    Called for an issue regarding the unit possibly making my power bill way higher than it should be, they came faster than I expected (same day) and were very willing to check everything out and were also super fast about that! Gave me a form with additional concerns etc not even pertaining to the original call, and that won me over to recommend them to others I know. I appreciate good companies and workers that do honest work like that.

    We had a wonderful experience with Brown! They were able to come out, same day, and diagnose a problem with our heating system and fix it all within a couple of hours! David was an absolute delight, made us feel super at ease, and fixed our problem quickly.     Beautiful job well done! All new faucet, garbage disposal, sink drains, water lines and pvc drain pipes done by Matt. I am particular about choosing contractors, and Brown Heating, Cooling & Plumbing did not disappoint 😁. They are also my HVAC contractor and saved me $1200 when Norrell Service Experts tried to scam me. David Monk caught a $60 repair that would have cost me thousands later. This is an honest and ethical company that has earned my trust. Thank you!

    ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!! I received a text a text message saying that our “technician” was on his way at 2:30, but by 3 45 he wasn’t here and my husband called and was told that the technician was showing that they were still at the home before ours, but the link for tracking showed him in our neighborhood. We checked outside and he was down the road sitting in his vehicle. When he finally arrived it became immediately evident that he had absolutely no idea what was wrong with the unit nor how to make it work, he seemed either incompetent or trying to up-sale us. He didn’t instill confidence in his ability to even trouble shoot but because he arrived over an 1 1/2 hours AFTER he was supposed to, only the after hours were available. He left our home at a little after 6; we have no idea what is wrong with the unit, we have no heat in our home, we paid $179 to have him come out, waste time, and still leave us with no heat! I will be reviewing this service on every platform I can find! I want my money back, but more than that, as the temperature dips close to freezing, I WANT HEAT!Next day: we were contacted by Browns, they sent a new technician (promptly) and our problems were quickly fixed at no additional cost! We were warm before lunch! No company gets everything right all of the time, but their dedication to swiftly solving our problems has ensured that they will keep our business! It is a rare find, in this day and age, when a company will put a customer first (above a dollar) and in my humble opinion, this is that kind of business.I am so happy to amend my earlier review and recommend Browns!

    I took a gamble on finding repair services for our furnace that just went out yesterday. Was able to an appointment to get it checked out and next day first thing in the morning I get a call about them being on their way. Very quick response. They showed up and immediately diagnosed the issue. I was given several options on how to resolve my issue. Let me clarify on that, I was given an option to just have a repair done or an actual fix with warranty. I was in NO WAY pressured. Well, after agreeing on what we wanted to do, I was told the fix would be the same day of them showing up. Wow. I really appreciate the time and help I was given from this team. Thank you guys for weathering the cold to keep us warm.

    I had a great experience! They were able to get me in the schedule on the same day for AC maintenance. Chris was awesome and honest. They also were able to replace my water heater the same day I called. Tim was phenomenal, truly the legend plumber. I appreciate that both technicians put thought into what was needed for my system based on their expertise. The phone scheduling team was also top notch. I look forward to using Brown again.

    I hadnt really heard of Brown, before I gave them a call after some quick research when our AC went out. We have a fairly newer system, so we were hoping it wouldnt be too difficult. From the first phone call I had with Mattie, they put me at ease. They were able to get us scheduled day of and Mattie was super helpful over the phone and so nice!Our Technician, Chris, continued the this trend, by being so professional, yet personable. He kept us at ease as well and worked very efficiently. He made sure to keep us in the loop while he worked. He got the job done in just a couple hours. Bonus points because he became best friends with our 3 yr old Staffie Louie. Chris gave us a very simple explanation and run down of everything and left our system running better than it was before. This was just an all around phenomenal experience. So happy to o have signed up for the Shield Membership, which Chris helped us with as well!I highly recommend them if you ever have any A/C needs but they also provide other services!

