    My husband called Dylan about getting a quote for a new roof on our home. He came over the very next day to look at our property, sent us a quote immediately and had a full crew working within a week! It looks amazing! Our neighbors were also complimentary about their efficiency and cleanliness. We have already talked to Dylan about another home project. We highly recommend this company!

    We called around to several local companies that have been around OC for a while. I grew up and went to school here so I already had a good idea on who to call and who not to call. I also have a little background in remodeling but wasn’t comfortable with installing a main structural beam in my house to remove a load bearing wall. We called Jack Abell (a busy construction company) and to our surprise Dylan actually answered the phone. Within a few days he was out to assess the job and we had a quote the same day within hours. Yesterday the structural framer showed up and didn’t stop working from 9-7. Literally, no breaks, no complaints and he did what was suppose to be a 2 day job, in 10 hours. For those 10 hours a gentleman named Leo did not stop working! I was very impressed with his work ethic, knowledge (15 years framing) and positive attitude. He knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it. Now I know my house is structurally safe for my Wife and 3 children and you cannot put a price on that. This company checks all the boxes, use their service with confidence.

    We are located in Vienna, Md and had a great experience getting our new roof. The color choices, the cost, and the time frame worked great for us. The workers were polite and worked as a team until it was finished. They cleaned up the yard and even cleaned the gutters. We could not have asked for a better experience!

    I had recently contacted Dylan to do a project on my fathers house. First off - Dylan was very nice and easy to work with. He returned my text immediately and had an acceptable estimate to me within hours. After accepting the estimate, I contacted Dylan a few days later to see when the project would start and finish. To my pleasant surprised, the project was already satisfactorily completed. I would highly recommend Dylan (Jack Abell) to anyone needing work done. They are prompt, reasonable and do excellent, high-quality work!!!

    I called Jack Abel to get a quote on replacing my roof. Dylan came out and gave me a reasonable quote. He also followed up a few days later to se if i had any questions. The roof was completed with in about a week after i agreed to have it done. The roof looks great and i am very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Ill be calling Dylan again with any future projects that i have.

    What a wonderful experience! Bought my home after a flip and a few year later learned that there were many secrets hidden under the floor boards. Dylan and his crew were timely, professional, and empathetic when the job turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. My flooring is no longer made, which runs through all the main rooms of our home, and so we decided to take from another room and replace it with new flooring. We trusted in them to pick the flooring and I am elated with the results! His crew even took everything out of the closet, as we didn’t think about the floor in there. It’s a storage closet, so believe me when I tell you that was a job in itself! At one point we had our refrigerator in the living room, all playroom toys in our kitchen, enough to give anyone a little anxiety. I am not kidding, I blinked and everything was back to normal! I am so grateful for their fast paced, top notch, job well done. To top it all off, they even let our beloved family dog out to use the potty, as we were away at work during the repairs. Treated her as if their own! I know she just loved the extra love and attention. I’d be willing to bet they even fed the fish! Needless to say, we will never use anyone else.     I have used Jack Abell Inc for multiple projects in Ocean City Maryland.These folks are a 5 star company. I do not live in the area but I can trust Dylan and any of his guys to enter my home unattended and complete whatever job I have hired them to do. They clean up, and make it look like they were never there. I have stopped by the house without notice during various projects to see how they work and I am always pleased by this group. They have always keep a clean jobsite and use adequate protection to protect your existing finishes and furniture. They also aim to please and produce a quality product. I have always been treated well and thoroughly impressed when dealing with Jack Abell Construction with any of our home renovations or repairs.Ive told many people that have needed contractors by word of mouth and I am putting this review out here for record.     Dylan came out the same day after premier flooring completely hosed us with our installation stating that our floors were too uneven for them to install the planking that we had purchased at home depot. Dylan arranged for his crew of three guys to come out the next day to do the floor installation. Not only did they level out the floor to apply the planking, they were fast, friendly, efficient, professional and the price was beyond fair! If I ever need any future projects done I will be calling Jack Abell. A+++++

    We have never worked with a more professional or skilled team in construction. Dylan quoted the job and followed its completion during the project. Juan’s talent for hanging drywall and professionalism made this a great experience. He arrived early and worked without taking a break. At the end of each day, he had cleaned all the surfaces and left the area free of dust and debris. This combined with a very fair price provided the highest quality workmanship, attentive management of the project and excellent value. The costs were very reasonable and yet such high quality. We will be calling on them again!
