Excellent service! I initially called and received an appointment 1.5 weeks later. Justin called me back that same to day and came to my house that afternoon. He was very professional and courteous. He was able to fix my toilet and disposal, left no mess, finished in a timely way yet didn’t seem to be in a rush. Will definitely keep Forrest Plumbing’s number saved!

I have used these guys multiple times and I can’t say how great they are! Replaced piping under my house when I had a leak and fixed my water heater when it wouldn’t heat up. Even referred my neighbor to them when her plumbing backed up and they got her flushing her toilet again a couple hours later! Justin is THE man and these guys truly care about helping you out. I will ALWAYS use Forrest Plumbing!

We called Forrest Plumbing late yesterday evening and left a message for a call back. We got a call back within minutes from Justin. He came out first thing this morning and started on our faucet. He was extremely nice, professional and courteous. He worked diligently and now our kitchen sink is fully functional again. The price for his work was definitely fair and reasonable. They have gained our trust first hand and we will only use them in the future for any plumbing issues and highly recommend them as well!!UPDATE!! We had another faucet in the house having an issue and called them out again. A man named Ricky came, just as nice and professional as Justin and not only fixed the problem quickly but recommended a tool for my husband to have on hand for emergencies. This company clearly cares about doing right by people and not ripping them off. We are so happy we chose them from the start!!

I have used Forrest Plumbing 3 or 4 times over the last 4 years or so. I always have had honest, thorough, dependable service. This time I had a sewerage backup that I fortunately caught before anything dire happened. I called their number and a very personable young lady assisted me. She asked if I needed to have it classified as an emergency so that it would be moved to the proper position on their schedule. I did this and she said I would be contacted first thing in the morning to either confirm or let me know that I might need to contact someone else if they couldnt make it. Well, I was contacted and made aware of one quick appointment before me that was an emergency as well. About two hours later,Justin called about 4 minutes out. It was raining and cold. He went about his business as if it were 70 degrees outside. Always cheerful and with a smile on his face...just a wonderful representative for Forrest Plumbing. He completed the task and monitored it until he was satisfied it was fixed. Just a very good job by a very good technician. Merry Christmas, Justin.

Wow. This is our first time hosting the family Thanksgiving holiday, and of course a week before everyone was about to arrive, the faucet in our guest bathroom wouldnt get hot. We tried for days to get another company (who also misdiagnosed the problem) to work us into their busy schedule. We had a shower leaking issue, and Forrest Plumbing was not only very responsive and courteous, they also went above and beyond in my opinion. Their technician, Ricky, determined the difficulty in accessing the internal control unit within our tile shower could be resolved by accessing it from the wall behind the shower (inside a closet). Only problem...we didn’t have said access point there at all. So not only did Ricky fix the leaking issue, but he also cut and added a trap door within the closet wall to make the internal shower unit easily accessible going forward. Ricky did phenomenal work, was a pleasure to talk with, and we appreciate his excellent work. I highly recommend and will use Forrest Plumbing any time we need plumbing work and assistance. Very professional and was early!!. Cant tell you how grateful I am they were able to work me in today. Called before hand to let me know when they would be here and asked what was going on. Having a clogged sewer line is no joke but luckily its fixed and wasnt expensive as I thought it would be. Very reasonable priced. Highly recommend!!!l They have a customer for life.

Friendly service, super pricing. I couldnt find a free service call anywhere else, but they gave me one. Came out a little late due to servicing prior but they let me know in advance, so that was fine. They found the issue, left to get the part, came right back and replaced my pressure relieving valve. Got a recommendation from a pastor friend of mine. Highly recommended!

Our first Monday in a new house: Main drainage/sewer line backed up - not good. The local-ish 24/7 company (Ill leave them unnamed) came out and diagnosed the problem: Well fix it by installing a cleanout for $11k in about 3 weeks or so. In the meantime... good luck? Oh, and were definitely gonna tear the $#&% out of your driveway.Thankfully we got a second opinion/quote (Forrest Plumbing to the rescue) on Tuesday. They agreed with the diagnosis but were able to install the cleanout and fix the blockage a couple days later for more like $3k. It really felt like they were looking out for us: they got the safe digging people to expedite things (so we could have water again asap) and they managed to limit the concrete destruction/removal to a convenient, out of the way corner of the driveway.Summary: 3 day turnaround instead of 3 weeks, 3k instead of 11k, and minimal disruption/destruction. Whats not to love?
