Last Night August 6, 2024 at 8:00 pm my water just shut off. My neighbor and I share a well and he came over to see if I had water and neither of us had water running in our houses. Before I bought my house they had had an issue with a part on the pump and we went and pulled the part we thought it could be from past experience. No one in town was open in Blackfoot and I decided to try the phone number for Cushman Well drilling. After hours the Call was answered and Brian told us he would meet us at his shop. We want over and he tested our part and said it was good and he then trouble shouted with us and gave us tools and a part to try to fix the pump. With his help we replaced the pressure switch and were able to get the pump running by 10:00. My neighbor has a new baby and two young daughters and I was so relieved to get the water turned back on for them. Thank you so much Cushman Well Drilling you guys are the very best and you have gained my respect for Life !!! I would recommend them to anyone they are Just Good People!!!

I had an accidental draw down with my water system. When I brought it back up I had pressure at the pressure tank side but very little on the after valve side (house and hydrants). Brian from Cushman called me and based on our conversation suggested I check and clean some fine mesh filters I have in the water line. His tip was spot on! It goes without saying I am a fan and recommend Cushman Drilling and Pump.

These are nice and qualified people. They subcontract out to qualified drillers and install the pump and other things themselves. When they understood our situation (staying in our trailer over winter while we build) they were quick to get someone here so that we would have water before winter hit. We appreciate their many years of skill and the way they had things set up so that when it was time to drill and put the pump in it went smoothly. There were no price changes or surprises during installation. They were honest and quick to do all they could to get our well and pump in. We highly recommend them.

Back when things were nuts, they were the only group that contacted me and found the time to drill my well. So far, the well looks very well done. However, theyve been a bit hard to contact since and I am trying to schedule pump installation. Overall, I am going with Cushman because they made it happen for me and didnt overcharge me when the market demand was crazy. Thats honesty that I admire.Update: they got back to me and apologized for being so busy. They are now helping me get done n what I needed. Great folks.

This company is as good as it gets. The customer service was something you seldom find anymore. It was person to person ( no buttons to push to prove you are not a robot or which button to push for which department).I had some concerns after the installation of a new pump so this company was prompt and very reassuring that they have my back. Brian ( owner I think) answered every call even my late and weekend call...and made sure I was never left hanging. I was looking for information on getting a windmill put up and installed ,the general information to make sure my application would suffice my need. apparently there’s not a lot of people in Idaho using windmills anymore ! I called the air motor company in Texas and they referred me to Cushman well drilling I called them and asked them if they could help me out, they came up the next weekend to assess the situation and were able to get up To challis and help get me squared away within a couple weeks of contact. very helpful ,very friendly ,very professional so far so good zero, complaints only praise!

Brian came out in the heat of the day, pulled over 200’ of pipe. Inspected every pipe as it came up. Rebuilt pump and put everything back together. He tested the system. And helped check water flow from every water faucet. He even called the next morning to make sure my kids were able to get their showers. This man is genuine and truly cares about his work, and clients! Went above and beyond. He is even stopping by again to check pressure and do ph test and treat my rust problem.
