    Installed flashing around a previously removed deck. Called NuFace and had a service call generated and Scott arrived onsite ready to rock and roll. This guy is great and extremely knowledgeable. Scott did a fantastic job and the quality work was worth every penny. They also did my house siding roughly 5-6 years ago and still looks great. Spring of 2025 will be having NuFace replace our roof. Highly recommended. Joe the owner is one of hell of guy and stands behind his guys and products.

    So much to say about my experience with Nu-Face- all good. I first met with Mark the sales rep. We went over my project in detail and I had a quote before he left. Mark was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very thorough. I had gotten several other quotes and they had the lowest and best contract. Can’t beat a lifetime warranty on workmanship and product!The roofing team came in first, then windows then the siding team. Each phase was performed meticulously from start to finish. I spoke with the production team quite a bit and they were all helpful and accommodating.There was a hiccup or two which is not unexpected but any issue was taken care of by the service manager Scott in person. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owners a couple of times. Joe and Anthony are definitely hands on and put their customers first. Truly old fashioned customer service.My house looks fantastic. I get compliments all the time. I love coming home. It makes me smile. Good price, quality products and people who truly care-that is my 5 star experience with Nu-Face.Would have been nice for response to be addressed to me- my name is not Lisa. Ugh

    We had several people come in to give us quotes on a new shower, tub and vanity. Nu Face was by far the most professional, Jim showed us samples, and explained the process . Although they do not provide vanities, they offered to install our new one for us. Joe even called my husband to ask if there was anything more they could do. We were so impressed with the company.The install process only took a day and a half!The installers were great, very neat, cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond by installing the vanity and even put the knobs and handles on for us, they also hung the new shower curtain. It came out beautiful!!! We are so happy with our new bathroom. We can’t recommend Nu Face enough!!

    Great job on my roof replacement. Initial appointment was professional, reasonable estimate, and went over every detail of process. Originally gave me timeline of 4 weeks out for scheduling but were able to accommodate me within 2 weeks as I had to be out of town for a family issue. On the day of -the guys showed up on time, and finished in one day, even working past dark with flashlights and spotlights to get it done. Only issue was some nails in the driveway and pieces of scrap materials left behind but that may have been from the dumpster that got picked up next day.

    We hired Nu-Face to install windows and doors at our house. The first meeting gave us a really good impression of the company. They were friendly and listened to what we wanted. They also explain every step of the process and go through with you the designs you can do for windows and doors. They like to meet with all homeowners to make sure everyone is on the same page and can voice what each is looking for. I appreciated the time they took to answer all of our questions.The next two times after that was to take measurements. This was done very meticulously. The minor downside, which I wont take a star off for, is the first person kept asking about what was going to be installed. I thought they would know that before arriving here or at least have the paperwork detailing what is going to be installed.Another thing that I did not like but still wont take a star off for is that I was not told about a change in the windows we wanted until I talked to the the second person coming to take measurements. I called the company and they said they had to make the change because of weight of the windows. I was okay with the change but I did not like hearing about it after that fact. I wish I was called and told about it when they knew they needed to make this change.The install was done in one day. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. We are thrilled with the work the team did. They even took out the door knob and lock from our previous door and installed it in our newer door.I would highly recommend this company, just make sure to always be asking questions about your project.

They were competitive in price and the quality of the products superior. Our 1960 stand up shower is now a safe beautiful renovation to our master bath. Their installation team were amazing.     Joe and his crew did an amazing job on tearing out our old deck that was literally falling apart and replaced it with the most gorgeous deck ever. The crew was always on time and cleaned up every day they were on site. I caught the guys several times inspecting to make sure everything was lined up and perfect.     I had been getting estimates from different roofing companies for months. my experiences with contractors have not been good so i was very apprehensive. Lou came by my home and i immediately had a good feeling about the company, but that didnt stop me from interviewing a multitude of companies to repalce my roof. several months later i reached out to Lou and he offered me an even better deal. I have zero regrets. They started early in the morning, very respectful of my property, completed the job at the stated amount of time, the supervisors from the company came to check on the job periodically, it was a very smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend this company for home imorovement jobs. I purposely waited to post this review because i wanted to see how my roof stood the test of a few rain storms. and it has. I really appreciate the honesty, work ethics and quality of work.

