The plumber service was super quick, and even though the tap manufacturer had delivered it in multiple parts (a rare occurrence), Mason was able to assemble it and make it work. The job was completed in no time, and our tap looks splendid! The service was outstanding, and we were highly grateful for Mason and his adaptable, professional, and understanding approach to the situation. Not to mention, the cost is extremely reasonable, some of the lowest I have ever come across, especially in Bethel Park, and for such high-quality service.     I had initially hired a different team to clear up my blocked sewer pipes, but it didnt turn out to be a good experience. i now wish that i had contacted a different company first. When this new team, lets call them the bethel park plumbers, arrived, they were not only more professional than the previous team, but they were also able to complete the work swiftly. They managed to clear the blockage and we were even able to get a camera inside the pipe to identify the root of the problem. It turned out that there was a considerable amount of work that needed to be done, but the bethel park plumbers did a phenomenal job repairing and replacing a substantial section of our pipe system. They completed the job promptly and even returned during the spring to repair the section of the pavement that had to be cut in order to fix the pipes. i strongly recommend hiring them! They offer professional, excellent service, quick and efficient work, all for a fair price. Furthermore, mason was particularly helpful throughout the process.

    Heres an unusual tale about plumbing services. Our drainage system started causing trouble, backing up into our utility sink during laundry. It was painfully slow, and whenever we flushed the toilet, the problem worsened. This all began on a Friday night, and we tried using a commercial drain cleaner to see if it would help. By the early hours of Saturday, the best I could achieve was to make it drain slightly faster. I started contacting plumbing services around 8AM, mostly getting answering machines or answering services. However, when I got in touch with Dillon & Sons Plumbing, I received a call from Douglas within 5 minutes. He assured me he could visit in approximately 2 hours to diagnose the problem. To my surprise, he arrived within 30 minutes and quickly identified the issue. The drain needed to be cleaned, but the waste pipe configuration was far from ideal. Douglas suggested some modifications to the waste pipe to ensure a thorough cleaning. Initially, he mentioned that he wouldnt be available until Monday, but after some persuasion, he agreed to handle it early Sunday morning. He estimated the task would take about 4 hours and we agreed on a price. We were out on Sunday morning but made sure to leave the bulkhead open for Douglas to bring his equipment into the basement. Around 10AM, he called to inform me that the job was complete, including plumbing and drain cleaning all the way to the street. The agreed price remained unchanged, and our basement was as clean as if it had been swept. Incredible service! When I first scheduled the appointment, they had given me a standard quote for the disposal replacement, a price which was competitive and closer to the lower end of other estimates Id gotten. However, due to their efficiency in completing the task swiftly, they charged me instead for an hours labor and the cost of the new disposal, thereby saving me nearly $100.
