    From beginning to the end, working with Freiner Company, Inc. was a pleasure. I initially spoke to Celia on the phone. She was professional, helpful, informative, beyond pleasant to work with. I met with Steve for an in person review of the bathroom plumbing task. I promptly received an estimate for the work, which was beyond fair. The appointment was scheduled soon after. The two plumbers arrived for the early morning appointment on time and finished the project on schedule. I called to say thank you, but I think that their professional service deserved a great review.

    Olivia and Hans are excellent technicians. Ive had Olivia at my house several times; she is extremely thorough and ensures the project is done correctly. Hans visited my house for the first time today, and he was also incredibly easy to talk to and thorough in fixing my air conditioning problems.

    Olivia has got to be one of Freiners very best technicians. She fixed complicated problems with the boiler efficiently and expertly. She explained clearly and knowledgeably what the problems were with the boiler. And she wasted no time, even though she was thorough. Five stars for Olivia!!

    Freiner was our best bid and very responsive when we put in mini splits for cooling at a venue in Belmont. Two years later, they were quick to respond when we had an error code on one of the heads. Olivia was on time, communicated the problem and process to fix it. A few hours later it was all set, and we’ll be sticking with the company for future maintenance of the cooling system they installed and the older gas furnace.

    Our furnace unexpectedly had to be turned off. We talked to a number of companies before settling on Freiner - they were not the cheapest quote but they gave us the most confidence throughout the project and were extremely helpful just generally telling us information about how our furnace worked, what was wrong with it, and what changes had to be made in our old house to be up to code.They did the whole replacement in one day, it was amazing, and did an incredible job. Not only does the new heat system function better, but they reran piping and even fixed a potential issue with the chimney vents for hot water heater which was not involved in the project.Couldnt recommend them more highly for any plumbing/heating work.

    I have been using the Freiner Company for the past 5 years and have been completely satisfied with each experience. Clark is extremely knowledgable and always responds very quickly to any questions I have. Dave has been to my house numerous times.     Freiner Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded to my emergency the same day I called! Dave from Freiner came and was very knowledgeable and fixed the leaking shower mixing valve so the leak couldn’t cause further water damage. I have also had the good luck of having Clark and Ken Freiner install a new Burnham boiler a few years ago. Freiner is a family owned company that are honest and professional! They do excellent work and stand behind it, which is rare to find these days.

    Very professional, just expensive. We were billed $500 for 2 hours of service, apparently another half hour was tacked on for driving time even tho we live in the same town in belmont

    I use Freiner for toilet issues to installing a new very efficient heating system.Clarke is responsive to small and large concerns!His crew acts very professionally’Had a service call today( Sunday), no hot water in our condo building. Olivia, the technician was excellent! How she managed to get the part and fix it, is beyond me!

    I highly recommend Freiner! We needed some plumbing work done and I was referred by a friend. I submitted a form to request an estimate on a Friday and they came that Tuesday and were able to start right away. We then found some surprise plumbing work in our renovation and they were able to do that work as well and quickly! They did it in one day and the workers are incredibly nice and professional. I was very pleased with this service. They will now be our go-to plumber when we need any work done. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and quick service.

    My wife and I have owned homes and businesses in Belmont since 1972; and in these 47 years we have patronized many plumbing and HVAC firms in and near Belmont. In 2005, we found Freiner Co.; and we have never felt a need to look further. Freiner & Co. has been good, competent, knowledgeable, conscientious, careful, trustworthy, prompt, responsible, responsive, even friendly :-) What more can I say? Whats not to like? I dont know why more people have not written reviews of Freiner & Co. for Google. I know that plenty of people have reviewed Freiner for Angies List. (I probably did; but I dont recall; Im 76 y.o.)