    We had a new entryway door and a slider to our deck installed.The crew was polite and efficient. The day of the install was hot and humid but they worked steadily and finished in just a few hours. They answered all our questions about the work.After the installs were done, they cleaned up so you couldnt tell that any work had been done.The office kept us informed of the progress of our door order and the installation schedule. They followed up with us afterwards to verify we were happy with the new doors. As it turned out, there was a minor cosmetic issue with the entryway door. After reporting this, a tech was at our house the next day to remedy the problem.I should point out that Nu-Face was one of the more expensive options we considered. But, all things considered, I believe they were worth it.I definitely recommend Nu-Face to anyone considering replacement doors.

    Jimmy came not long ago to talk to us about the options we had for replacement. We were very happy with the options they had to offer us!! More impressive than Jimmy, the workers that came to perform the work. They showed up around 9AM and were here until around 9PM. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the workmanship and ability to get the job done in ONE DAY!! They worked through the day without delay and were as determined to complete the job as i was to get it done. The momentum on completing the job never stopped and in no way did this dwindle the quality of the install. One thing that also really stood out to me was the organization of the crew and the tidiness in which the jobs was performed. They even brought in cloth tarps to line the floors fron the entrance door, up the stairs, down the hall, and straight into the bathroom! 10/10 install and am VERY HAPPY with my 2 new bathrooms!! THANK YOU NU-FACE!!

    Workmanship outstanding. Fast, friendly crew. Office staff friendly and prompt with rectifying issues. I feel a supervisor or the sales rep. we dealt with should be on the job site with the contract on day one and walk thru the job with crew or crew supervisor to communicate exactly what will be done. Communication issues with crew and homeowner can be improved. I felt like I had to watch over the job or the job would not have been completed as agreed upon.     We had Nu-Face replace a bathtub. The sales process was great with Mark Quiterio. No hard sell. Answered all our questions. Installers did an excellent job. Price was probably a bit higher than we could have gotten, but overall, it was a very good experience. We will look to use them again for additional projects.UPDATE: After our previous experience, we had Nu-Face install new siding. We were very happy with the result. The staff kept us updated on the project. The crew were professional and attentive. They worked hard and completed the project on time. Staff have contacted us a few times since completion to check on things.We dont expect any problems down the road, but if something happens, we feel confident that the company will make things right.

    I had gotten a quote for a slider last year but said I would like hold off. Several months later they nicely called to check in, no pressure, just an inquiry and a let’s see if do your quote a little better (and it was already the best I had gotten). They even did better and double checked the measurements. A few weeks later the slider was in and ready for install. The customer service was sooo nice and friendly. They Confirmed my appointment and were very attentive. My 2 installers were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, nice, funny, and explained everything to me (no condescension that women always get). We all had a nice laugh as I learned my previous slider was installed backwards (screen door on inside, which explains the absolute wood rot because the wood on the outside was not weather protected!!). They examined every inch of that opening. Reset my frame on the inside and sured everything up. They wrapped the entire door on the outside even added a kickplate. It’s stunning. It was absolutely phenomenal beginning to end. The last touches were full foam insulation to ensure no gaps, immaculate caulking (yes I said that). Honestly I am so pleased and so glad they called back!! I chose to write a review because I truly feel like this is the experience I wish we all could have when doing home improvements or work on our homes. Thank you!!! And this slider does not weigh 1 million pounds!!! lol!!

