My family embarked on a kitchen counter, sink and garbage disposal. After the project was completed, we had to hire an electrician to install an outlet under the sink for the garbage disposal. I called Dr. Watts and spoke to the sweetest person ever. I made an appointment with Kevin. Kevin did a great job of not only explaining what needed to be done to add the outlet, but he also helped to price a new patch panel and duct cleaning. We also signed up for a loyalty program, so we will be lifetime customers of Dr. Watts.

I needed a switch replaced. I called Dr Watt and spoke with Robin. Explained what i needed. Robin assured me i called the right number Dr. Watt. I needed it like Saturday but Robin friendliness and customer service experience were excellent and Robin was just patience with my anxiety kicking in of needing service like right away. I calm down to say ok , thank you for your patience see Dr.,Watt on Monday. When technician Allen arrived before time introduce himself, i was happy to see him..Allen did an thoroughly inspection of my electrical box inside and outside, before he touched anything. He Found out i needed a ground wire house was built with out one. I was furious because i never had anything replace major but a fuse for outside. Which i was told it may happen again but, no explanation from past technician. I was just out done for house that i say still new now All electrical sources need to be replace because house was built 31 years ago. Allen educated me to understand about the time spans on my devices. I knew in the past i had a few appliances exchanged and modification to add appliance back. After Explaining all my options i agreed to, Allen Fixed the problem he original came for. Plus i had Purchase a ceiling fan encase it was needed. Just waiting on solution on next appointment. I am happy he were able to replace switch and repaired ceiling fan where i can still use it. I was able to refund my fan😀Thank you Dr. Watt. I shared your service with others that if they ever need an thorough and professional electrician call Dr. Watt.

Daniel arrived early. He was incredibly nice and very efficient. Dr. Watts installed a quad outlet two years ago which failed on one side. Daniel determined that the screws were tightened incorrectly causing the outlet failure. He repaired the issue and charged ZERO dollars. He said it was covered under warranty :-) Now thats service! We maintain our WAM through them and have not been sorry so far :-)

Dr. Watts was great from the moment I called and spoke with Keke. Keke is super friendly and helpful. She was able to assign an electrician, Maverick the same day.Maverick was great. Very friendly by introducing his self, respectful of property by wearing booties, checking the breaker boxes, seeing the area I needed a new electrical outlet and give sound advice on possible areas of concern. I would have had the outlet completed today but decided to add a few other items. So the work will be completed the next day.My work was completed today by Daniel and his apprentice. Both are friendly and professional, respected my property and explained the work and the functioning. I’m extremely happy. I also spoke with Robin a few times today. We called the night before looking for an electrician and the first four I called couldnt do it, but Dr. Watts could - and the dispatcher was super accommodating. The tech showed up the next day very friendly and helpful to get the work done. The work was done fantastically. The price seemed a bit high, but you always get what you pay for with this type of work. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Gerardo was my technician. He arrived early, and performed a comprehensive inspection of my electrical system. He was very polite and friendly, he was very good at explaining various technical terms to me. He helped me understand about the life span of electrical system, and appliances. I noticed that he put a pan under his vehicle to prevent oil leaks in my driveway, which I really appreciate. He always wore foot covering while in my house. He offered me remedies with associated prices for any items needed correction. I am very appreciative of the way he helped me with my ceiling fixtures in my great room and my bedroom, which were not responding to my remotes. He also helped me get my printer back on line, which adds considerably to my quality of life. He is certainly a credit to your company, and I would gladly recommend him and your company to anyone seeking electrical services. It’s so hard to find the kind of service he provided these days😍

Greene and Zach took their time and checked everything after my house was struck by a surge due to a lightning storm. They didnt rush and that was a plus for me. They identified all the issues I had from the storm. They explained everything and gave me all options with quotes. After they finished the job they cleaned up everything and even vacuumed,I would use them from now on for any electrical problems for my home.I also had my air conditioner damaged from the storm and Brandon did a good job getting my air back on. Working in my attic was very hot but he stayed and worked on it until it worked and was running properly.

The light they fixed was much brighter than it has ever been.

