We had 3 estimates from 3 different companies. EMC’s estimate was well written and clearly defined of job description. Derrick and Dave were very involved in our 80% whole house remodel. The communication was on point!! The plans were developed in a timely manner. On top of all that.. the quality and workmenship was spectacular! Every day, the house was clean and livable through this major project. Special consideration was applied as we maintained living in the house during this remodel. We were so impressed that we added on additional projects to the signed contract and EMC delivered!! My family was so impressed with their work, my own mother hired them for her full bathroom remodel and my sister will be contacting them for hers. I highly recommend EMC!! Derrick did a whole house refresh for me. All new siding, soffits, gutters and replaced a door. He is an excellent communicator and made this process easy. I love the results and highly recommend EMC Home Improvements.
