I recently purchased a house in Toms River and was fortunate enough to have a whole house generator. I enlisted aggressive power systems to service it as the previous owner had. Steve was my technician, he answered all of my questions patiently as I was unfamiliar with owning a generator. He supplied me with several helpful tips to maintain the unit. Aggressive Power Systems was recommened to me by coworkers. I asked for information about Generac gererators from three different companies. Adam Kant came to my house to view the current electric and natural gas systems and asked my expectations and suggested the Generac generator that would be most suitable for my needs. This company was not the most inexpensive but he did work with me for bushes that had to be removed. He also answered all the questions and sent me a new proposal with all the updates. I was pleased with the answers and his continued interest in providing all the requirements that are needed for the installation and the provisions from the Generac company concerning an extended seven year warranty. In addition. In addition, I have his cell phone number if I have any added questions or concerns.

Always responsive and professional. The office gets you on the schedule as soon as possible, especially if you are having an issue with your generator and the technicians always explain the problem in detail and quickly address it. The techs also always inspect the unit top to bottom, even if you called with a specific issue.

My review comes from 50 plus years as a builder and mechanical contractor in New Jersey and at one time in NYC. Learning the trade as a kid under the best people who worked for my father and Licensed as a Master in NJ and NYC. I judge them from as an engineer as well. As a builder from production homes to Oh My Gosh customs. This company and the people who work for it are simply put top notch. From 9 companies and a utility off shoot I selected them. This included a strong recommendation from a trusted family adviser. In my mind, I consider those people who were involved in providing and installing my generator friends now. That includes the office project coordinator and the trades people that worked here. Even the Inspectors more than liked their work. They are worth every dollar of what they get paid and work hard to keep their word and schedule.

Four of our friends had Aggressive install their whole house generators and highly recommended them to us. We were not disappointed. This company knows how to run a successful business. They are highly professional, treat a customer as they should be treated, very helpful in answering questions and discussing various options , and prices are fair. Five days after the installation we had a neighborhood power failure and the generator worked like a champ !

I recently opened a maintenance agreement with Aggressive Power Systems for my new 22Kw Generac unit. Im glad I chose them. From the initial phone call, the customer service has been excellent with the emphasis on communication and transparency. The service technician, Anthony, was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained the steps he was taking to service the unit and even offered some homeowner tips to insure the unit is up to speed. I would recommend APS without hesitation.

Our Generac Generator was installed by another company and we had a service contract since the installation. That company went out of business so we took the recommendation to use Aggressive Power Systems. We had them come out for our routine service and we were very impressed. The technician was on time and checked everything. The former company was in and out quickly but this one ran the generator from both outside and inside. I feel confident we are in good hands now.

They are a very reliable company. They communicate responsibly and always call back on the rare occasion that they do not answer their phone on the first three rings.I have had our generator for 3 years. In the first 6 months the engine leaked oil. They came and replaced the entire engine no questions asked and at no cost. That is what I expect of a premium service company.

Outstanding service by Aggressive. I originally found them when my electrician was having issues with our Generac install in 2016. Aggressive sent someone to assist that was in the area and had us running in minutes and we passed our final electrical inspection. They have been maintaining our generator since 2016 they are very knowledgable, responsive and willing to work with home owners. Joe is quick to respond to questions and takes the time to explain all work he recommends. Totally recommend Aggressive!

6/2/23 Stephen came out and did our annual maintenance and as usual they had scheduled in advance and showed up on time.I highly recommend this organization.I cant say enough in support of this organization. We recently had a power outage and our generator turned on as planned and turned off when power was restored, however our power did not return. We called JCP&L and they made multiple promises to look into the problem. In the interim we called K & K Electric who installed our generator who eventually returned our calls more than 14 hours later. They basically said they couldnt get to us this day and regardless of the problem there would be charges since we didnt purchase from him. We had already contacted AGS in the interim and after checking our generator serial number agreed to come out under the warranty, even though we didnt purchase from them. Everyone we spoke to at there offices were very professional and accommodating to include Brian who came out and identified the problem within 5 minutes. He not only found and repaired the problem but went out of his way to check the entire system.THANKS TO EVERYONE FROM AGGRESSIVE POWER SYSTEMS!!

Needed a new company to service my whole house generator after my company that installed mine 10 years ago and let me down after all those years, Well Im a first time user with Aggressive.Anthony did a comprehensive job servicing the systems and explaining everything I needed to know and did not mind me standing there and asking things, OMG he was so neat cleaning things that he made me feel guilty that my cabinet was kind of dirty that on Saturday I went out with my cleaner and a brush and scrubbed it up and now it looks great, LOL Anthony was such a gentlemen when I called him by the wrong name, we had a laughI was very satisfied.
