    Excellent service! I called on a Monday (12/30) and said it wasn’t urgent but they got folks out to me on the afternoon of 12/31. Our washing machine (not the dishwasher) was backing ip into our kitchen sink. We have had other plumbers out before but they guessed and didn’t fix it.Final Plunge kept me updated via text message as to when they were on their way. After they diagnosed the issue they quoted me a price and had me approve it before they started the work.Sheldon and Chase came out and diagnosed the issue fixed it. It was a two fold issue of a partially clogged pipe and some other issue with the ventilation under it the kitchen sink.Sheldon was very thorough in discussing the options with me. We went with option of cutting a hole in the drywall so they could get to the plumbing. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up so your couldn’t tell they had been there.This company is used by my neighbors as well and we all recommend them!

    We had a great experience with Final Plunge Plumbing. Our water heater began leaking and they were able to schedule us the next morning for diagnostic/repairs. The technician, Damon, was very timely and professional. He provided all information we asked for and was very knowledgeable about our options. It turned out that there needed to be additional work with our heater than originally anticipated, but Damon was still able to complete the job in one day and honor the initial estimate provided. His work looked great and our new water heater is working perfectly. We really appreciate the great customer service as well. I would absolutely recommend this company and plan to use them for any future plumbing issues we may have!

    This was the best experience I have had with a company. I added a bathroom to my upstairs. They did all the plumbing from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me as a homeowner. I call with questions and they were very helpful. The young men that came to install everything were nice and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them 100 times over.

    Absolutely the best plumber in Belmont. They were early and finished running a waterline and cleaned up adding grass seed and straw on top plus they filled in the cut of my driveway with rocks. The guy doing the work NEVER stopped to talk on his phone or took breaks and he was here by himself most of the time. It’s also a good Christian company. The very best part was they were so reasonable on their prices. I even told the owner he could put a sign in our front yard. Great job. Thanks guys!!!

    Victor was professional and able to fix our leak very quickly. A truly upstanding gentleman.     We called Final Plunge Plumbing (Belmont) and someone was at out home the same day. We were given options (no pressure)and a full professional estimate for our repairs. Through the email, we were able to confirm our repairs and had a call that day to book our service.The technician, Sheldon was extremely knowledgeable and worked through some challenges to a full repair done to our satisfaction.He was also training a young man and was patient and took time to teach him and not just do the work.     We had used this company before and were very pleased with the service so when we had a drain pipe leak, we called them again. Victor arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a couple options and told me how much each would cost. After deciding he did the repair and made sure it was done properly. A piece of drywall had to be removed and he made sure it could be replaced later after the wall dried out. He was on time, courteous and explained everything. Great guy and excellent plumber.

    This was our first time using Final Plunge Plumbing. We were changing a shower head and the shower head arm broke off in the pipe in the wall. Chad came out and he was able to get the broken part out of the pipe, and put on the new shower head. We were extremely pleased with his work.     Our water heater is in the attic and when it needed to be replaced, Sheldon and Vic came out the very next day and replaced it! We also found that we did not have a PRV any where on our main water line, so the pressure going through the house was at 130psi. They added one of those, as well, and everything has been perfect since! I was a nervous wreck since it caused quite a bit of damage to one of our bedrooms and any question or concern I had was addressed by Michelle or Sheldon right away. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issue and will definitely be calling them back when needed!

    I’ll definitely use Final Plunge again. My only issue was that even though I requested a specific service - descaling and flushing out our tankless water heater - the technician wasn’t sure he had the descaling chemical he needed to do the job on his truck. I was happy that he found what he needed on the truck, but would challenge Final Plunge to make sure their technicians don’t show up unprepared particularly when the customer has made a specific request like I did. At any rate, Victor was professional and did a great job.