    In March 2023 I had Nu-Face Home Improvements install windows throughout my home, two patio slider doors, a front door, and a front storm door. Heres my detailed experience with their service:Quality of Work: The quality of work was decent overall. Most of the windows were installed without any issues, which I appreciate. The front door and storm door had several alignment issues with the striker plate and the deadbolt. They made some improvements but did not completely fix the alignment of the deadbolt on the front door. Unfortunately, the storm door still wont shut or latch properly even after two return visits by one of their workers.Professionalism: Everyone from Nu-Face was professional and easy to talk to. They were flexible with scheduling the installation, which was appreciated given the delays in getting all the materials.Pricing and Transparency: The pricing seemed fair – above average but lacked transparency. I was trying to get an invoice for all the windows to apply for rebates through Eversources energy incentives, as the owner informed us we could do. After several attempts and receiving an incomplete invoice, we eventually found out that the windows installed did not meet the criteria for Eversources rebate program.Clean-Up: They did a good job cleaning up after the installation was completed.Overall Experience: While the windows and doors installed are of good quality and the installation was decent, the ongoing issues with my front storm door have been quite frustrating. I shouldnt have to call a contractor back multiple times for a brand-new door. Additionally, leaving my doorbell hanging by the wires and then being told they might not be able to mount it properly was unacceptable, especially since they had replaced the door side jamb to which the doorbell was originally mounted.

    We need more than five stars for NuFace! This coming from someone who has gotten screwed by every contractor, including a family friend, and one or two who the whole neighborhood vouched for. I have absolutely no trust in contractors! But I trust NuFace after working with them. Theres nothing negative to say for NuFace and their job, even if I try to find something. They did my siding and replaced a 4-panel door and a broken basement window. The price was really good, communication excellent! I didnt have to wonder not even ONCE whether theyd show up or not because they were there no later than 8.30am, every day, and they were working till it was too dark to see and once they still tried to continue with flashlights! They came even in the crazy rain days we had and worked until it wasnt possible to. Joe, Scott, Alyssa, and everyone I needed to communicate with were wonderful! Pleasant, friendly, responsive...I have nothing but good words to say for NuFace! They focus on certain projects only and they are excellent at it! Definitely recommending them! You cant go wrong with NuFace! Thank you so much for the amazing job you did!!

    The entire process with NuFace was a pleasure from start to finish. Mark the sale person was no pressure and clearly explained each item we were asking about. For this project we wanted to replace the siding, evaluate the roof and replace the front entry door.     Wow great work! Lou the sales guy was here a few times before the install and dropped by when the windows were being done. Hes a class act. Dave the installer got the job done in four hours and the crew was on time, cleaned up, and were friendly and informative.     Needed to have the old cedar shakes removed and the whole house resided. Had a consultation with Anthony. He was great. Came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the next highest price. Was worried about quality, especially with the price he gave me. Turns out there was no need for concern - the house looks spectacular.     I have wanted the bathtub in my home replaced since I have owned the house. My house was built in 1942 and still had the original bathtub in it. In my personal opinion, this bathtub was not realistic for adults. We had some quotes given to us on replacing the bathtub from another company that was already doing some work in our house but the price given to us was unrealistic and as work continued, we stopped trusting that particular company. So we started to do some more research.In our research we came upon Nu-Face. We read their reviews and were impressed by what we read so we decided to setup a consultation. We were contacted quickly by one of the owners Anthony who setup an appointment to come and look at our project based on our availability. We showed him the bathtub and he was very honest from the moment he saw it - pointing out where there was very obvious mold. He told us what our options would be with visible mold starting to allow us the opportunity to decide if we wanted to continue to move forward (which we did).Anthony utilized an app that allowed us to design what we wanted to see (inclusive of my now new soaker tub which is more appropriately sized for an adult who does not consider themselves to be in any way shape or form petite). When we were playing around with designs we had asked Anthony a couple of times to be honest with us if our choices were increasing price which he would be honest about. This helped us feel more confident when we did decide what we wanted. At the end of the design you discuss price and pricing options which all fell into line to what we more or less had anticipated based on the research we did.We had to wait for the project to be shipped which as we all know in this post covid world takes some time, but Nu-Face was excellent about maintaining communication along the way so there were no surprises.The demo of our old bathtub (and surrounding tiles on wall) were completed the same day the new bathtub and walls were installed. Paolo was the person who was the primary worker on the job and he was respectful, kind and hard working. Most importantly, he cleaned up after himself! He was a delight to have in our house doing work. There was a small hiccup with a different employee that we had contacted Anthony about and Anthony had rectified the issue immediately, maintained contact with us throughout the day to make sure all was okay, and even came back out to ensure no other hiccups occurred. We were happy with the resolve of the issue that came up and were impressed by Anthonys level of empathy to what had occurred.Overall, I would recommend Nu-Face to any person who is looking to invest in their home. Their communication is excellent, their passion for what they do is evident in their product and product installation, and the amount of empathy that comes from one of the owners that showed that we were more to them then just a check that paid for a job made the whole experience worth it.

