    Quick, easy, reasonably priced. Called first thing in the morning after my main drain in the basement started leaking, guy was sent out within a few hours. Got texts when he was on his way. He was very polite. Evaluated the problem and was clear about the price. Problem was fixed same day for a reasonable amount. Can pay by card. I will use them in the future if i have other plumbing issues.

    I needed to get the pipes replaced from the the curb to the main sewer drain. I called 4 different places and finally spoke to someone who actually could help me. I spoke with Karissa and she was so nice and really listened to my needs. She got me scheduled the next day, they diagnose the problem and before I knew it we were scheduled and the job was completed. Ricky was amazing. He made the process easy and walked me through it every step of the way. He was professional and just the overall experience was great! I will be using them again for other plumbing needs! I highly recommend!!

    I had a problem with a leak in the water line to my refrigerator and I needed to get it fixed quickly. When I called Plumbing Pals they were able to send someone immediately. The two men, Tim and Sam, were able to quickly fix the problem. They were professional and no-nonsense and I am very happy with the service they provided.

    All in can say is wow! Called at 9a for a drain clog was greeted by a friendly scheduler who provided a time within an hour for service. After hanging up the phone, received a text that Tom is on the way. Tom arrived and was friendly and went right to work to solve the problem. Tom was very communicative as to what he was going to do and cost estimate. Finished within budget and back in business with no more clog. You just dont get service like this from companies. So, should you have any plumbing problem dont waste time with wasteful texts or contact forms, call Plumbing Pals and your life stress will be relieved quickly with excellent staff and quality work.     Great service as usual! I used this company three years ago when I needed a hot water heater replaced. I was impressed with their services and knew exactly who to contact when I encountered a leak in my toilet. Jack and Tim came to my house and replaced the wax seal which fixed the issue. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. Thank you for all of your help!!!

    Tim and his work partner were punctual and both very professional. I needed 3 smaller plumbing jobs performed and 1 slightly larger job performed and they excuted them all in a timely manner without the lack of quality. They cleaned up after themselves including all trash that was left from the supplies that were provided by me. They even went above and beyond and installed my new toilet seat without my request. I would recommend this company again and again for anyone who has plumbing needs, as Ive had nothing but great experiences all 3 times within the past 5 years.

    Super Service & Work Again from the Plumbing Pals Team! I called the office at 12 noon for what we thought was a leak with the dishwasher. The office had a Team out here in 90 minutes….Same Day Service! They resolved the initial problem and uncovered a blocked drain line issue that we weren’t aware of.After a thorough hydro drainage cleaning and soldering of an additional pipe, everything is working like new again!We have NEVER had “same day” home repair of any kind resolved the same day, let alone within hours!Professional Service Above & Beyond The Call Of Duty.     Prompt service was provided. Had a toilet issue at a rental property and they sent someone right away within the hour of calling. Relatively simple job, but Tim provided great communication from when he arrived to when the job was completed. Definitely will be using Plumbing Pals again in the future.

    I called Plumbing Pals because my basement laundry sink was nearly overflowing anytime we used the shower or the tub. Tommy showed up exactly when expected, he came in inspected the issue and got right to work. He performed a water jet and carefully cleared the line, once cleared spent additional time to run all drains to insure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs.

    Alan and Jack were awesome! We needed to fix a leaky sewer that was dripping on the roof. The guys had no problem working on a sloped roof. They got the work done quickly, and replaced some pipe that looked like the a previous homeowner watched a DIY YouTube video. Will call again for future plumbing projects and emergencies.

    This morning I woke up to the smell of gas in my home - throwing the windows open I called PGW emergency who came out and identified a leak due to some shoddy plumbing apparenlty (this old house is new to me!) PGW indicated I needed a qualified and competent plumber and then they chuckled. No more on that but we all know what that chuckle meant. I went to yelp and found Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing - nearly 5 stars and many reviews. Heres the deal BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I called early and they answered - very professional customer service and scheduler first thing. I was given a service window of 2-4 - they text me at 2:00 saying theyre on their way. They were done by 4 - and tho Im not a plumber, I recognize quality work when I see it. They walked me through what they did (made sure I understood cost before they did it) were on time, at the right time, and now Im safe in my home. Big fan now - will be using Economy for all my plumbing needs going forward! Thank you so much Economy!

    I will NEVER EVER call another plumber again. Every time I call Economy, I get prompt, friendly and courteous service. They never fail me. Phenomenal comes to mind with Economy. Ive had Anthony out to my 2 times now and he is just great. He knows what hes doing and seems to do it very well, Another plus is that he doesnt take an unusually long time to get the job done.
