    If I could give a thousand stars, I would!I called the emergency service because my hot water heater broke and was causing flooding in my basement. Right from the start, the professionalism was outstanding! From the dispatcher to the technicians, they exceeded my expectations! I had a competitor come out for the same make and model, and they were $1000 more expensive.Jake, Jack, and Jonathan D were incredibly courteous, kind, and professional! I was so impressed with the service that I spoke to the supervisor, Bruce, to let him know how wonderful my experience was. Thanks again! I will only be using this company for my future plumbing needs. I have already recommended them to a friend!

    Very pleased with the service we received. We had a new hot water heater installed. Everything including price was explained to us. While plumber was working on the heater he discovered another problem. He explained it to us and took care of contacting the person to take care of that issue. The plumber who took care of the clogged line was there within 15 minutes. He took care of that issue and after he finished he explained to us what to do and not do to avoid the problem again. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. We did not get his name. I believe it was Joel who installed the hot water heater. He explained everything to us. Also very knowledgeable and pleasant. I believe approximately 6 months ago we had another plumber from your company here to repair a bathtub faucet. He also was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will call Agentis for any other plumbing needs and will highly recommend this company. Thank you for a smooth experience.

    Agentis goes above and beyond with their work! From the dispatch staff (shout out to Kelly- you were amazing!) to their plumbers, I’ve had a multiple techs come out, and every single time they are polite, professional, communicative- but most importantly it seems as though everyone is looking for the best solution and eager to fix any issues occurring immediately. It never feels as though you are getting oversold. Jake S was here the last two days and was extremely efficient, and his work vastly improved my home. Couldn’t recommend them more!

    We had an emergency on this New Years Day (01/01/2025) with water coming up the drain in the floor in our basement. Technician Shawn did a fantastic job taking care of the clogged pipes in our basement that was causing the water to come up . He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about our situation. If we ever have any plumbing issues again in the future we will definitely be calling Agentis Plumbing for the repairs.

    Agentis to the rescue for me again. They came out to me last year for a clogged drain after another plumber never showed up for the appointment I scheduled or called to let me know that nobody was coming. Today, during a new shower installation, I found that the water shut off valve in my basement was leaking whether on or off. One quick call and they were here in a couple hours and even called the city for me to come shut the water off from the curb. One of the 2 gentlemen that showed up was one of the plumbers here for my clogged drain. Very professional guys, explained what was going on, gave me options, and had it fixed within an hour. I will use Agentis any time I need plumbing work done.

    This morning I had Wade and Cole come to my residence in Fountain Hill. A time window was given to me by someone at the office last week. I received a call to confirm an estimated time when the team would show up. They did as scheduled. They were super quick to give me a quote as well as start on my project right there. I originally thought it was a quote but not to start working and I was SUPER happy over this. They immediately started and were done within a few hours.They also showed me a few different times, some concerns on what could go wrong in the future so I can prepare myself of whats to come down the line. (loved this)They fixed my issue today and kept me in loop of future concerns, all while being respectful and speaking in a way an average person can understand. This speaks volumes of Agentis and the people on their team.     I got Agentis Plumbing’s number from my mother in law as she recently had a flood from a broken pipe in her home. She had the best experience with this company and she gave me their number to call. I called on a weekend so I was nervous no one would be available. An answering service picked up and told me someone would reach out! I must say I was skeptical, within minutes they reached out and were very helpful over the phone, they asked me what was happening and to send pics of my water heater. They were able to come to my home within an hour and a half with a new water heater. They removed the old one that was broken and installed a new one and they were the nicest guys I must admit it felt good to have someone there in my time of chaos! I highly recommend this company.

    I really want to give them a 10. Christian and Chase came today to repair/replace a leaking drain pipe from our tub. They were professional and knowledgeable. Chris showed us what they were doing and why. When we needed an extra step, he showed me what had to be done and got my permission before doing it. They cleaned up afterwards and everything was cleaner than when they started. Agentis is definitely number 1 for my plumbing needs and I highly recommend them. There is something I missed in this review. Both Christian and Chase WORKED the whole time they were here. They didn’t take a break. They didn’t make phone calls or look at their phones. They didn’t have to wait for parts or go for parts. The reason I mention this is because I used a different plumber in the past and they wasted more time and resources than ever. They were very disorganized. So the Agentis crew was fantastic and unbelievable to me. What a blessing!!!