    Nu-Face remodeled our bathroom. We absolutely love our new bathroom. Nu-Face was able to make our small bathroom look bigger. We also have a window in our shower, and Nu-Face was able to frame the window with the shower panels, where other companies wanted to cover our windows. Our vanity, toilet, light fixture, and floor were all replaced by Nu-Face. We were very happy with the hard work of Dave and crew. As for the owner, Joe and his son, Anthony, they are honest and clearly have built their business on integrity. Whether the working crew or the owner, I was kept updated and informed of any progress and all of my questions and concerns were answered and fixed if needed.

    From the first phone call we were treated like a good friend! When Jimmy Lemire, he first took the time to make friends with our dog Hilda!! My brother has learning disabilities they took their time in explaining things so he could understand them! They even wiped down the garage and cleaned up the exterior a bit. I was very impressed on how they worked through the weather because it was a bit chilly out this weekend.     NuFace was a great company to work for. We had all of our window and door trim checked for rot, replaced if needed and then wrapped in aluminum. It looks fantastic and we know our wood trim is now protected. Also, we had new gutters installed. They look and work fantastic. Since the beginning it was a good experience working with Kevin who was very knowledgeable about the product as well as Alyssa in the office who kept us in the loop about everything that was going on with our project.We are looking to use them again next year to wrap our remaining corner trim pieces before our cedar house is painted.     Nu-Face installed a new bath/shower and vanity for me. Had a good experience upfront. However I had issues with the communication between when the initial payment was made and when the work started. Even when given timelines for check ins and updates, I ended up having to be the one who contacted Nu-Face after the original date in order to get updates.The finished product in the bathroom was well done, the team did a good job to get everything done very quickly. There was one small touch up that was supposed to be done on the bathroom, however, no one ever came back to finish.Overall, happy with the finished product but there were definitely some frustrations along the way.

    Nu-Face replaced my windows and front door and storm door. A teacher friend recommended them . That were very professional and prompt. They explained what they were doing and why. Scott did my front door and storm door. He was very intense with his work. He would come and get me every so often and check his work and explain what he was doing and why. He worked straight through the entire time with no breaks. Only time he stopped was for a couple of minutes to wash his hands because he didn’t want to touch the white surfaces with dirty hands and leave marks. He kept up his work at a pace that was amazing. I really enjoyed using this company. The people in the office are energetic and dedicated and friendly. I am using them again to remodel my bath and half bath. I am looking forward to seeing what the finished work will be. I would recommend this company to anyone doing home improvement and remodeling.

