care of my issues and reasonably priced. Nick went above and beyond to correct everything. At the last minute, I remembered something else was broken and he even took his time and fixed that problem too. THE BEST COMPANY to hire if you have plumbing issues.

I girded myself with more wrenches and pliers than you can count, and set out on my journey with a spark of determination in my eye and a crease in my brow that signaled my commitment to seeing the job done.Fast forward a few minutes, I managed to have accidentally ripped our outdoor spigot off the side of the house and have water shooting at pressure out of the north side of our domicile. The only remedy was to shut off water to the ENTIRE HOUSE (toilets, sinks, and all of the other first-world amenities to which we have become accustomed.) I clogged my kitchen sink so I called Rolling Rooter. They tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone to get it unclogged before they came out but that did not work. So next day they came out and did an amazing job, very thorough very polite and has a great sense of humor and did an amazing job and got my kitchen sink unclogged. And they gave a great price and beat every other big company out there.

Our main water valve had to be turned off and when we went to turn it back on it broke. Two days before Thanksgiving with a house full of guests! We called Plumr24 and Nick and Ann were dispatched within an hour and a half. A new valve and a cracked pipe had to be replaced, and Nick did it efficiently, and is quickly as he could with Anns help. Thank Ann for keeping me calm! Nick is the best! I had an urgent situation. It was a commercial property that housed over 100 employees. There was only 1 kitchen to support all of them. We had a mold remediation done and the plumber who ripped out all of our plumbing never answered his phone when I tried to call him to come re-install everything. Luckily I found the ad for Plumr24 LLC on google and called. Nick picked up and was super helpful. He understood my sense of urgency and made it out quickly to install everything. After he finished he even helped me connect some additional water lines for coffee machines. Great guy! friendly and professional! The next time I need anything done, Plumr24 is first on my list to call.

I tried to fix the metal pipe coming out of my house that my outdoor hose hooks up. To do this, I had to turn off the water to my entire house. After 1-2 hours of being unsuccessful, I figured it was time to call for help. I spoke with Nick around 11pm and he was at my house at 11:30. Because of the simplicity of the job (for him) and how quick it was, he told me that he decided to wave the emergency fee. He was professional and kind throughout and I was able to turn my water back on seconds after he finished. No more leak; great job! It isnt often you find someone professional, good at their job, and reasonably priced!