    I had a major plumbing issue and Agentis was recommended by my family who has used Agentis in the past. Within a day, someone from Agentis came out, I think his name was Jose, and he was so kind. He took a look at the issue and gave suggestions. After some talk, we determined having an estimator come out was a good idea and he placed a call right away. Paul came out that same day and was wonderful. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a sales person, but someone who took the time to really look at everything going on, my situation, and gave me his honest opinion. It took less than a day to get the estimate costs and they were out that same week doing the work. Jack and Colton were the two workers who did the work and were very professional and did an excellent job. They were polite and professional. We will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

    Couldnt be more happier with Agentis Plumbing. We had an issue with clogged water in the bathtub. On Saturday, we ran the water in the sink, which then came out in the tub. Called Agentis that day, and they were over in less than 1/2 hour. Unclogged it in less than 15 minutes. So grateful to them! Very professional

    Freddy and Scott reviewed my very problematic issue and determined the most efficient and cost saving way to complete the job effectively! I was super happy given the holiday season expenses coming up. They communicated every plan because my pipe was in an area that was very difficult to get to and it needed to be replaced. They figured out a way that was least invasive (avoided cutting through tile wall). I am super happy to finally have a new outdoor spigot that I can reach my garden with.

    Adam M. responded to my frantic call on Friday evening 5/17 at 9:00 pm as I had a minor flood underneath my porcelain sink. I moved the sink by accident causing the drain pipe to pop out of the connection. When I turned on the faucet to wash out my paint brushes, gushing water. OMG. I panicked. I tried to reinsert the pipe and inadvertently crimped the washer causing a constant dripping. In any case, my emergency could have waited after all. However Adam came within 20 minutes of my call. Accessed the situation and properly reconnected the drain pipe. I would not have reacted in such a frantic manner but was scheduled to go out of town on Sunday and simply stated...ibneeded this repair for piece of mind. What a professional individual. Adam explained each step performed and I was calm and relaxed by his presence and competence. I will use Agentis again and hope that Adam is my technician! Give them a call if you are in a panicked state as I was..... you will be happy and at peace with the Agentis team!

    My bathtub drain was at a standstill, and nothing I tried would remedy the situation. I scheduled online and John came first thing the next morning. Within minutes of getting started, he had the drain running like new again. He was very thorough, polite, and respectful.     This is my first time working with a Agentis Plumbing, I made my appointment online and received a phone call about 30 minutes before my technicians were to arrive, they arrived during the time that I was provided for my appointment and on time.Freddie and Anthony listened to my issues upon arrival, explained what they were going to do to fix it and gave me a quote.     I had a brown water leak in my upstairs bathroom yesterday (01/30/24). Called around 10:30am or so. I was told they would be here between 1-4. They called about an hour later that they were on their way! Excellent! Two men (I think one was Mike) showed up. VERY PERSONABLE AND POLITE. Excellent! Listened to my problem and formulated a plan of attack. Quoted me a price for the job. Turned out to be a bit more complicated than they thought. Explained it all to me. Excellent! Very reasonably priced too. Excellent! I cant say enough good things about the fellows that were here or Agentis!

    We had a major sewer system issue yesterday. We were unable to use the toilet or sink without it backing up into the basement. The guys who came out were here within the hour and had us back to normal within an hour after their arrival. Pricing was fair and they were very professional, and friendly. They stayed for a good 30 minutes after correcting the problem, just to verify that everything was actually draining correctly. I will definitely be using Agentis Plumbing in the future if we ever need them again! Highly Recommended!!!!!

