I am very happy with their services! Needed a new fan installed in our bedroom that never had anything electrical in the ceiling. Most other places wanted $1000s, yes with a S on the end of it. Jacob Electric did it WAY cheaper and did a awesome job! There was some confusion on the price after it was finished, but they right by discounting the price to where I was happy! I will use them again in the near future to install a few more fans, but easier next time! May use them as well with other projects I have planned in the future.

Outstanding and excellent experience service!. We needed to upgrade the electrical circuit to meet code for a new hot water tank installation. The customer service and communication experience was amazing from the moment that we booked the appointment to when the technician arrived. James, our technician did an excellent job of surveying where we were at and gave us options as to how to correct the deficiencies. He and his team upgraded our circuit and wiring correctly, efficiently and with minimal impact to us. I highly recommend Jacob electric . They know what superior service and craftsmanship are.

The previous owner of my house did a lot of DIY wiring, and Jacob Electric has been here on several occasions to fix and update lighting and electrical, which has always ended up with extended work in repairing the previous DIY work.They have always explained what they were doing and what they ran into while wiring. I am extremely happy with the improvements they have made on my house.

I am pleased with their services greatly! Our bedroom, which never had anything electrical in the ceiling, required the installation of a new fan. The majority of other places demanded $800s, yes with a S. Jacob Electric did an amazing job and did it for a LOT less money! After it was finished, there was some misunderstanding over the pricing, but they corrected it by lowering it to a level that made me delighted! Ill use them once more soon to add a few more fans, but this time it will be simpler. I might also use them for other projects I have in the works.

We live in an older condo with which we had difficulty with an outlet and installation of a bath light. Due the 1961 wiring.They were very courteous, prompt and efficient. In and out in 30 minutes!Electricians can be expensive but with Jacob Electric you definitely get good value for your money. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We contacted Jacob Electrics to check out several issues we were having with outlets and tripping. The quick response, professionalism and customer service was excellent. The administrator that received our phone call was courteous, got us immediately on the schedule. She returned phone calls and also texted us arrival window. Our appointment was right on time, actually ahead, and phoned en route. Nelson Davis was the electrician and excellent, answered all our questions. He checked all issues thoroughly and fixed the problems. Troubleshooted every issue with professionalism and great customer service. Wonderful to find a place that exceeds expectations and Jacob Electrics is that company in all areas. Our experience excellent. Keeping on list for future needs. Highly recommend.

I used Jacob Electric to get a generator interlock switch installed at my home. I would have given an extra star but decided to stick with 4-stars because they didnt keep up with the schedule and kept changing on me (2 times). Working with their back office was also not easy as youd expect them to keep you appraised of delays in a technician being able to make it or not. I passed the feedback to their back office team and operations manager. However these challenges aside, the technician that did the job (Mani) did a nice job overall.

I would highly recommend asking specifically for electrician Nelson Davis from Jacob Electrical LLC. He came to our house & worked to problem solve an outlet that had lost power. He was very transparent with what the cost would be, and ended up getting power back to our outlet by means of pig-tailing from another outlet, and installed the new light fixture. He repaired our drywall and cleaned up debris. We are extremely happy with the service he offered! Very professional and hard working!

Their work was all you expect and rarely find these days.Both the technicians and office people were professional, clear and on time.
