    Earl is great. Today my furnace was not working. It was allmy own fault. He came out on a holiday weekend so I would not freeze. I am certain he had better things to do with his family. I am so thankful for his kindness.

    Home warranty connected us with this company. Right away I noticed the only means of contact was to call Earls phone. Isnt the most personable with people, but Im not either, so I figured whatever. He gave us a time frame of 12-3 for a technician to come look at our furnace, tech came right at 12. Im home most of the time, so the timing wasnt an issue for me, but if you work a typical 9-5, it will be an issue. Tech diagnoses the problem very quickly and let us know he would order the replacement part then be in contact with us. Received a voicemail from Earl about an appointment time. After some phone tag, I was able to talk to him, but I had to ask three different times what the time frame for the tech to arrive was going to be. If you want to know information, ask. The time frame was between 11-4. Tech showed up around 2 and was gone by 3. Fixed our furnace no issues.My two recommendations for this company:- Give an invoice or some sort of documentation to the home owner for record keeping. I received nothing and was told nothing about possible fees. Made me a little uncomfortable.- Have another method of contact besides phone. Phone tag was unnecessary for me to simply respond with a confirmation in regards to an appointment time. Phones will ring less for you and customers will receive quick and better communication.Overall, experience was fine. They got the job done. However, communication is lacking. If you go through them, by choice or because your home warranty connected you, ask questions if you want to know something and dont expect overly friendly service. Theyre a very in and out type of business, which was fine with me, but most people like the customer service act.The technician we dealt with was very prompt, knowledgeable, and nice. Not sure if Id use them again as I like good communication and more modern ways of communicating, but overall I had no major complaints.Some techs will be more knowledgeable than others and some jobs will be quick and easy while others will take more time. Experience really depends on what tech you get.

    My husband and I were on vacation out of state and was notified by one of our renters of a leak in a top unit. He called a couple places asking if anyone could come out same day and nope, couldnt do it, short staffed, etc. He called Earls Plumbing & Heating and was able to come out to the location within a couple hours, and showed up in the timeframe that was quoted. Very happy and price was great. Would definately use them again.

    I used Earl’s because of the home warranty I got when I purchased the house. After reading the reviews I wasn’t too thrilled, but I kept and open mind! They gave me an arrival Time of 11-3, I wasn’t happy about the 4hour window. However, they showed up a little after 11! After about 20 minutes, he said he would have the air conditioning up and run in no time! Well I was able to turn it on and he was gone just after 12! Needless to say don’t believe everything you read. Yes, there are some bad cases, but I received great service!!

    These guys have done nothing but great work for us. Last week, we were an hour away from leaving for a vacation and the sump alarm went off. We called Earls, they sent someone right away and we rigged up a solution. Yesterday, they came back to help finish the job with a battery backup pump. Always professional and timely. They have helped with other plumbing issues and I recommend them without hesitation.
