Tyler and Winston arrived early to our appointment, which was a great way to start. They successfully installed a new mixing valve on the domestic coil of our oil boiler, all while being polite and explaining the problem and solution in simple terms so that I could understand. They also made additional recommendations to extend the service life of our boiler. We will continue to use Deluxe for our plumbing and HVAC needs going forward.

He even found a heat switch which had melted, and was a fire risk. Deluxe plumbing and heating are our new go to guys. Would recommend them highly. Quality of work is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable techs, but I still feel their prices are on the very high end. Quoted $1600 to replace 2 bathroom faucets. One other pet peeve I have is that the service fee is not refunded or subtracted from the overall charge if they do the job. I understand it should not be refunded if you decide not to have them do the work. Overall, simply because of these two issues, 7/8 out of 10.

This is the second time I have used this company for work at my home. The first time was the installation of a new heat pump system. This time it was the replacement of my well pump.The team that did the work was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The team, led by Daphne Ziegenfus, was excellent. Daphne, a young female plumber, was outstanding. I was truly impressed with her knowledge and work ethic. The job was completed in one day and the unit is working perfectly. It must be noted that the well is 400 ft deep, so removing was not a simple task. However, with the right equipment and skills, Daphne and her team handled it no problem.

They even took great care with my dog who is old and blind. They took the time to make sure there were no hazards outside that my dog could fall into or trip over. Theyre just as mindful inside the home. AND they clean up after theyre done! They leave no trace!Deluxe communicates effectively and in a timely manner. They always come within the provided window. I’ve had terrible luck with contractors, so when I find a good one they deserve a good review!Deluxe Plumbing and Heating installed a high velocity HVAC system in our older home. The install team was professional, courteous, and considerate of our home. They kept their work place clean and organized.Blade, Kevin, Rob, Steve, and Bill were all professional and demonstrated good craftmanship (Sorry if I missed anyone).Michelle in the office was always great to work with.Walker, Kevin and Caleb did excellent work troubleshooting and working with the manufacturer to make necessary adjustments.We were promised that they would come day or night to resolve any issues we had. We got to spend part of Christmas Eve morning (3am) with Walker when he did just that – came and assisted when the system was struggling in the -0 weather.In the recent -0 weather, we had no issue keeping the house warm.It took a while to get everything adjusted just right, probably because this is not a standard install. Our High Velocity HVAC system is nice because it provides central heating and cooling with air cleaning and filtration without having to retrofit large amounts of duct. It was a relatively unique project for the team, and they did great.Their price was not the lowest bid, but they showed up when they said they would, provided prompt adjustments and repairs, give excellent service, and stand behind their work and equipment.

I was having troubles with my high efficiency gas furnace. I called the Deluxe Heating and Plumbing service department, Michelle was very courteous, and set me up with an appointment the next day. The technician showed up on time, Walker, within about 2 1/2 hours had diagnosed my problem and explained to me all the options. After going back-and-forth with the furnace manufacturer, I agreed to replace the furnace with same model because the manufacture was going to pro rate the furnace since it was still within the warranty. In about a week I heard from Michelle again, she scheduled the replacement, once again, the technicians were on time, Lucas and Robert, had the old furnace out and the new one installed in a day.Excellent work, very courteous, and attention to detail.I would absolutely recommend Deluxe Heating, and will use them again.

In the past three months I think Ive put Deluxe through all of their paces. On the plumbing side theyve set up a proper drain hose for my washing machine and updated the pipeline attached along it. They installed a brand new ductless system in each room and serviced the old furnace as a back-up option. Theyve even tightened up my electric while running wires and things are working better than ever! Each time they have been on time, clean, professional, absolutely impressive, amazing, honest, communicative, helpful...the list goes on and on. And Im sure Ive had just about every tech at this point, so shout out to all of them for all their hard work! Not to mention they sent us some of the best cookies Ive ever had. I am so so glad I chose to get their membership and stick with them for everything our new old house needs. I can trust everything they have done and inevitably will do, which we all know is a huge relief. So, yea, 10 stars to Deluxe, if I could!

