    They do a great job! Last winter our boiler went out during one of the coldest stretches of the season. JB Mechanical was able to send their guys over the same day to get us warm again. We now hire them to do our yearly maintenance. Very professional and courteous!

    I am very impressed on the service I had. From the very start when I emailed for a quote. I was immediately answered the same day with a phone call and scheduled an in home visit the very next day. Not only did he show up the next day, he arrived within 10-15 minutes of scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable of what I was requesting and took photos of existing system and other pertinent information I had and told me he would give it to his engineers and get back to me as soon as he had a quote and options available. Within a few days I received the quote and an explanation of the options. I decided that it was exactly right for me and a week later my boiler was installed.

    The reviews speak for themselves, but we were very pleased with the services we were provided. Local company with personable customer service. No hidden fees that other HVAC companies slide in or dont disclose.John was very prompt and upfront with estimates and communication, and Patrick was on time, professional and knowledgeable during install.     My furnace had quit and a friend had recommended JB Mechanical. I thought I had the problem figured out via YouTube 🥴 but, went inside and explained the situation to Josh and he kindly told me that it was something else. He sent Patrick over that same day (within minutes of me getting back home) I even received a text message with the appointment time and when the tech was on his way to my house. Patrick was very knowledgeable and friendly to chat with. He didn’t have the right part in stock for my older furnace but he made it work with a temporary universal part so I would have heat for the night. Amanda had called me the following day and said Patrick would be over with the part. Fantastic service all around! We will definitely be using JB mechanical again!!

    Excellent service! I called to have my furnace serviced before the heating season and replace the thermostat. I prefer a programmable one that provides a warm house when the alarm goes off. Michael was on time, very friendly and provided options. I would highly recommend.

    I had not done an AC maintenance check since buying my home 1.5 years ago and it seemed like it was running alot.     I don’t usually post reviews and certainly not 5 star. JB mechanical is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my furnace and I had someone here the next day, which is common. The technician explained everything perfectly to me as to what was going on. His communication skills were top notch on top of his problem solving. Honestly I wouldn’t go to any other company for any hvac needs.

    Got a brand new Mitsubishi split type air conditioner unit installed today by JB. Professional and quick installation and staff made sure I understood the operation of the unit before they left. We have used JB twice now for our central air and now this unit and would not go anywhere else!

    JB Mechanical, from start to finish, which was an amazing 36 hours, was phenomenal and professional every step of the way. Our furnace, 25+ years old, died over the weekend and the heat exchange cracked and was dangerous and unusable. As first time homeowners and parents of 3 children under 4 years old, that was pretty terrifying to learn. Within 12 hours, they had come out, diagnosed it, and let us know that it wasnt safe to be in our home with the furnace running because of potential carbon monoxide poisoning. By that evening, they had sent an estimate of what it would cost to replace the furnace, with multiple options, and after talking with the owner of the company, we arranged to have their staff, Patrick, come out the next morning (bright and early at 7:30 AM) to install it. It took about 5 hours, he was a wonderful source of information about any questions we had, and very courteous the entire time (even petting our 3 rambunctious dogs). I had to actively work in the space while he was doing the install as I WFH, and at no point was the installation disruptive as I was able to conduct research when the louder noises were occurring, which didnt last long, and still felt productive in my job and able to complete my work. I would highly recommend, Josh, Patrick, and all the other JB Mechanical staff to anyone looking for HVAC services and assistance.

    Had some issues where the AC was running constantly but the house still wasn’t cooling off on the hot days. Patrick came out and gave the entire system a thorough look. He was really knowledgeable and quickly figured out some of the issues. He adjusted the fan speed and many other things to make the system work the best when other technicians just said to get a bigger AC unit.     I recently scheduled my annual furnace inspection with JB Mechanical to make sure that my furnace will work when I need it, to prevent carbon monoxide leaks in my home and to prolong the life of my furnace. The technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he educated me on the importance of a clean air filter. I was very impressed with JB Mechanical and with the service provided, and I would highly recommend them to others! They will be back in the Spring to clean and inspect my central air conditioning system, and I will be hiring them to install a furnace-mounted humidifier. Their customer service is second to none!

    I was looking for an AC unit for this summer, and I had contacted JB Mechanical from just a Google search. It said he serviced the Fond du Lac area, so I gave him a call! Josh (owner) had answered and from the get-go I knew he was trustworthy. He was upfront about all costs on the phone, and was able to come out in just 1-2 days for an assessment. He was extremely professional, and when I told him the cost I was looking to pay with financing, he offered me three different units/thermostats. I told him exactly what I needed, and he gave me multiple options! He worked with my budget, and best of all, he didn’t try to upsell me! He told me exactly what unit he thought would be suitable for my small house, and his prices were comparable to the other quotes I received. He didn’t even charge me for adding a return in my basement duct. He had a mechanic on site and those costs were all factored in. I even was able to pick the thermostat I wanted and don’t even get me started on how amazing the Nexia is! Patrick and Blaze (sorry if that’s not the spelling) were very professional. They immediately asked if I wanted them to wear a mask in my home, and they walked me through every step. They were courteous, and helped me set up my smart thermostat. I had some decorative rocks in the area where they put the AC, and they moved the rocks in such a simplistic and cute design (see picture on Google). It was like getting landscaping help too! I cannot recommend this company enough! Josh is so trustworthy and you can just tell right off the bat.     From the onset Josh has been nothing short of exceptional. He arrived at our house the day after I requested a bid to replace an underperforming Bryant system. I have paid three hvac companies to attempt to fix whatever the issues with the system were. Hundreds of dollars and three years of frustration under the belt so it was time to reevaluate. Enter Josh and JB Mechanical, after a thorough analysis of the home and hvac structure Josh determined that the existing system was significantly undersized. Three estimates for three different valuations of equipment. Upon further review we needed to upgrade further yet and I had the new estimate within twelve hours. Fast forward to today. Four technicians arrive promptly at 8 AM and started the replacement. The final truck pulled out of the driveway at 4 PM. Josh called around 5 to inform us of what he was seeing so far with the system - talk about service! You cannot put a number on a company and owner that stand behind the product they sell. Josh gives out his number, and returns call promply.Fair disclaimer: I did receive cheaper bids, and two that were for substantially more money. The price is fair as it stands - then throw in personalized service from world class technicians and you cannot beat JB Mechanical. Every other contact for hvac service has been removed and we will work with Josh and his team moving forward.
