Super knowledgeable and overall good people! Have used ALB twice now. We recently moved into a new house and was trying to convert a 3 gang electrical box that had dual switches on one gang into a 4 gang box to accommodate Leviton smart switches I bought. I am generally tech and electronics savvy and able to figure out wiring but found myself in a pickle trying to wire up everything correctly after I had disconnected all the switches. It was a maze of wires going everywhere! I called ALB/Llazar, he was super helpful from the jump! He first tried to help me but over the phone and walk me through what I need to do, but discovered he needed to take a look at it. He came within an hour after he finished up a previous job and within 20 minutes and helped me correctly wire all the smart switches and gave me some great tips for wiring other smart switches in the future. He even caught an issue in the wiring that was done by the previous electrician that wired the house. Have continued to use ALB for my electrical needs and issues and will continue to do so.