All the administrative staff have been pleasant and very communicative throughout the entire process, the scheduling only took a few weeks to get the job done, and the siding crew were an amazing group of hard working and talented guys. We also recently signed up for a new exterminator service and the technician did a first-time inspection around our home and he also validated that the siding crew did an extraordinary job closing off the bottom of the siding around the entire home, which will prevent mouse infestations from happening.     Recently used Nu-Face over the last two months for a new door and some windows. All the staff I’ve dealt with were great and friendly between calling for a quote, to getting the quote and installation. Had a minor hiccup with getting broken windows delivered (not their fault, delivery was not by them) but called them immediately and they answered and corrected the issue quickly and was able to get me rescheduled with another install date. Their prices are also very competitive and better than places like pella, Anderson and Power remodeling. Will definitely use them again for future projects. Super pleased with the door and windows.     The Nu-Face team did an exceptional job re-siding our home, replacing doors and a second story deck. The teams showed up on time, worked full days, tidied up our yard at quitting time and were so pleasant. Our second story deck was an outdated hazard that was replaced with a work of art – even the town inspector said “Holy Mable!”. Throughout the project, the teams and site manager asked if we had questions and were happy with the work.     I cannot say enough about Joe DeCiuceis and Nu-Face Home Improvements. Recently, our old deck was taken down and replaced with a brand new one, in a matter of three days! Kudos to Alfredo and his whole team of deck dudes who neatly stacked all of the debris and removed it quickly and completely, by the end of the project. We look forward to entertaining and spending many happy hours on the little slice of heaven in our back yard.Shortly after deck completion, our kitchen received a face lift. The cabinets were refaced, and the old sink and counter top were replaced with new granite and a recessed sink. Everything from selecting the laminate color, door style and other components were given careful consideration, and we were shown many options from which to choose.When renovations got underway, we found we were in the capable hands of Tony and Roger, two craftsmen who made what could have been a less-than-pleasant experience, fun and enjoyable! We appreciate the time they took to ensure our satisfaction with the project, and our once-dark and closed-in kitchen, is now bright and welcoming.When old sink disconnect and new sink reconnect took place, we were treated to Franco, another competent and caring individual who made sure everything was done properly, and with good humor to boot!I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Trish, the voice of Nu-Face, whose phone calls were professional and pleasant. We shared many laughs in the course of conducting business, another plus for Nu-Face.I guess you could say that my experience with Nu-Face Home Improvements was stellar, and I highly recommend Joe and the gang when looking for updating and refreshing your home!     Out initial meeting with Nu-Face was during the free estimate phase.The representative who visited our house was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly communicated all of the project details to us of what we could expect, if we chose Nu-face as our siding contractor.We received a project estimate within 2 days, and after reviewing multiple quotes, we decided that Nu-Face would be the contractor to perform the siding work.After we informed them of our decision, Joe (owner) contacted us to schedule a visit to our home to meet with us a few weeks later, to review everything and sign the contract.During Joe’s visit with us, we walked the house perimeter as he discussed the entire process involved, explaining how they would install the siding and trim at the various locations – windows, doors, corners, roof facias and soffits, light fixtures, outlets, etc.….Joe made sure that all of our project questions were answered before we signed the contract that day.When the project began, the Nu-face crew was outstanding in their work execution and professionalism. Care was taken to protect our landscaping, and within a week they had completed the siding project, and our home now has a brand- new look.We are extremely please with how the Nu-Face team performed.     The whole experience was ideal for what you would want. The original visit to come out and quote, the follow up discussions and then the contact to let us know the status of the materials they had to order. Once the materials were in we got a date within 3 days and as promised our bathroom was done in one day. The crew they sent was there first thing in the morning and by the time I got home from work they were wrapping it up. I love the outcome, it came out better than I ever imagined. The company felt more like a family when doing business and we will definitely additional business with them. We had gotten our bathroom done less than 3 years ago by another company and it was horrible work. We immediately saw the different in this whole process but most importantly the results.

    We chose Nu-Face to replace just 3, different size windows; a relatively small job. Some companies wouldnt even come to give us an estimate! The owner, Joe, came out personally and gave us a very fair price; They communicated regularly to keep us informed as to when the custom-size windows were shipped to them and ready for install. And the installers were friendly and professional; LOVE the new windows!