    Man, what a pleasant and positive plumbing experience, and I havent been able to say that too many times in the past! We had a complete blockage of our main drain/sewer line, and were gun shy from barely avoiding being scammed by a larger company years ago. Sheldon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He explained each step in the process and offered options along the way. We have had issues with tree roots in the line several times over the years. He augered the line and removed quite a few smaller roots. After running the camera a good distance, we now know that we have a very unusual sewer line configuration, and he decided to make another pass with the larger cutting blade on the auger to get some larger roots on the top side farther down the line. He easily explained everything, and showed us the results after each step.Now not only is everything working perfectly, but we understand our unusual architecture, and have been educated on how to keep it in good working order for the longest possible time.We will call Final Plunge Plumbing with zero hesitation should we have any issues in the future. I recommend them in the strongest possible terms. A very sincere Thank You!

    Final Plunge is the BEST! Very honest, good work and great value. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing job. I had a leaking laundry valve (causing damage to the crawl space) and some other various issues in a very old home. Sheldon showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did great work. I had several plumbers quote the same job with pricing that was not even comparable - this is without a doubt the best value in Charlotte.     These guys came in on short notice to finish the plumbing for my self-done kitchen renovation. Either my own poor work or a bad can of glue caused leaks all over my new drain lines.     Sheldon Brooks, owner, was very prompt and professional. He came to us on a Sunday afternoon to look at a gas water heater that repeatedly went out. He did a thorough investigation, found the water heater to be faulty - it was only 1 1/2 years old, he found rust on the inside where water was leaking, showed my husband- and scheduled us for the next day to replace the water heater, after a full day job. He didnt want us without hot water any longer than we had to be. As we were having him replace the water heater, Sundays fee was included in the overall pricing. We were switching from gas to electric, so he arranged for an electrician to come Monday evening also. They came, a little after 6, did the electric work, removed the old, installed the new. Sheldon even gave us a discount, which was very unexpected, seeing as he came on a Sunday afternoon and after hours on Monday. Nice man, knowledgable, prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!!!

    Had a backed up sewer line, called final plunge around 1:00 pm and technician Victor arrived a around 3 pm. Victor was very professional from the start and fairly swiftly identified the possible issue, gave me the service options. After agreement on options. He started to try and snake our main sewer service line from the cleanout to the sanitary sewer. The attempt was unsuccessful using larger snake auger and he pulled out smaller snake auger and successfully completed cutting through the root mass and getting the backup in the house cleared. From there he then used a camera snake to show the amount of roots still in sewer line Iine, identified where the blockages were and finally a couple of plans to get a permanent solution. All I can say is that Victor worked very hard, did not give up on getting clog cleared and then worked to to make sure I understood the problem with the existing line and the solutions.     Sheldon was professional and responsive. I even called him on a Sunday morning, and they picked up and got me scheduled. I think that says a lot because plumbing work can be an emergency.We had a clogged bathtub and a stuck drain. Sheldon fixed the problem and gave us advice on the maintenance and other plumbing questions I have around the house. He also provided recommendations on different drain stopper options that we could try out later, if we decided that we dont like the drain stopper my husband bought from Lowes.     I called Shelton because I was having suds back up from washing machine in my kitchen sink. Josh (the tech) came and checked all water and sewer lines discovering several items that needed updating. The trouble ended up being the City of Mount Hollys sewer system which was backed up down my street. Shelton and Josh worked with the City to ensure that my system was not damaged in the process of cleaning out the lines and the cost of my initial estimate was only a service call. I will be having Final Plunge Plumbing fix the updating that is needed in my home. I was extremely impressed with both young men in getting their new business started and in following through on their call and repair.

    While staying with my disabled father we discovered some serious plumbing issues. This is an older home and it needed major attention rather quickly. I contacted Sheldon and he came out to access what needed to be done. He was very professional and very honest. A huge plus in my book! He took the time to explain everything that needed taken care of, which was basically every pipe in the house and under the house. Once all of that was replaced my greatest fear became a reality. The main sewer line needed replaced. This house was built in 1930 and the main sewer line was terra cotta! He assured me everything would be fine and they would be back the next day to replace it, and they did.I honestly can’t thank him enough for his compassion and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing issues. Big or small. He is definitely the one to call!
