Such terrific service! While replacing a vanity, the Sam Wexler team went above and beyond helping to make sure we ordered the necessary furniture to best accommodate our space, in addition to prompt problem solving and recommendations to old pipes and blockages. The team was courteous and knowledgeable, taking our 1970s bathroom into a masterpiece!

It was moments before I was having company over that I noticed a crack, dripping in my living room ceiling. We searched online for a plumber and called Sam Wexler. Our tech name was Jordan. He came right out and was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly, in the access panel in the master bedroom behind the door. Jordan was professional, quick and friendly. I recommend Sam Wexler to any one who asks for a plumber .

So, as a landlord that lives far out of the Delaware Valley these days, but still owns a property in Philly, my experience with Sam Wexler Plumbing was a bit of a mixed bag all in all.On one hand, they were fast enough (next day service), and seemed to do a good job from what I seen in the photos sent to me by my tenant after the work, and from what my tenant told me after the work was done.On the other hand, the front office people who answer the phones told me I would get a copy of the receipt via Email, and the confirmation number, or whatever it was called via text message.It is now the day after they got their payment of $210, which from what I was told is the full bill payment... and, the one they kind of leaned on me pretty hard to get out of me so quickly.I was under the impression they could sent me the bill in the mail, not want payment at time of service delivery.And, no matter how you choose to spin words, there is no reason you couldnt have sent me the bill via the mail.Or, at the very least, give me at least a day or two to pay. After all, Its not just plumbers that are busy people. So am I. So are many people.If I was like Sam Wexler Plumbing, I would reciprocate and return the favor and lean hard on them until they sent me the receipt and confirmation via Email and text LIKE THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE SAID THEY WOULD.But, Im not like them. Otherwise, I would have by now.Plus, they called my tenant today, asking what is going to be done about the bill TODAY, the day after IT WAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL for $210.So, Im knocking off 1 star in my rating for these things. In fact, I think maybe I would actually rate Sam Wexler Plumbing more like 3 and half stars, to be honest.In closing... the work was good, the billing department and other front office people answering the phone lines... erm, not so much.They started to make me feel almost as if I owed money to a high pressure loan shark, or something.Plus, I have now taken notice that Sam Wexler Plumbing sure seems to have quite a lot of 1 star reviews from disatisfied customers.So, yeah. Again... it was a mixed bag overall. Potential customers, take note of these things ahead of time with Sam Wexler Plumbing.

Have used this service twice: for a leaky toilet and for a replacement garbage disposal. Very satisfied. Good customer service. Plumber who completed both jobs was on time, was highly professional, and confidently knew his craft at a master level, which was reassuring. Will use again.

Been using Sam Wexler Plumbing for multiple jobs. Their service is fast, friendly, and flawless! Once the work was completed, they reviewed with us and ensured we were satisfied. Recent job was installing a pressure reducing valve, floor drain for the hot water heater room, and rough in plumbing for a new shower in the basement. Past jobs include storm water drain video/clean out, and copper pipe lateral replacement to sewer stack.We only trust Sam Wexler Plumbing for all of plumbing needs.

My plumber moved out of the area. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a replacement and unfortunately, you dont look until you need one.I called around when the time came that I did need one. I had some really poor to horrible experiences with two of the first companies that came out. I then contacted was Sam Wexler Plumbing. I am very pleased with my experience and the work they did for me.The estimator came out, thoroughly reviewed the work that I was requesting to be completed, and I received an estimate in email within a few days. I decided to go with replacing a toilet and fixing a small issue to see how they did before I bring them back to install a back up sump pump system.The office was very professional and responsive. They helped me with scheduling the work and kept me informed along the way.They sent Jordan out. He installed a new toilet and flange, and reran a length PVC piping in the basement. Jordan was very professional and courteous. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do, thoroughly tested his work, made sure I was happy with the work that he did, and cleaned up before he left.I have finally found a plumbing company that I can trust and use in the future.

I had two plumbers come in and no one could figure out what wrong with my shower. The water was coming in either hot or cold and it wasnt the mixing valve. We thought we have ghost pipes. I called Sam Wexler plumbing based on another plumbers recommendation. Within an hour the figure out the problem and within two it was fixed. There plumber, I cant remember his name but quiet, quick and even looked at another issue he was not scheduled there for. I personally had a wonderful experience and will call again for their services. I will say its a little hard to get an appt when I am working full time but it was worth it.

Called San Wexler plumbing to clear my main drain. Technician was here within the hour. Did a clean, thorough job, snaking well past the clog to assure the entire line (75 feet) was clear. Best of all Wexler uses a very powerful drill to drive the snake, rather than the big clunky machines others use that were difficult to get through my house and down the basement stairs.

We found the parts after all of us in the office calling every supply house in the world, Wexler rearranged their schedule and made us whole again. We love this company and will never use any other.