Daniel and Zach came out today to install two ceiling fans and fix a switch that controlled our ceiling fan, in one of the bedrooms. We called yesterday for service. They came out today. Daniel the electrician, explained everything to us. He was not trying to get us to purchase anything but when we asked, he did explain how their service worked. We were impressed that this company really cared for their customers and their employees. Zach is an apprentice and he was very good at helping Daniel. We bought an older home two years ago and we are updating everything. The electrical system was definitely out of date and we knew we would have to have work done. We are very satisfied to have found our go to electricians.

Our service techs went above and beyond while replacing the compressor in our unit. I wish I had all the names. I will definitely do business with this company again in the future. He did an exemplary job. He returned the following day with an assistant named Green. They both installed new wiring and plugs in a new wall. They finished the job with no sign that any drywall had been cut through. Very satisfied. Both Alan and Green did an excellent job.

Maverick was Great! He came out and explained what could be wrong with my ceiling fan and what he said he thought it was, is exactly what it was. A wire came loose and was touching metal. He literally twisted it back together capped it off and put the ceiling fan back together and it worked. I thought $188 was a bit pricey for that but hey we couldnt do it so Thank You Maverick! He explained everything the entire way through, even complimented my girls on singing Christmas songs lol. I would absolutely recommend him because I think he was awesome and I am satisfied with the service 😊

I cant begin to describe How much I appreciate Dr. Watts in their entire team but I will try my best. First we are new here to Texas and new to being homeowners so replacing a Ac unit wasnt ideal for a first time home but it was done and they have been so patient and efficient with us since the first day they allowed us to shop around and we came running back. The front desk staff goes beyond measures I love both those ladies that work there. I had a deployed husband so any questions are maintenance that needed to be done they were always on top of it. Right now speaking Im having unit issues again and they are making us a priority which we appreciate in this hot summer. I wouldnt take my business else where even if you payed me too. Dr. Watts Electric, Heating & Air is the best company I have found to take care of all my electrical repair needs. I have been using them for several years to upgrade safety and do repairs in my house when necessary. Among other repairs, my breakers would flip during minor rain, as well as for no apparent reason. That was corrected. They put in more up to date recessed lighting in my ceilings. That looks good! They have replaced outlets and fixtures throughout my house. I have always been very satisfied with the work they do as well as feeling peace of mind for the safety they have provided for my family.

They also increase the warranty on all work done to be equal to the manufacturers warranty so instead of a one year warranty on all work you get A 15 year warranty.At least that is my understanding. So… I recommend this business. They do good solid work.

Had a bathroom heater removed and an exhaust fan installed in its place. The first technician that came did not vent the fan outside, with installation completed in 45 minutes; venting into the attic. With a home inspection, was brought to our attention that it was not vented outside (per code regulations). Same technician came back and vented outside, breaking the wood brace of the exhaust fan and not bracing it down (held in only on one side) while also using a whole tube of silicone on the outdoor vent that was not flush with eaves of home. Requested new technician to come fix and Allen was awesome!! -he fixed everything, was courteous, professional and took pride in his work. I am grateful the issues were found and resolved within the warranty period (fixed at no charge). I would use this company again, but I would ask for Allen to be my technician! Had he been here the first time, I know the work would have been done right. Thank you, Allen!!

Well I have to say I was most pleased with my electricians work and knowledge.He was a gentleman by the name of Allen Rittenhouse and he was really impressive I first liked how he addressed all of my concerns and questions all 500 of them lol than he showed me everything that was out of code and how much it would be! But the best part is the little things like how he vacuum out both my inside and outside breaker boxes Lord knows I havent touched the inside of them since I bought the house and he cleaned out all seven dead lizards and lizard eggs inside them I dont mess with or like electricity so I dont mess with them. And this was just during the initial inspection and look around. All in all his expertise was appreciated along with his professionalism and quality of work I do believe they are alittle pricey because of the quality bit for that customer service Im willing to live with that

Israel came out to my house on time, even a little early, and had to do a diagnostic on my Ac/heating system. It was the worst possible outcome for me, as I needed a new system. Israel worked for two hours to try to get the best deal for my needs. They will begin installation within the next two weeks. And if before then the heat becomes too unbearable, they will send out a portable unit for me to borrow until the work is done. I am a member of the Dr Watts club and don’t regret it for a minute. I was so happy with the work and treatment of myself as a customer , I almost forgot my car had been totaled the day before. I love this company!!!

