I had Brisc come out and do the rough in plumbing for my new construction. These guys were phenomenal!! They listened to exactly what I was wanting and went out of their way to make it happen. They also had some really good suggestions and their communication was on point. If there was a question they would call and ask to make sure we were all on the same page. Every one of the guys were professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs.

I am amazed at the quick service and response from this plumbing company. Number one, they answered the phone. Number two a serviceman was here within an hour. Number three, Jonah, the serviceman, was cordial and informative. Actually, he blew me away with his knowledge and personality. I will call them with my plumbing needs in the future!

I highly recommend Brisc Plumbing out of Beaver Dam for all things plumbing related. I had a drain issue in my basement and could not find a plumber in Beaver Dam that could help asap. Then I was given a reference from my contractor to call Brisc. Not only did they answer the phone with a willingness to help they sent a plumber out to my house the same morning. Jonah did a great job unclogging my entire drain system and was professional kind and patient with all my questions. Im thrilled with the work and the price. Brisc plumbing came to my house with in an hour of calling on a weekend to help snake my drains due to roots in the pipe. With being an older home, we formulated a plan with Brisc to replace from the house to the street because of clay pipe and roots wont grow into pvc. This summer we also had severe flooding and had stand sewage/ rain water in our basement. Brisc told us about a backwater valve that will stop sewage from coming into our basement and also install a sump pit/pump. They had most of their crew to work on my house and to reconnect. The issue was once they connect to my old cast iron pipe, that was leaking too. They came back the next day and pushed off other jobs (after working 14 hours) to get us back connected. They also concrete all the open slab of concrete and fixed the wall. To talk about me for a second, I am a very detail orientated person that truly likes things a certain way and they were accommodating to all my requests. Brisc did a wonderful job of cleaning up the mess and protecting my personal items against the work. I feel secure now knowing that my house is now protected from the next rain event.

I was very pleased with the work BRISC did! We just bought our first house in Beaver Dam and had a basement floor drain backing up after only one month…BRISC was able to come out right away and tried to auger out the pipe. They were getting jammed, and figured a pipe had collapsed. Not the news we wanted to hear going into the weekend. First thing Monday they came out and quickly located the damaged pipe and fixed it. Better yet, they were able to do this work far more affordably than we (or they) were expecting!

100% recommend these guys..4 days without water and no matter what we did we werent getting anywhere..called at 845am and was told they would be here around 11am and showed up at 1040am..by 1130am we had water and found out our heating tape was faulty. Jonah was wonderful! Very professional and super friendly. Answered all my questions and talked me through what he was all doing and what we can do to avoid frozen pipes in the future. If i ever need to call a plumber again, it will definitely be these guys! Thank you so much!!
