    I have a tri-fuel portable generator that I wanted hooked up to my house’s electrical panel. Rodney came out and provided me with multiple options to fit our budget, including connecting an external gas line to our natural gas meter, installing a generator outlet and a Pro/Tran 2 transfer switch (which is a more straightforward and user friendly option compared to an interlock kit). Rodney and Andrew were working on the project all day and did a test run with me to ensure our generator could handle all the components and rooms we wanted fully functional during a power outage. Great customer service and highly recommended.

    We love Out Today! Weve used them three times for different jobs, and theyve been quick and professional each time.We needed a 250 outlet installed in our garage, and there were options as to where we could install it, and Andrew went over all the options, and prices, and we chose the best option for us.     Recommend OutToday.This was my first time dealing with a potentially major issue caused by electrical outlet. I contacted OutToday after reading reviews and notation to years in business-- 30 years +... Spoke with a very nice / patient man who took time to walk me through how to turn off a breaker-- to ensure the power was off. Got an appointment on the books -- Rod arrived ahead of schedule.     Our ancient furnace finally kicked the bucket, and these guys were life savers. They got our new furnace installed super quickly did a fantastic job, and answered all my questions about upkeep and maintenance. They were super upfront on the price too.To top it all off, on his way out after finishing the install the guy figured out why our garage door wasnt working and fixed that too. Just as he was walking past. It had been driving me crazy for weeks! Five out of five, would give ten stars if I could.

    We needed to install new vent pipe in the kitchen to substitute our downdraft one couple years ago. Tech came in and without a min wasted cut into the wall installed the pipe, added new electrical outlet for the vent, sealed side wall where new electrical box was, showed me some trick to make drywall proper way. We had estimates for 2-3 days of work. He did it in 7hr flat. We got proper pro for this work. Definitely recommend. It was pricy (for 1 day), but worth it (compare to 2-3 days estimates). Next day we already were painting ceiling. Mind blowing.

    Highly recommend their service! We hired them to fix work that another contractor did not do properly wiring new electrical for overhead lighting. They were able to come out the same day within hours to resolve the problem. The technician, Jinder, was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He walked us through what was done incorrectly and how he was going to fix it. Very professional work and I would recommend anyone installing new overhead ceiling lights to hire OutToday!

    The staff member came by the house, not just on time, but early! We had requested service the day before, so the responsiveness of the company was so uncommon.He was great, looked over the problem of a GFCI outlet constantly shorting. Went from the main panel to the outdoor sub panel to the switch that was tripping to the outlet beyond the GFCI, down my our dock to trace the problem. He found that the PVC pipe protecting the conduit from the GFCI to the outlet was cracked, letting water to drain down the outlet box and cause the short. He repaired the PVC piping, drained and dried the pipe and outlet and tested everything... all worked perfectly. He also gave us an option to do a more long term solution that we did not opt for but appreciated.On top of everything, I was not home at the time, so he worked with my wife to sort all this out, video taped the problem so I could review it live with him! What ridiculously cool service!And, it cost less than $400! A great value.Thanks so much,Mike

    I had installed a Nest Thermostat in fall 2018, and my furnace board blew out in December 2018. I called a few places and Rodney was the one who could come. He was super friendly, efficient and thorough.Given that the board had to be replaced, he put in an order, came back after a few days - promptly fixed it and that was it.Unfortunately, a few days ago, no heat. I called Rodney again, he came over and was surprised that the board was out again. Fortunately covered under warranty. He tried to get a replacement board the same day, but couldnt. He was promptly at my place at 8am next day with a replacement board. Since this was covered under warranty, he didnt charge a penny (no service charge, no board replacement fee nothing).Also found out that the Professional Installation of Nest I had done earlier didnt have the C-Wire connected, which is responsible for the board blowing out.I am a bit perplexed by some of the negative reviews. If at all anything, Rodney was very courteous, and demonstrated his expertise multiple times over, about the system configurations and how I can upgrade to an AC unit without needing to upgrade the board etc.I have OutToday saved as my emergency plumbing/heating and electrical folks. They have won a customer for sure.

    OutToday went above and beyond. We hired them to move a gas line for a stove, but additional required work was discovered to have everything line up correctly behind the stove - including moving the electrical outlet and anti-tip bracket. They were extremely accommodating, and offered to move everything to make the stove as flush as possible with the wall. It was amazing service, and not what you can typically expect from services nowadays. I would happily trust OutToday with future work.

    I worked side by side with Rodney over the course of a grueling 23 hr lack of heat emergency through a chilly 39 degree workspace.. Project was to be executed before before the following day. We knew this before jumping into it too. In a world of working with the unknown, sometimes you never know what you are getting into until you jump in and just commit. Fortunately, no plumbing was involved on this mission. I was impressed to have worked through so many great challenges through the night with zero complaints.     Just great,! My serviceman was Andrew. What a super guy. Gave me 3 scenarios on what could be done to correct my problem. (Luke warm water and then cold water. No showers of any value, no washing clothes properly, no dishwasher use). I decided I wanted a new water heater, PERIOD! OUTTODAY didnt make me schedule new appt. Andrew went out and got new water heater and installed it. So, diagnosis, me fussing around, making a decision to get a new water heater, Andrew going out to get new WH, installation and removal plus haul away of old WH took not quite 3.5 hours! Im Happy.     Kiefer was professional, patient, and arrived early. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve multiple failures with the home furnace and thermostat, and was transparent throughout the process. I appreciated that he observed masking protocols while conducting this work. When items that were not expected to be broken were found after the initial repair, he fixed them properly and did not cut corners to do so.

    I got several calls when I sent out a request for bid from Aggie’s List App in the middle of the night. Rod was one of the first few responded my request. When talking to him over the phone about my furnace issues, I knew Rod was the right professional I needed to hire for the job. When they came to my house next day in the morning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had the right equipment to do the diagnosis. They were very truthful about what they could do and what they couldn’t. They gave me options for me to consider. I would hire them again if I have furnace issues in the future.
