Ruben and the team are awesome! I had a leak in my main water line and Ruben discovered not one but several leaks in the old line one of which was under my garage foundation. They replaced the entire main line and worked in a new hot water heater while they were doing the work. The entire project from start to finish was a great experience. The work quality is top notch. Very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use again!

I realized I had a leak in my main water line and called Ruben. He was very responsive and explained his process very well including estimated costs. Ruben and his helper Sam were very professional throughout the repair process. Ruben had to remove a bush in my landscaping to reach the line and even put it back once he was done as if he was never even here. His price for the entire days work was very reasonable. I highly recommend The Good Plumber.

Ruben was nothing short of incredible. He was thoughtful, transparent, honest, and completely professional. We used him for a new home purchase and what looked like a small plumbing issue. As he uncovered more and more damage he was quick to keep us in the loop the entire time and detailed exactly how he would fix everything. His work is neat, clean, and expertly done. I cannot recommend him enough. He will be “my” plumber from here in out. This company was recommended by a neighbor and I’m so glad I chose them. The owner (Ruben) is not only responsive but knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, honest, polite, and professional. I’ve had him address several plumbing issues I’ve had both inside & outside my home. Most recently was a crack in our main water line. He came the next morning and did a thorough repair for a very fair price. If you need anything plumbing related, I highly recommend this company. A good plumber is hard to find. I’m so glad that I found The Good Plumber! The company name is a perfect description of Ruben and his brother Emanuel. Our project was a complicated remodel of 2 bathrooms at our Lake Oconee House. It involved demoing existing shower/ tub combos and installing 2 walk-in showers. It was also necessary to move drains, supply lines, and toilets. All the work was done professionally and on time.Ruben was very responsive and accessible during the duration of the project. He completed his part of the project on time and at the quoted price. If you’re looking for a plumber who is reasonably priced, reliable, and talented, look no further than The Good Plumber.

Hot water tank went out late Friday night. Rubin answered his phone and set expectations about coming out Saturday after a previously scheduled job. He came out and did a few extra items (main shut off valve to the house plus water pressure valve) too. Stayed late to ensure the job was finished. Thorough. Clean. Communicates. All around impressed.
