    Would highly recommend Allure Plumbing and Heating. Anthony and his team were fantastic. Installed a new outdoor spigot and a few weeks later called them when I had no hot water. Response time was fantastic. Diagnosed issue and repaired. Great work! Highly recommend!

    The reviews don’t lie! After having issues with my steam water boiler for years I decided on finally having my boiler serviced to get ready for Jerseys wonderful bitter winter - but finding a great HONEST plummer is difficult - for the need for service often leaves you vulnerableCame across Allure plumbing and they were very responsive, detailed oriented and came and serviced my boiler quickly. There was no upfront charges, analysis fees - which i always never go with companies that do that as I dont want to be tied down to quotes.When I inquired to Anthoney about a digital water timer I was told why change something when it’s not broken, which is true and more so showed his honesty. When the water timer hit the bucket I called them and once again same great service.Finally found my go to guy for plumming!

    Best plumbing company ever. Have used them for many issues over the years and some renovations. Professional, clean, and friendly. Recently had my main drain block and they tried to help even though they anticipated it would require bigger equipment. Could not have been more helpful and understanding and I recommend them for all jobs, big and small.

    Jim and his team did a wonderful job on replacing our boiler. They were extremely responsive from the start (especially important during the winter) and on the day of the job were on time and professional. I am happy to say that we immediately felt the difference. We also use Allure for all our plumbing needs and have been for years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Jim is fair, honest and does excellent work, you cant ask for much more. He has a team of guys led by Nick and another guy whos name escapes me but theyre all awesome. I know nothing about plumbing, preventative maintenance, etc - they explain everything and they dont make you feel like a dunce in the process. If you have plumbing needs, give these guys a ring, weve used them twice and theyre phenomenal. Professional, on time, and reasonable.

    I called Allure Plumbing to replace a toilet and bidet in our bathroom. I had already bought the items, so we just needed a plumber to do the work. Like many other reviewers, I also called Allure due to the uniformly positive reviews.I called the listed number and James, the owner, picked up. I caught him driving to his next job, so he asked me to follow-up by texting the same number with my contact information and brief description of work. I did as asked. When I didnt hear back from him the next day, I called and left a voice mail. Within an hour, James texted me back apologizing for the failed follow-up on his part. He had already put me on the schedule and thought he had notified me. He confirmed the appointment five days from when I initiated the request and provided a two-hour time window (11am-1pm). Once the appointment was confirmed, we just continued to use text to communicate about the appointment.On the day of the appointment, the weather report indicated a snow storm would arrive in the afternoon just after the time window. Around 9:11 am, I texted Jim asking if he or his crew was still making the appointment. James replied at 10:30am indicating that the appointment was still good. At around 10:45am, James texted that one his technicians was on his way.The technicians name was Hector. I was impressed that before he entered the house, he put on clean boot covers as not to soil the house. (He said his work boots were difficult to remove.). He brought in his tools, a small portable wet-dry vac, and a padded mat for his knees. Hector came prepared.Hector shut off the water leading to the old toilet, flushed it to empty the water out, and then proceeded to remove the old toilet and bidet. The price included removal of the old toilet (and the packaging of the new toilet!). He then installed the new toilet and bidet, tested both out, and applied silicone caulk to the base of the toilet. During this work, we chatted a little, and I learned that our job was pretty standard, so the removal and installation went quickly.All in all, it took a little under two hours to do the work, just as the snowfall was picking up. The price for removal of old toilet and installation of the new toilet was completely reasonable and highly competitive. I will definitely be using Allure Plumbing in the future.

    We were recommended Allure by a contractor friend about a year ago and we have used them a few times since. Until this week Nick had been the plumber who came and solved our problems. He is very friendly and competent, and clearly knows what he is doing. This week it was Tony: I explained that there were two issues going on with our bathtub running very slow and washing machine backing up. I felt they had to be connected and was fearing the worst. Tony quickly reassured me they were not connected, and had them both resolved fairly quickly. What really impressed me is that the pricing reflected this. Less scrupulous plumbers could have made the problem appear worse than it was and charged accordingly. In addition to his honesty he was also very friendly and patient in explaining each situation to me.We trust and like them, and we will be using them again as needs arise.

    We called Allure Plumbing to replace all the hardware in our shower/tub due to a leaky faucet. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process in detail and suggested we fix the leak instead of ripping the wall apart and replacing everything. Which saved us a ton of money. Nick fixed the leak within minutes and left the tub spotless. He even followed up AFTER HOURS to give me the name of a childrens toy building website for our daughter. Not only are they professional and get the job done quickly and the right way but they genuinely care about their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend using Allure Plumbing and Nick for ANY plumbing and heating needs.