    Matt came out and did a wonderful job twice. Kathy in the office has been there many years, and shows from a heart to heart talk she had with me. Sometimes you can feel overwhelmed by things, and the GM David made sure my wife was satisfied with their service to the end.     They came out to do an inspection on the HVAC system for a new home purchase. Professional and thorough, gave quotes for some component repairs vs replacement and was honest about not necessarily needing the most expensive option. I was very impressed with how quickly he determined the problem with my heating system and offered solutions on how to repair it.     We cannot say enough great things about Brown! They have been to our house for various problems over the last few years and have always been knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Our recent toilet debacle was serviced by Malakai Mitchell. Not only is he the sweetest human ever, he really worked hard to understand the root of our problem and he fixed it quickly. He also gave suggestions on how to prevent problems from happening in the future. While we wish we could throw our house away and start over again, we can’t, so we call Brown to fix all of our problems!

    My furnace went out on of course one of our cold snaps nights, this past Wednesday. Brown Heating and Cooling and Plumbing came out the very next day, I called Wednesday afternoon and they sent Chris out the next day, thank you Mattie! Chris checked the unit and knew right away that it was the fuse inside the heating elements, he opened the outside unit and showed me what was wrong, he was even patient with my dog who insisted on a investigating what he was doing… and not getting in the way at all…lol. Chris explained what was wrong in terms I could understand and he even crawled under the house because of some venting/supply line and return line issue that have been needing to be fixed for a while now. He told me to call in and they would schedule to have that done right away. Chris explained the cost and fee for the repair and also the membership plan so I can keep up with better maintenance of my furnace and my home air quality. I think with Browning Heating and Cooling and Plumbing, I can better take care of my home and stay warm this winter!     Matt Hawkins was our service provider and he was excellent. He found the problem with our basement sewage ejector pump: a clogged float switch. He fixed it quickly, answered all our questions and explained the costs if we wanted to replace the pump later. This was my first time using Brown and I will be using them in the future.

    Had the HVAC unit replaced and each employee from the lady answering the phone to the tech that came out was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We told them our budget and they worked with us which made it really easy to choose them over the others to replace the entire unit. The service we received was excellent, and we recently called back and used them for a plumbing issue. Matt came out and was the most nicest guy you ever could meet and explained the whole process while he was trying to unplug the main drain. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Justin showed up introduce himself ,checked the thermostat and filter out it looked in good shape not requiring to be replaced, went into the attic check the unit out,went outside checked the unit out out.He went over his finding that the heat strip was only working in heat mode and the outside unit the disconnect was pulling away from the unit (to short). He suggested that the thermostat and disconnect be replaced. He went over the cost and I agreed to have them replaced as soon as possible.Justin acted very professional a great asset to Brown.

Our technician, Scott, was very polite and friendly, on time, and made sure to contact us first thing on the day of the appointment to confirm his arrival time. Moreover, he quickly and effectively corrected the problem, and we were back up and going within just a few minutes.(Update 8/18/24): We later contacted Brown again when our water heater needed to be replaced, and the technician, Jesse, did an equally strong job installing the new water heater. We were particularly impressed with how well he cleaned up the water from the leaking unit he replaced as he worked, and he left the area in excellent shape.     The last two days, Mr. Scott came by to diagnose my 2020 cooling unit and when I say I learned so much. He helped out beautifully. He explained the process of the unit and why it stopped working. Thank youSecondary update: I didnt really do the research on my house per se and I didnt know with my HVAC blows out forced air and it is connected to a furnace to heat up my house. I had no clue. I didnt know how to turn my heat on so I called Brown and they found out my thermostat wasnt working properly because it wasnt connecting to the unit to turn my heat on and then they found out I dont have the connection to the furnace as well as a gas line connection to the furnace to get forced heat through my House. At the Colleen Brown and they explained everything and broke it down and told me what they was going to do, again, I am so happy for the service and explanation that they gave me. So at the moment my house is completely electrical which is excellent because I dont have to hook up to a gas line and I dont have to open up a gas account which is going to cost me extra money considering I have base pay for my electric. Brown has helped me out again to make sure my house is cool in the summer as well as warm in the winter time.