    New house, downstairs .5 bath, had a tipsy unsealed toilet, septic smell in the bathroom…took toilet off to fix, no flange , toilet wasn’t even bolted to the ground …Called Agentis, Adam came out same day installed flange, reset toilet, ensured it was done correctly, and everything worked properly.     I needed a new electric water heater to replace the one I had because the pressure valve at the top was leaking. After contact with other plumbing companies I chose Agentis. And I am so happy I did! They were completely honest with me about where the leak was and gave me the choice of replacing the valve or the water heater. Since my heater was 13 years old I made the decision to replace it. The price they quoted was the best I was given and they replaced it that same day! The workers were absolutely great! Knowledgeable , efficient, neat,trustworthy and courteous. They answers all my questions and made me feel well satisfied with their work. I needed a faucet replaced in my garage and they did that while they were here. The next day, at my request, they sent a worker to increase the hot water temperature on the heater. They gave me a three year parts and labor warranty plus the six year warranty from the manufacturer.It’s wonderful to know there is a company who cares with workers that truly want to satisfy the customer.     I had a sewer drain back up. I tried to unclog it myself (didn’t work). I called Agentis, and Adam arrived. He was extremely professional. He struggled, but he wasn’t giving up until he got it. He was successful. He recommended a camera scope and pressure wash. He was spot on. Mason came out and showed me the root issue on the camera. He pressure washed the roots away and fully opened the drain. I could not have been happier with their service and professionalism.

    Response to initial call was very prompt. Technician was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem, made arrangements to get the necessary replacement and parts, and, since this was not an emergency, returned the next business day to complete the installation. The technician carried out the repair work as estimated, and his work was very competent. He explained everything he was doing, and completed the work in a timely fashion. The caliber of his work was exceptional. He did not leave until everything was tested out to his and my satisfaction. I have complete confidence in his work, and if there were to be any further issues with the repair and installation, I have complete confidence in Argentis Plumbing standing by their work. This is not the first time I have used Mr. Rooter. I have been working with them for about 20 years and have always found them to be prompt, to perform work at the highest standard of excellence and to have a very fair pricing structure. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    Could not recommend Agentis more. We had an emergency over the weekend and I called them to see if someone was available. They were here within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The tech Chris J was thorough and went above and beyond to remove the wooden boards which had mold due to an internal leak.     For better or for worse, I have used Agentis many times over the last few years for multiple leaks in the house. They are very responsive. One of their plumbers, Tim, was actually very creative. No part was available in one of these repairs due to global supply chain problems from COVID, he soldered parts he could get and custom-made a part for me. Cannot thank him enough. Price is a bit on the high end but I trust their workmanship.

    Freddy came out to replace a shower valve that I had accidentally scratched up when replacing the cartridge. He was extremely friendly and personable and did great work. I will be needing to replace my water heater soon and will be using Agentis and requesting Freddy when I do. Also, their price was as quoted and saved me $400 compared to a quote I got from another local company (and they don’t charge for the initial visit and quote like others do either).

    I noticed there was a problem with slow drains and backing up in the basement when taking a shower. I spent 6 hours of the day calling for drainage service and waiting for call backs. I could only find a company who would book an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, the drain system couldnt wait and decided to stop working around 10:00pm that night. After frantically making calls to the claim to be 24 hours service, (while the drainage was running into the basement), the neighbor who came over to help suggested Agentis Plumbing.There are no words to explain their AWESOME professional service in my time of trouble!!! Agentis directly answered the phone call, no number prompts to select or leaving a message for the technician to call me back!!! No lengthy list of ridiculous questions on why I was calling!!! Matt and Andrew were at my house in 12 minutes!!! They had a very professional attitude, listened respectfully to the events of the problem!!! Respectful of my new carpet!!! Immediately and efficiently diagnosed and resolved the problem!!! The drain in the yard was clogged and it was poring outside that night! Like I said... more than awesome service!!! I have two other plumbing repairs that need attention and there is no question that Agentis Plumbing will be the company doing the work!!!The cost of their service was extremely reasonable for the late night emergency call!!! In no way did I feel I was being overcharged due to the circumstances!

