    I needed an electrical outlet upgraded as well as my electrical circuit panel updated. The day I contacted Rodney for service I knew I had the right firm to solve my issues.     Rodney was amazing and super friendly. He was able to make it out 20 minutes after we called in for a quote and was able to set us up for an appointment the next day. Super punctual, even showed up a couple of hours before our appointment (he made sure to confirm with a phone call prior to showing up). He did an amazing job and finished everything quickly. Definitely recommend Apex and will be using them again if we need anything!

    We had a great experience with Apex. We had installed a TV on the wall and when we were trying to hide the wires, found out that there was a stud blocking us from doing so. I didn’t even know what exactly needed to be done so I called and I was immediately offered a free estimate much sooner than I expected. We ended up getting a new outlet placed directly behind the tv which was perfect for what we needed. Rodney was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Price was very reasonable.     The Apex tech arrived and very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. It took them no time at all to figure out and fixed the problem. To be honest they didn’t treat me like a customer it was more like family.     Rodney and Robert was outstanding. First they were Covid protocol. Next they listen to me on the problems I was having with the outlet / switch. They then took the necessary steps to analyze the situation. They found the problem switched out the outlet , capped off the wires and tested several times to ensure safety and correct connections. Prior to Apex Electrical I was told it would have to be re-wired and would cost an abundant amount of money. They were awesome and affordable. They only recommend what was needed and did not over sale the situation. They cleaned up any debris they created. They were quick, thorough, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Apex Electrical is the way to go for any and all electrical services. I give them a 10 rating.Thank you - an over satisfied customer .

They were professional, polite and updated me on everything they were doing to eliminate the sense of surprises.     I had a surge with a recent storm that affected some of my outlets. I was unsure of the problem. Apex was responsive and was able to come out to fix the issue immediately. Luckily, it was a quick fix for them but they also helped advise me on how to protect my home to prevent it further. The electricians who came out were friendly, relatable, and professional. They didn’t have any issue explaining the mechanisms of what was happening. It was refreshing to not be made to feel stupid for asking a question. I would highly recommend them for any electricity needs you may need for your home.

They came out cleaned up my breaker box, installed a Sense Flex home electricity monitor, 240v plug for my air compressor, and deleted a switch that controlled two entry way outlets. Cleaning up the breaker box saved us a few thousand dollars by not having to install a larger capacity box. Would highly recommend for any type of electrical install work.

    They showed up on time, and even called when I didnt hear the doorbell. They installed the correct outlet for my car charger and installed an outlet over the range for a microwave. Even though the microwave outlet was originally out of scope They were able to do it same day. All work looks professionally finished. Will definitely use them again.
