The technicians who came were very knowledgeable and totally cleaned my Rinnai wall furnace. They wore covers on their shoes because it had been raining so they wouldnt drag dirt in. They suggested that I see if the cleaning of the heat sensor fixes the problem before ordering replacement parts. I highly recommend them since another plumber wanted to replace the display and control panels without even opening the unit and inspecting it first.Even my cat, Hamilton, was impressed.

They took the time to properly balance my complex 5 zone heating system and did not leave until every baseboard and radiator was properly functioning.
