    On a very wet rainy day Thomas and Braden showed up to fix our kitchen facet. It was a Moen and we replaced it with a Pfister. It was a bigger job than just an ordinary facet replacement. They were a good team and Thomas was a professional in the actual under the sink replacement. I am proud that we hired this company and that they have the professionals with the expertise needed to do the job well.

    Found this company in the booklet for Palm Beach County Best pick reports and decided to call them with my plumbing issues and thank goodness I did..Our technician came out by the name of Andrew he was awesome and so pleasant.     Thomas did a great job. He was precise with identifying our situation. He was well educated and educated us on the process of doing our slab leak, and doing a leak detection. In addition, to educating us he was also able to map out specific details of rerunning our lines with minimal drywall damage, so it would be easily replaced. He was aware of the after effect of putting things back in order after the work was completed.

    Michael was amazing. He came to our home to estimate our gas grill hook up and he was able to assist us with many of the issues the other company did not correctly do.     If I could give 100 stars I would. I had an awful experience with a prior company this afternoon and Elmer came to save the day. He walked me through everything and had all the parts he needed. He was kind and thorough and made sure I had everything I needed and was kind enough to explain why I was having specific problems. After having such an awful experience prior in the day Elmer was truly the angel I needed. I will recommend him to anyone in need of any plumbing work!     As a homeowner in West Miramar and house wife, the last thing you want to hear is that your home needs a complete water re-pipe.     This company has great plumbers. Jay D arrived on time, answered every question I had, was very polite and respectful. He did everything I asked him to do.     We have used Cape Plumbing over the years for large and small jobs. They repiped our entire house after three slab leaks. More recently they replaced a leaking hot water heater - within 24 hours of my initial call. Elmer was super professional and came right back when I called him that the hot water setting was too hot.     Steven came out to my house after I was having issues. Turns out my 60 year old cast iron pipes were almost disintegrated. Cape Plumbing came out within 2 days and dug out all of it and put in new pipes. They gave me an extremely reasonable price for the job and did it with no issue.     I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I had another company come out first and told me they couldnt help. I called Cape late evening and was surprised someone answered the phone. He explained to me how he can find the leak.They had someone out the next morning. I think his name was Michal and he took one look and said he could find the problem. He cut open a small patch of the drywall and was able to find the leak and repair it in about an hour. He then took pictures for me and cleaned up the entire area. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

    Elmer was on site within about an hour of me calling. He explained what he was going to do and the pricing structure. Elmer cleared out the drain line, and showed me the video of the pipe when it was clogged, then a video of the pipe once he cleared the blockage.