And Zach did amazing work on two jobs installing a car charger and moving and outlet. In both cases he was on time, friendly, professional and did quality work. This is the first time we used Deluxe Plumbing & Heating. We have a plumbing leak in our kitchen. Dylan was excellent. He was very thorough and figured out where the leak is coming from. It is going to be a big job so they are coming back on Monday. Very pleased with what they have done so far. We also like that they have a price guide to go by and you can see it. No hidden or made up costs. Will update review after they have completed the job for us next week. UPDATE:. They came back and did the job for us, it was a HUGE job. They had to jack hammer the concrete out of our floor to get to the pipe. They did a great job & were always very professional & up front about everything. Had a wonderful diagnostic session with Caleb E who was very professional, thorough, and capable!Just moved to area and bought an older home with Central Air and a very loud heating system! And so we had lots of questions about how things worked and what repairs/upgrades we might need. He listened carefully and responded patiently with lots of helpful info. and to save money we decided to sign up for the club membership. With boiler maintenance and A/C maintenance (in spring) the membership pretty much pays for itself! We’re also happy he was able to reduce some of the loud noise coming from our inducer (didn’t know we had one! Or what one was!), he was able get the heat in my daughter’s room to come up, and he showed us how to keep the ventilation fan going without the A/C on all winter! Ha!! 🤪 useful!Learned a lot and we felt grateful. We have a few small jobs (installing a plug, bathroom vent fan) coming up & we’re delighted Deluxe does basic electrical too!Nice to feel like we can trust someone n a new place and to know we’re in good hands. Our main sewer vent backed up, Deluxe sent out a two man crew led by Tyler. It was a very tricky and extensive clogged so they had to call for back up. Next arrived Owen and his apprentice. These four guys worked tirelessly for over 5 hours, determined to fix our issue. They were extremely creative in their pursuit of the fix! They were personable and professional! I would trust these guys with any plumbing issue! Deluxe you have customers for life and we will also now use you for our HVAC needs! Great company! Great workers!! Very reasonably priced!

I was having a problem with my furnace off and on since my recent annual maintenance. With that being said, Deluxe P&H made sure to address and try and resolve the problem in a very timely manner. And when they still weren’t able to resolve my furnace issue, to no fault of there own, they brought is the representative from Beckett, the manufacturer. He was even a little stumped. However, in the end the Beckett Representative provided me with a new burner for the furnace at no charge. Deluxe P&H provided me with great service to the end to get my heat working again as well as the kindness of Beckett Co.

I’m not someone to leave reviews and generally don’t unless a service is horrendous or outstanding. Luckily this was the latter! We had been jerked around by another company through our home warranty and had been without heat or hot water for 6 days. When their guy finally came out, he said there was nothing he could do, that it’d be over a month to get a part in, and to invest in some space heaters. Total scam. Called Deluxe and they had Ryan at our house in less than 2 hours, with the issue diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. He was polite, professional and courteous, wearing shoe covering booties and changing them each time he came in and out of the house. He took the time to explain the components of our boiler system and hot water system to us as well as the recommended maintenance and ways to make the system more efficient. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to finally get a warm bath tonight. I regret not calling Deluxe first and won’t be making that mistake again. Deluxe, you guys have got a gem in Ryan and he’s won you a long term customer.

Caleb was on time, very efficient and did a thorough inspection of my unit. He went above and beyond with his service. I called for service and they were there in less then an hour. They worked on the initial issue I had with no results. Due to the layout if the building they could not get to the other half if the building to properly determine the problem. I got them access later in the day so they could look over the situation. Since I couldnt stay I scheduled the work for noon the next day. They gave me a price for the work. Turns out the job required more work and an addition man. They were persistent, kept me informed and stayed with the quoted price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Co. As a side note both days they had young people with them learning the trade which I think is fantastic.

