    The entire process went well. The diagnostic techniques were high tech and I was assured my problems were located and was given options as how to proceed and deferred interest financing. The crew worked long hours replacing the broken pipe ten feet below ground. There were respectful to both me and my property. For this I give my highest regards.     I called Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning at 7:15a because my furnace stopped working. Thankfully, the scheduler was able to get me a same day appointment for sometime between 2-5p. I was told the technician would call about 30 minutes before he would arrive. About 15 minutes before 2p, someone from the office called to let me know that my technician, Wade, would be arriving at about 3p. Wade arrived literally at 3p. He immediately donned foot protectors and went to diagnose the problem. All of 10-15 minutes later he let me know what the problem was, asked if I wanted him to fix the problem and got to work. Within 30 minutes of Wade’s arrival my furnace was back in service. THIRTY minutes start to finish!! Absolutely phenomenal!!! I assumed I would be looking at a HUGE bill - right before Christmas. It was less than $300! I am so, so pleased with this company! Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning will be my “go-to” from now on!More importantly, Wade was fantastic! I cannot express just how friendly and competent (clearly) he is! It’s obvious to me that customer service is a priority with Wade. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with someone so personable and just plain nice! Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning has hit the lottery having Wade on their team!There are many options to choose from in Pocatello, but I am so happy I called Right Now!     Wade was very friendly and did a very thorough job. We were happy to have him tuning up our furnace and A/C, then giving us some insight on our water heater.The only reason I have a 4 instead of 5 stars is because the services was cancelled multiple times and took about 2 months for the service to completed. That however has nothing to do with Wade.

    I have been using right now heating and air for the last 6 years. Recently they just put in a new water heater for me. I have never had a single problem with any of their work. Their employees have always been extremely courteous and answered all my questions patiently. They have always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. I would use them for a hot water heater a humidifier and a complete HVAC system. I highly recommend them

    I hired because I was having some drainage issues. Justin was great. He came out diagnosed the problem, cleared the main line. He was very professional, wore booties the whole time, cleaned up after himself, and explained everything in way that everyone could understand. They are sending someone out tomorrow to scope the line for no extra charge to check the state of the mainline. I would highly recommend them.

    Our technician, Dillon Boyd, did an EXCELLENT job! He was the 3rd call we had made for an stubborn issue on our brand new furnace. He took the time to run every test he could on every element of our furnace and he even helped us install a new thermostat......and then went back and did even more testing when our furnace continued to fault. He spent over 4 hours on our furnace and was finally able to solve the problem! He refused to leave until the problem was found and fixed. He is an amazing technician!

    Dillon was absolutely amazing!! He showed up on time when they said they were going to be here. He was super nice very friendly! He definitely went above and beyond for me with my water heater!     I have used Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning a couple of times and they are wonderful to work with. I love the fact that they say that they will be there between noon to six...and a tech will give you a call 30 minutes before they are there so you dont waste your time waiting all day. Jesse came to look at our air conditioner and did a fabulous job (except telling me I need a new system). Jesse was easy to talk to and even put on his shoe covers when I told him he really didnt need to. He didnt have any issues with me asking questions and was very knowledgeable & personable!I also like the fact that if there is a big issue (like replacing a unit) a total of 3 people have to verify that said unit needs to be replaced. I highly recommend Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning!

Being a former HVAC engineer myself, he was able to explain why there was reduced Inch W.C. pressure on the exhaust side of my furnace and why it was the reason the pressure switch was right on edge causing the gas solenoid to click. He cleaned my furnace, and additionally, the nice thing was that it didn’t break the bank at $49. On point! Thanks!

    Wade the technician extraordinaire visited my home on 9-27-24 for my annual pre-winter checkup on my mini-split system. He was a perfect and polite gentleman upon arrival. Asked permission to come in, put his pink booties on over his shoes to protect my floors. He was expedient, yet thorough. Good news system was working perfectly 👌. Prior to leaving Wade asked is there was anything he could do i.e. move anything that might be heavy (I was doing yard work). How kind He was to offer as I am 75 and not a spring chicken anymore.     UPDATE 6/14:Wade came out last night to finish up my AC tune up. He was at my house until almost 9pm. He was so easy to talk to, and he listened to me very well about a few small issues I was having. He got me tuned up and running well! Thank you so much Wade! Service was TOP NOTCH!!!After four previous techs could not get my air conditioning unit to cool, they sent Mark out. Within the hour, he had my vents blowing 50° air out and its almost 80° outside... He was exceptionally knowledgeable and knew what to look for and where. SO very pleased with the service. And a second shot out, CARSON is probably the hardest working guy Ive ever met. Super hot days and he just doesnt quit, hes full go from start to finish. Hes the one that came out to my house at midnight on Friday to help me save my house from a water sinkhole in the middle of my yard. I cant praise this guy enough.Thank you!