    Excellent job! Excellent experience! Called on a late Friday afternoon with a plumbing problem. Matt came out the next day which was a Saturday at no chargeCalled several other plumbing Co. No one would come and give an estimate until the next week with a charge of 80$ -90$ Will only call Browns for our future plumbing and HAVC needs. Great company to work with. No need to call anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

    Amazing customer service from the moment I made the call. Very friendly, helpful and professional. This has been the best cooling and heating company we have ever dealt with. We will not go back to anyone else!Our service technician was able to be there earlier than originally scheduled. He called and texted before arrival. We recieved a text message with his name and picture. Once he arrived he was very respectful and nice. Clean and professional looking. The amount of time it took him to diagnose the problem was exceptional. He didnt try to give some sales pitch, just very matter of fact. Also, the labor and part cost less than we even expected.I cant say enough of how impressed we are with Browns and their whole service staff. My only regret is that we havent used them sooner.

    Had an emergency with my water heater. Had just rented a U-Haul to move my daughter and then there is water flooding my garage. My regular plumber said they couldn’t fit me in for three days. I called Brown, and not only did they make a space for me that day, but they replaced the heater so quickly that I was still able to get on the road and make my appointment.

    I gave Brown heating a call and the they were so nice and pleasant ,i gave them a run down of my know it all hubby diy that didnt work ,they set an appt as soon as the next day but Mr.Tim Burgett came that same day he found the problem immediately told me what needed to be done ,i was ready to have it fixed but he needed a part from the shop he had to leave lucky im only about 7 mins away i think, upon his return that Mr.DIY Knowall hubby pulls up at the same time and i give him the run down he says softly i can handle it (he dont wanna pay for something he clearly cant do)..MR.TIM BURGETT thanks for being understanding and patient (i asked a lot of questions)i would recommend Mr.Tim Burgett is obviously very knowledgeable and good at his job (i know we will need him real soon) i posted pics the problem thats not fixed yet sadly

    Brown Heating and Cooling put a great system into our home today. We can already tell a major difference in the temperature of our home. We do not have to turn the thermostat as low to cool it anymore. We used to have to get it as cold as we could stand it when we knew the temperature was going to be hot outside. That was just so that we wouldn’t have to play catch-up in the evening hours. We do not have to do that anymore. Our temperature is staying where it’s supposed to, with no variations. This will save us so much money in our power bills during the summer time.The technicians and office staff were friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. After we made the decision to replace our system, they had it in the very next day. We thought it would take all day, but they were done just after lunch. We also took advantage of their promotional deal for February, and it saved us quite a bit of money in the end.Most importantly, we were never pressured into anything, and we were given all of the information that we needed to make an informed and educated decision on what was best for our home. Scott & Jason were amazing. Both took the extra time to make sure that we got exactly what we needed, they provided us with multiple options, and neither hesitated to make sure that we were happy with the end product. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and they taught us how to use our system. What I also want to mention is that, when we found out that we needed more then just a repair, like we had hoped, the technician called the office to have Scott come out to give us the information and options we needed within 30 minutes of our original appointment. We didn’t have to wait another day because he was busy. He was here before we knew it. You can’t be anymore prompt than that. He kept telling us that his only goal was to make sure that we kept cool on a hot day. You just can’t ask for better then that.All in all, we couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we would most definitely recommend Brown Heating & Cooling to anyone.Thank you, Brown Heating & Cooling!!!

    A good all around experience. Set up a spring ac maintenance and it was an easy and quick phone call. They were able to send someone inside of a week. I had to change it due to an emergency and they had no problem getting me another slot quickly.Service was probably the most comprehensive of any company Ive used for a spring cleaning. Brandon was great. Explained what he found, cleaned and tested the units, did some minor maintenance that I didnt expect to be included, was on time, professional, and personable.Ill have them back in the fall for my furnace maintenance and would not hesitate to call them if I run into any HVAC problems.Highly recommend.