Matt B and his apprentice worked diligently for over 4 hours and did a great job in my half bath, installing a vanity and sink and repairing the toilet. In the kitchen, a brand new faucet and garbage disposal. This is the second time in the last 3 or 4 months that I have used Agentis, and we are more than pleased with the work they have done.     I called Agentis to install a dishwasher in my kitchen in October 2021 after the team the big box retailer sent refused to do the install due to a couple line. They were able to tell me the scope of the job over the phone, and they were willing to schedule me as early as the same afternoon. Eric came and did a great job. He put a mat down while doing the work and then swept up after himself when the job was complete. He ran the new dishwasher to ensure no leaks.     This was the first time I used Agentis plumbing for my personal plumbing needs at my residence. I heard a radio advertisement on a local radio station and decided to give them a call. I received a return call within an hour and home visit scheduled for next day.On day of the scheduled visit, I received a call to advise that Agentis was on their way. When they arrived we did introductions and then we proceeded to the basement to take a closer look at the problem. They were immediately able to determine the root cause and then determined what materials would be required to fix the issue. They also identified another potential issue that would cause problems in the future, thus it was agreed to correct both problems. They quoted the total price and we agreed to proceed with the repairs.They had to pick up the parts at local supply location and returned within 60 minutes. They proceeded to remove defective materials and replaced with newer materials and then completed with test to ensure problem was fixed.I was very pleased with responsiveness by the team and professionalism. I will certainly consider Agentis Plumbing should any plumbing related issues occur in the future.

    I’m very happy with this service. I had called at 7:30 AM and was called back just after 8 AM and the plumber was here just after 8:30 AM. That was quite fast. No plumbing repair is cheap, but I felt their price was reasonable especially compared to others. The technician did a fantastic job. He was very nice, and very personable, and did excellent work. I had a blockage very far down (about 15ft from the faucet) in my 2” drain pipe coming from the kitchen. I just didn’t have the equipment to get far down into the pipe, so I was very glad I made the call. The water is flowing freely now!

    My brother & I are very pleased with the installation of the new water heater at our mother’s home by Agentis employees, Cody and his apprentice, John. Cody was very respectful and polite. He listened carefully to my brother’s suggestions on the relocation of the water heater. The home is very old. (Built in 1946) John was very quiet and listened to the conversation with interest. Cody is a fine example on how to please his customer.The display of their fine workmanship and work ethic was certainly noticed. Also, when Cody asked John to do a task he was very precise and explained things in a manner that John took to and understood. They seem to work well together.     Our hot water heater developed a leak and needed to be replaced. On day one I contacted 2 companies about what I needed, a new water heater installed ASAP since we had no hot water. One company visited our house to inspect the job ($100 visit charge). Both said that they would check availability and get back to me and both were concerned about immediate availability of an 80-gal heater which left me very concerned about when this replacement could happen.That night I was driving on Rt 22 and saw the billboard for Agentis. I was reminded of all the adds I had heard on the radio over the years so I decided to check them out. I called their office at 7:00 am on day two and spoke to the answering service. Within 30 minutes, I had a call back and an offer to have a tech visit around 8:30 am at no charge. Matt and Daniel arrived around 8:30 am, were very polite and respectful. They inspected the old water heater and confirmed it needed to be replaced. I was then given a quote on the spot and was told it could be done that day. At this point, I had not heard back from the other two companies. I asked if I could let them know later in the day (I wanted to get a second quote from one of the other companies to make sure this one was good). I was told, no problem, just let us know and we can be back later today. They did indicate that they could start the prep right away and tank would be deliver fairly quickly if I agreed. There was no pressure at all. I decided that this bird-in-hand was worth pulling the trigger and by 11:00 am, we had a new hot water heater installed and operating.The installation was very efficient. Matt and Daniel were quiet and neat. I did not even hear the tank come in the front door and down the basement stairs. As it turns out, while the install was going on a received one of the quotes I was waiting for and it was competitive but the install would be the following day at the earliest. Needless to say, I am more than pleased with Agentis and the crew that fixed our hot water issue. They will be my first call next time I need plumbing services.