I had a problem with my boiler that was installed by another company. Justin Heller from Deluxe diagnosed the problem due to corrosion of many components which was caused by an incorrect installation from another company. Justin suggested that I meet with Bill Boyle to review what options are available. Bill met with us the next day to offer different options and helped us decide the correct option. We decided to replace the boiler with a new one. Lucas Lebron installed the new boiler in a timely and professional manner. We found Lucas to be very knowledgeable and passionate in his work. He also reviewed the operation of the boiler with us and cleaned the work area very well. We continue to be impressed with the staff at Deluxe and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

The first guy saw nothing wrong with my furnace. Furnace would start then stopped working when he left. It was a Sunday. Another guy came on Monday. His boss showed up. With much investigation they found out what was wrong. The guy got the part and put it in. After that he tested the furnace through 10 cycles before being satisfied it was fixed and working properly. Works like a charm since! Great service! Very courteous and respectful.

Should have used them in the first place instead had someone else come out and did not do good work. Called Deluxe Plumbing and Heating to get a second opinion as I used them for a previous issue with the HVAC. Same technician as before came out checked the work that the previous company did and had to correct the wiring for the capacitor as it was reversed polarity. The technician checked the other issues that the other company said was an issue and ended up not being an issue. If Deluxe Plumbing and Heating was called out first (my own doing) would not have had to pay for a double service. The technician was thorough,. quick, honest, knowledgeable, and professional.

I had a scheduled consultation with Ryan Lutseo in regards to converting from oil to heat, since UGI was nearing closer to running their gas line to my property. At no point in the consultation did I feel pressured into purchasing a unit. Ryan asked what my wants, needs and expectations were with the new system. I already had a system in mind, however, for what I expected from the system longevity wise it was not worth the cost, and was well over priced than the unit he recommended.In addition, I expressed some water quality concerns with Ryan as well. Again, with no added pressure, he showed some equiptment systems that would enhance the water quality of my home, but strongly recommended I have the company do a water quality test, which is free with their annual membership, so they can better tailor a system around the test results received as my water hardness was somewhat ok but had a really high level of chlorine. Tyler Hall, was another great tech, who along with Matt did a great job installing a complete home water filtration system.Lucas, Nate and TJ. These guys are awesome. They installed the recommended combi boiler with very little disruption to water service and heating. You can see they take pride in their work as it shows in the quality of their install. The install looked pretty intense, but they managed to maintain their projected date of completion.Lastly, Larry, I have never seen or heard of an owner of a company helping and working alongside of their employees. Larry along with his employees are all respsctfull down to earth and easy going people. He stopped by on the original day of the build and if not mistakenly 2 times on the final day of the completed work. That to me stands out a lot. It shows the companys commitment to maintaining a 100% satisfaction rate with their customers.

Excellent service. Had Robinson Plumbing of Allentown out previously who declined to give me a quote on replacing hose bib stating it was behind the indoor heat pump unit. Money lost for them because the the techs from Deluxe did it with ease and at a reasonable price of $371 which is apparently the standard rate for a hose bib replacement from them. They even relocated it about 12-14” to the side for easy access next time & installed a shut-off valve!The techs were very professional & courteous & cleaned up after themselves.Two reasons I’m not giving 5 stars though:1) because they relocated the hose bib they had to drill a new hole through my wall/foundation. The tech said he would normally fill in the old hole with some type of masonry mix but he didn’t have any on the truck so instead he used clear silicone to seal the hole.2) the $69 service fee just for techs to come out despite it being a scheduled visit as opposed to an emergency call-out. Would be great if they waived this fee if you choose to get work done at the time of the estimate as I did.

He contacted AO Smith Tech Support and through testing both heating elements were grounding themselves (continuely running) AO smith gave an RPA for Tyler to get new elements (covered for free by AO warranty), he drained/installed and things were up and running.