    Amending the review. The issue with the driveway was taken care of. The work on the house itself is spectacular. If this was just about Nu-Face this would have been a 5 star review. They did a beautiful job with the vinyl siding on our house. Unfortunately the other contractors they use are questionable at best. The dumpster contractor left 2 foot deep ruts on both sides of the driveway that they were supposed to fix. They never returned and have not contacted us this spring so we had to fix the damage ourselves.

    NuFace did a solid job on siding my house. The quoting and start of the process went smooth. Things started on time and someone from the office called me almost every day to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. When done, the final walk thru found a handful of things that needed to be done / corrected. Since the crew had finished and left the day before, I was concerned that it might take weeks or months for them to come back to finish up. But they came just a couple of days later and all of the fixes were completed within a week. Great response. My only comments relating to areas that could have been better . . . when the crew came to start the work, they did not seem well informed on the details of what needed to be done, and their english was not great for understanding. But after me placing a call, a project manager came and got things on track. Only other thing, I would prefer if they didnt smoke while working (some butts left laying around).

    My husband and I have used NuFace for two projects on our house so far. They first did our windows, which turned out excellently. The team worked efficiently for a 1-day install, and we have noticed a difference in the temperature of our house. Because of this marvelous work, we also went with NuFace for our siding and for new gutters. This big project took 4 days, and went very efficiently again. It gave our house a stunning new look. The only down side we found in our overall experience was that there wasnt clear communication with the material companies, the NuFace crew team, and the leadership. For both projects, materials arrived after the work crews did. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the appearance and the quality of the materials and the workmanship of the NuFace crew.Both times we worked with sales rep Al Gyurko, who was great to work with and is an excellent representation of the professionalism and care that NuFace has with its customers.     We love our new roof! They came out within a week and got it done in two days. Just in time before winter! We are first time home owners and Mario spent 4 hours with us walking around the house and explaining the entire process and going through all the materials they used.     We cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team at NuFace.! We hired NuFace Home Improvements for new vinyl siding on our home. Not only did Joe work within our budget, but his team provided exceptional work and service! They were on time every day working from 8 am until the sun went down. There was never one piece of scrap or mess on the ground each day they left our house. Aside from that the team was so meticulous with every piece of vinyl including removing all rotted wood and wrapping with vinyl. This was especially noticeable around the windows with each window wrapped at a 45 degree angle and caulked. We are so beyond thrilled with how our house came out. It looks brand new.     Joe and his team were very responsive throughout the entire process of installing an entry door and windows in my breezeway. The team is clearly passionate about their work and want to make sure that the customer is satisfied every step of the way. I received several estimates from local companies for this job and went with Nu-Face both because the competitive pricing and the positive communication. Whereas, some companies try to push all the bells and whistles that THEY want to sell YOU on and then beat around the bush about providing an estimate, Joe understood the job that I wanted and gave me an immediate and straightforward estimate without trying to sell me on more than I wanted. I also appreciated the follow-up contact after Joe came out for the initial estimate because it showed he was interested in taking on the job without being pushy. Other companies could learn from this because they either didnt follow up at all with any estimate (wasting time for both of us) and/or showed they were not confident in their own services by constantly asking about what other companies I was looking at before they would give me a price (bad business in my book). The installers also arrived early, worked diligently and left the work area cleaner than it had been before they started. I highly recommend this company for installation of new windows and doors.

    Overall very satisfied with this great company. NuFace CT did an excellent job on the re roofing my house. I needed to get my roof redone after the local roofer I had hired did a hack job, destroying my roof. NuFace was a little more expensive than the other estimates I got the second time around, but I am glad I went with this company. They understood all of the trouble I had gone through with the previous roofer and tried to schedule and fix my roof properly. I wish I had gone with NuFace the first time—hiring them was truly a peace of mind. Joe has a great team of people working for him. I will definitely hire NuFace again for other projects.     After a leak in our bathroom and a subpar experience with another contractor, Nu-Face completely and superiorly re-designed our space. The work was neat, timely, and done right. They also kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, which was greatly appreciated. We would use them for future projects.