Early this morning, I had a pipe burst and it literally was raining in my basement, water everywhere! I called at 6:00 a.m. and by 9:00 a.m., Matt was at my house starting the repairs.     On Saturday morning my wife and son woke me up to the news that our basement was flooding. After a brief assessment, it turned out that any water being flushed or going down a any drain caused a waterfall to cascade from the ceiling in one room in our basement. I called another plumber first who advertised 24/7 emergency service only to find out that they could not get out until Thursday. So my next call was to Agentis Plumbing and they made it out in 45 minutes. The technician, Paul, was professional and knowledgeable. He spent some time diagnosing the problem and then looking for the places around the house where he could do the work with the least amount of damage to our finished basement. As it turned out, he completed the work (which involved two separate issues) in under two hours and did it all without tearing out any drywall or ceiling tiles or doing and damage whatsoever to anything. He knew what he was doing and how to do it and got the job done right as everything is still working as it should. The cost of the service was fair and reasonable considering what he ended up doing. This was my first experience with calling a plumber to do any work and I was glad I did rather than attempt this set of repairs myself. Recently had a gas range delivered, but needed a plumber to install a shut off valve behind the stove to comply with safety requirements.     I had a back up clogging issue with my pipes that caused a horrible back flow of water on a Monday. I called Tuesday morning 2 places for someone to come out. I called Rotor Rooter first, after speaking with someone, she informed me someone would get back to me as soon as they can. an hour later i thought to myself let me call a few other places and see who calls me first as this was an emergency, I couldnt use the water for anything for fear of having another mess. I called Mr. Rooter. The woman on the phone was able to get me in same day within the afternoon. The 2 gentleman that came to my home ( forget their names) were very kind. The one man took charge and as soon as he figured out the issue, he not only explained the issue, but also showed it to me. While he was there he noticed that one of my toilets was consistently running. He asked if i wanted him to look at that too. I said yes. He was able to fix all the issues i had in less than an hour. i was very thankful. Definitely will use again in the future. and by the way, as of this moment approximately 25 hours later, I have still yet to receive a call back from Rotor Rooter.

    Very early on a Friday morning I discovered my water heater was not working. When I went downstairs to check, I also discovered it was leaking as well so I turned off the fuse box and the water valve to the heater. Not being a real emergency, I waited till regular business hours and called Agentis plumbing. I had used them before for an entirely different problem a few years back and was satisfied with their work then, so I didnt hesitate. When I called I was given a window of time between noon and 4:00 PM. Their representative ( Matthew B ) arrived a little after 12:30 and couldnt have been nicer. He checked out the problem and gave me a quote. It was actually lower than I expected. After I gave the go ahead he started work immediately. I must say that not once did he say anything about my completely messy basement, thank you! Circumstances prevented them from using the outside cellar door so when another man arrived with the water heater, they had to come through the house and down the narrow steps.     I had a leak in my water heater the other morning and had to turn the water off. I called Agentis and they sent a repair man out to replace it. He was on another call and reached out to me when he was on the way. After arriving he said it needed to be replaced.     At approximately 12pm on Easter Saturday we noticed that our water heater had developed a fairly severe leak. Agentis had replaced a well pressurization tank more than a decade before and we were pleased with their work then so they were the first on the list for our new issue. We were cheerfully informed that someone would be out to evaluate the task and give us an estimate and (this is important in that it denotes their level of professionalism) that at the very latest we would be on the list for first thing Monday, and that was only if our application was so exotic it required parts that they did not have in inventory. Around 5pm their first repair tech, Matt showed up, fully decked out in PPE. He took one look and said we can do this today and gave us an estimate which was EXTREMELY reasonable (remember this is on a Saturday afternoon). About a half hour after Matt arrived a virtual armada of Agentis Plumbing vehicles arrived on site bringing the number of tech up to three (Im sorry but I did not catch their names). By the time 7pm rolled around they had finished the installation and we were outside grilling like nothing happened. In life you should feel blessed if you know a good plumber you can count on, and as far as were concerned we found one in Agentis.

    I had some concerns about a possible odor from my cleanouts which had disappeared prior to my appointment. Instead of dismissing the issue, Matt tried to replicate the issue, then discussed possible causes, examined the entire basement, opened and examined the cleanouts and insured that they were resealed properly. He also discussed future steps in case the smell returned. Very thorough, polite and what I have come to expect from your company. A+ service
