I can’t say enough good about Jay and his crew. Jay and the crew came out and did an exceptional job in helping us through the process. Turns out our soil was super sandy so the trench being dug, kept sloughing off into the hole. Jay and Miguel were excellent in helping us work through the emotions of having things not go exactly as we had planned.Our trench required the sidewalk, curb, and the road to be excavated out. With some of the requirements being put in place by the city/state and the issues with the trench by the house caving in, I was sure we would see additional costs. But Jay stayed true to his bid. A friend of ours saw his price with a different contractor increase 3 times over the course of the work for his home, so I was so very impressed with Jay staying with his original bid.These men are super good to work with and I believe are truly honest. And when the owner of the business jumps on the machine and can smoothly get the job back on track, he is the type of business owner I want to work with. I could go on and on about this company, but the bottom line is this, I would not hesitate to recommend All American Rooter to anyone. This is not a cheap process so choose a company who works with a very high degree of integrity.

After calling 7 other companies on a Saturday night with only one even answering and saying they couldn’t make it till Monday a friend suggested All American rooter! That was my call first Sunday morning and Michael came out right away and located the problem! They will be our first call on further issues thanks All American Rooter!

This is the second time weve used these guys. This time around we had a clogged kitchen sink that I couldnt unclog myself. Originally, their on call guy was supposed to come out, but he couldnt make it for some reason. The owner of the company came out and unclogged my sink. That to me is an awesome business ownership. And it was Sunday.

Jay did the best job to help us on a Sunday. Very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. We couldnt ask for a better professional. They were the only company that would help us on a Sunday. We had clogged pipes and couldnt even flush a toilet. They made it here, fixed the problem and the pricing was great! Couldnt ask for anything better!

We had problems with our toilet water backing up when we flush the toilet and I called All American Rooter to help us fix the toilet and they responded immediately by sending Michael to fix it. He did it with efficiency, professionalism and excellent job well done. He did not go home till he made sure the toilet is not rocking anymore and the water is not backing up. I highly recommend the All American Rooter group coz they do a highly skilled great work 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic work. They cleared a clogged main line for me and inspected the line with a camera finding the issue was a main line put in by another company three months ago had collapsed or disconnected.Jesus is quick, careful with our walls and furniture, and helpful. He identified some other items we were concerned with. Highly recommend him and American Rooter.

Jay came highly recommended by a friend. He was here the next morning found and fixed not only my problem but stayed and fix some other things that needed to be fixed. He did not charge me over what he had already quoted me even though he should have charged me more. He explained exactly what I needed to have done and why. He was super knowledgeable and I trusted him right away. Ive had other experiences with plumbers in this town that have not been anywhere near as positive as my experience today. Jay was good to me, but he was also good to his apprentice that he was training. You can always tell a good employer by the way he treats his employees. Highly recommend. when I need my new sewer line in my backyard this spring I will be calling Jay to do the job. Thank you guys.

Fantastic work! Jay and his wonderful team answered my call right away, and were very quick to come over to water leaking in the home. He explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was happening, and what he was going to be doing to fix it. He even fixed a broken sprinkler head my dog chewed off (causing an eruption of water in the backyard) for free in minutes. He has a 90 day warranty on his work as well. Could not have asked for better service! From the lady in the office to the two guys that showed up to get the job done, we were very happy from start to finish. We had a pretty big clog that was starting to flood our basement floor when we ran any water. Two guys came out long after normal business hours and worked hard until it was fixed. Very professional, didnt leave anything out of place and were very sweet with my kiddos that were watching every move they made! We are new to the area so we were nervous to pick a plumber we knew nothing about, but we will use this company again for all of our plumbing needs!

Fantastic, honest, up front work. He came in and worked on my stuck pipes for hours, until he was able to get everything free and repaired. I know it would have been easier for him to cut everything out and replace it, but he did a lot of work instead of charging me the extra that would have cost.

They meticulously search where the clog of our bathtub is located and unclogged it. They did a very thorough job, meticulous, precise, professional and highly skilled with their work. Called them up because my main line was clogged, they came out got it cleared, took video of my pipes and even fixed my sink. Overall a great group, very fair, explained what they were doing and were very friendly, they left the bathroom clean and gave me a quote to replace the main, waiting on doing that but overall a fair and honest group.
