A+++. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the work KB did for us. We had at least 5 other BIG name AC professionals look at and work on our unit. Matt came out and within a short period of time pinpointed the problem. He ordered the part needed and replaced it in a timely manner. The system has never run as smooth as it is running right now!!!! (Knock on wood, as it’s a 24 year old unit!) I would recommend them to anyone and they are now my #1 go to call for all my heating and air conditioning troubles and maintenance. Thanks again!!! -

I live in an older house With forced air. And decided to to zone it. These guys were very professional clean and did an awesome job. Their customer service and emergency service is impeccable. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to upgrade or make adjustments to their present equipment. -

Recently we decided to upgrade our heating and cooling system in our home along with some modifications. After contacting several local HVAC companies for estimates, Jake from KB Heating and Cooling addressed every single point and concern of mine as he worked with me step by step on the design and installation of the new furnace and whole house humidifier, re-location of the new air conditioner condenser outside, and installation of a ductless split to replace an electric baseboard heater in a separate area of the home. Jake responded immediately to any voicemails, and was polite and punctual from the first meeting. An installation date was set for the middle of December, and was told it would be a 3 day project. Each day turned out to be exactly as planned, and the project was completed right on time (that was actually a nice surprise). Jake supervised the installation all the way, and kept me informed during every step of the process. The team of installers, Justin and Kirk, were extremely efficient, informative, professional and yet quite fun to work with. On the final day of installation, Co-owner Matt arrived to help wrap things up. It has been two weeks since the installation, and we are now enjoying a very comfortable, well-balanced temperature controlled environment in our home thanks to KB. To Jake, Justin, Kirk, and Matt - you guys ROCK! -

Jake and his team are by far experts in their field. They are prompt and do what ever is necessary to make the job right. Super friendly and a true pleasure to deal with. When the work is completed they go back over everything to be sure nothing was overlooked and is working as expected. Jake and Matt are a great team and we are very happy with their services. They serviced our A/C unit, made some modifications to our system and gave us a few options for future ideas for efficiency improvements. They give you all quotes up-front free of charge so there are no surprises and you know exactly what youre getting. Would highly recommend them and they will be doing several more projects for us as we expand our natural gas usage in our home. -

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner, and they did a terrific job. Under the challenges of having a 100 year old home, they came up with a great resolution to give our home superior air quality, and were able to achieve a perfect balance in heating and cooling to our liking. We had a complete change out done, and converted from oil to propane—we have been saving hundreds ever since. The years of experience these guys have really shows. They will guide you down the right path, without trying to sell you something you don’t need. We couldn’t be happier! -

Our furnace decided to stop working one of the coldest weeks this winter yet. We called Jake after being without heat for 3 days, working with another company. He went out of his way to get the part our furnace needed, and had it up and running within a day. After finishing with the furnace, he noticed we also had a pipe leaking, which was promptly fixed. Wonderful customer service, fair pricing and very knowledgeable. KB heating will be our go to from here on out -