Our outlet over the stove for the microwave stopped working and we didn’t know if the outlet was bad or if the microwave was bad. After calling around to several companies, Dr Watts was able to send someone out the same day! Maverick came out and found the plug to be faulty and replaced it and the breaker. While he was out we also added a whole house surge protector and had him change out our low voltage doorbell for one that would work with the ring video doorbell and he also installed the ring door bell. He didn’t have the right part for the door bell on the first visit so he had to come back the next day to finish the job. He was early/on time both days and the office calls you prior to let you know he is on the way. He had shoe covers he wore in the house which I thought was very nice of him. He is very personable and professional. I ended up signing up for their annual maintenance plan. Thank you so much!

We had an emergency and called about ten electricians. Dr. Watts was the one to come to our rescue. It was Sunday, very out and my 82 yr old mother was not doing too well with the heat. The AC kept turning off and we were trying to fix it ourselves hoping to make to until Monday so we would not have to pay the insane weekend charge. We did not fix it ourselves and needed help. When the technician arrived he ran his diagnostics as soon discovered that even though our HVAC was new (one month old) it had not been installed correctly. The breakers were tripping. We did not even know there were breakers in the HVAC closet. After that he found that the pipe was clogged and he cleared that. He then told us to put one cup of vinegar a month down the pipe to keep the line clear and that will never happen again.This wad quite expensive for the company who put the HVAC system in and not give us any instructions.When the line filled up the circuit breaker tripped and shut down the thermostat. When the line cleared up some the thermostat came back on... filled up the line shut back off.We were glad to find out it was nothing. Not happy because we should have been told how to care for our system. Not happy about the cost to clear a pipe but still very greatful. It was a Sunday and the charge for a Sunday evening was going to be expensive.Thank you Dr. Watts for coming to our rescue you were worth it, we finally received some relief from the heat.

My house was hit with lightening and when I called, the CRS said they didnt have a tech available right then. But she understood my urgency and concern and said James, the GM, would be right out. He kindly assessed my situation. Later, with his tech here he presented an option to me which included installation of a whole house surge protector. When I asked him how much it would cost he said it would be about $1,000.00. Now the excitement of the incident has calmed down and Ive done a little research only to find that the whole house surge protector installed can be purchased for about $150.00. When I called back to James to question the pricing, he was unware that the protector in question was commonly available online or even from Walmart. He has agreed to adjust my cost and refund to a fair price.

HVAC system lost ability to cool. They came and replaced some contractors, cleaned the fan assembly, and repaired a hole in one of my attic supply ducts. They also installed an electrostatic filter with UV light device to help clean the air. It was adjusted mid-range and I was told if the smell was too strong to adjust it counterclockwise to reduce the effect. I did this a couple times, even down to lowest level. Still strong smell, giving me light headedness, and a small headache. Finally turned it off at the switch. Need someone to come check this out. Something is not right with the system. There are three bedrooms on that side of the house and that is where it is the worst.

Jerl and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jerl explained in detail the business goals and expectations and the benefits to us the customers regarding their services. Jerl outlined the various options and prices and guarantees pertaining to the services performed. Jerl and his assistant evaluated the electrical outlets throughout both the 1st and 2nd floor of the home before checking the breaker boxes. Afterwards discussed options concerning the repairs and explained that if parts were required their truck was equipped to complete the job. Also appreciate the great efforts by Brandy as well who made it possible to received same day service. Your business phone has been added to our phone list for services. Today, August 18, 2016, I requested for Dr. Watts to check the tightness of wires for previously newly installed equipment in my home. Jerl, one of Dr. Watts technicians, arrived at my home and checked all the screws inside my circuit breaker panel. He was able to find one screw in the panel that had a slight looseness. Service was requested because a ceiling light fixture occasionally would flicker. I wanted to rule out/eliminate the idea that previously newly installed equipment affected the light fixture. Jerl, being very professional and working carefully performed an awesome job. I do recommend Dr. Watts for home owners seeing the services of licensed electricians.
