Excellent. More than 5 stars. They have wonderful employees who know what they are doing and did not give up until they had done everything they possibly could.Madden fixed our horrible issue without doing any of what another company had proposed.(The other company said we needed all new plumbing for kitchen at a cost of almost 3,000) So glad we called Madden instead of going with the other company. It was a much better rate complete with much better service.

Madden to the rescue once again. In my attempt to replace an old shower cartridge, it became apparent that the cartridge was ceased in its cylinder. When I contacted Jon Madden, he walked me through some trouble shooting efforts to dislodge the cartridge. When those efforts didnt work, Mr Madden came out and put his expertise to work. Within a few minutes he had the old cartridge out and the new cartridge installed. He then gave me a rate that not even Ebenezer Scrooge could have complained about!! This was the second time that Ive received phenomenal service from Madden Plumbing in the last week and a half. I have called upon Madden Plumbing several times over the years and weve never received anything less than stellar service. I highly recommend Madden Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Went above and beyond - literally! Had to drag their machine up on the roof to keep from potentially flooding the basement. They were definitely looking out for our best interest. PLUS, it was a return visit, when apparently the first attempt did not clear the clog: and yet even with all of what looked like extra work to me, it was still no further charge! Wow. A company and employees that truly stand behind - or in our case, ON - their work. So absolutely: MADDEN is THE plumbing company YOU need to be using! Hands down!

We had no hot water in our guest shower. We called Madden and they sent someone out very quickly. Kevin was awesome. He found the issue and told us the part we would need. I got the part myself only because I have a friend that sells plumbing equipment. I called as soon as the part came in and they were there the next day. I fully expected a call canceling, but nope! Kevin showed up in the middle of a tornado and fixed our shower. We told him it could absolutely wait, but he wasn’t having it. Very professional, very kind and very reasonable. Shower working like a charm. He also didn’t get frustrated with my two kiddos trying to “help” him. I would recommend them, and have several times. Thank you guys for what you do!

I had a leak in my garage and the tech quickly diagnosed the problem was my hot water heater had a leak. This unit was about 19 years old.He was able to get me a new on and had it installed in just a few hours. He also discovered my pressure tank was not working and got me a good deal on a new on. The entire cost was very reasonable and they have been working fine ever since. This was the 2nd time Ive used Madden. They install and connected our new sink after replacing our kitchen counter tops. I will continue to use Madden for all my plumbing issues. They were always on time, very neat and cleaned up after. Mike did an excellent job replacing our old water heater & expansion tank. He also found that our PRV (pressure reducing valve) wasn’t working as it should which might have caused not only the water heater issues, but some other issues as well. Mike was able to replace the PRV and show us that the new valve brought us back into the correct water pressure range. I’m very satisfied with Madden Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumbing repair or replacement.

Once he came out and completed the project, he billed us a fair price, (less than what he had quoted), based on the work performed. I have used Madden Plumbing for a few years now. They installed a new hot water heater and some other plumbing task around the house. Last night I tried on my own to replace the pressure regulator in my home. I completely screwed up, even snapped a pipe. This was 7:30 pm on Friday. I called the number for Madden and it went to a company voicemail. I hadnt even had time to finish the message and someone was calling me back. Not just some operator or calling service, THE OWNER! I explained what I had done and he said hed get a technician out ASAP. A technician showed up at my house at 9 pm. Chad did EXCELLENT work and was very friendly. Fixed my plumbing error and had water restored to the house in an hour. Also, I was worried about having an emergency charge for plumbing, but it was very reasonable. I honestly cannot say enough about how great this company and its employees treat me. We will be loyal customers for a long time. Also, I wont do any self repairs any more.

Here’s why I use Madden Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. A clogged toilet turned into our septic tank being full. Because current times makes our health the main concern, all of the local environmental companies in the area are booked until mid-August. Both gentlemen named Mike called professional contacts of theirs and were able to get a company that can arrive early tomorrow morning. Not only were they professional but were compassionate. I paid $275 because my disposal wasnt working and backing up into dishwasher. That was April 1, 2024 this is April 18. Now they want to charge $199 . Amazing. Mr Madden personally came out and remedy the situation. He could not be more gracious. I appreciate that and will recommend him. My final rating for him as owner and gracious person. Five stars.
