    I am very happy with Ryan Laverty Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend them and think their prices are good with quality work too. They installed a new water heater, furnace and AC all in a single day. Im proud to show the pictures of their work and happy to talk about them too. They show when they say. I spoke to Ryan by phone about estimate before he wrote up/emailed to me for approval. It matched his verbal estimate. They delivered and installed on time just like they said with no surprises. It all looks good and everything works great! Since its still summer, they said they will return to fire up heat/verify no issues before that season starts (good customer service). Their team is very professional and it shows in their work. I first saw Richard and Joe during estimate as they came from a different job where seeing me for estimate was after that job. When at my house, they measured everything/noted so that proper sizes were obtained for when Ryan quoted me. I resaw Richard and Joe along with Austin and James during day of install. Everyone is very efficient. Its a tight utility room, they pulled the washer/dryer out to get everything in. They even replaced the old gas shutoff behind he dryer as its butterfly type that leaks at no extra cost to me. The Flue from the waster heater was all replaced to be proper size as original was undersized. I was shown everything, given manuals needed, etc.

    Ryan personally provided wonderfully responsive, professional and friendly service to repair my furnace when it stopped working on a freezing cold holiday weekend (that’s always when it happens, right?). His impressive depth of system knowledge, his methodical technical troubleshooting, his willingness to go the extra mile and his foresight to have the right parts available was fabulous.     The best plumbing company I’ve ever used! I live in Tom’s River for 2 years and I’ve used Ryan Laverty plumbing for all my needs from a brand new tankless heater system. All installed same day!! I have had them install new toilets and repair damage sink faucets. My most recent experience with was a days ago I needed a new water line replaced on my refrigerator and one of the team took care of my problem almost immediately. You need a plumbing contractor??     Ryan Laverty plumbing is by far the best. Due to a major plumbing issue in my house, my contractor referred me to Ryan. All I can say is his work, level of customer service, knowledge and overall experience is wonderful. His team has been at my house for about 2 weeks and the new pipes and work is like a work of art. He is super neat and listens to any questions and concerns you might have and answers them HONESTLY.. Now-a days it is hard to find excellent service like this. Being a business owner myself I know how important it is to be the best at your trade. This company has surpassed my expectations. They do not take short cuts, they checked and tested all of the work multiple times to make sure I would not have issues. They are prompt and on time as well.     Just want to say we used Ryan Laverty HVAC/Plumbing to replace our water main to our house, and were glad we did.     EMERGENCY WATER MAIN REPAIR. This is the 2nd job that Ryan Laverty Plumbing has done for me. I am completely happy with their service. Their staff is always responsive, polite and fairly priced. Being that I trusted them on this emergency job, I will happily recommend them to anyone, and feel confident that they will treat you the same.Once we agreed to the price for the repair, the excavators were there the very next morning. The entire water main repair was done before 5:30 pm that same day. Plus, the job came in $300 less than what was estimated.     I needed emergency plumbing help, and Ryan was a lifesaver!I was installing a grab bar for my elderly father when I accidentally hit a pipe behind the wall. Water sprayed everywhere, and I panicked. Thankfully, I found the shut-off valve quickly.Scott, a plumber who only handles outdoor work, had recommended Ryan; I called him even though it was late on a Friday. Surprisingly, he answered the phone immediately and assured me he could arrive within two hours.Ryan arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and responsive. He and his young assistant (who was surprisingly helpful! FYI - his 4-year-old son :) ) quickly fixed the leak and did a fantastic job. Im extremely grateful for their quick response and expertise. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone needing plumbing services!Ryans team came through once again on Friday, October 18th, 2024.     Highly recommend!!! Exceptional service and super simple and seamless process from calling to schedule the service to the job being complete! Ryan came out on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot our AC troubles. He was back Saturday morning to fix the issue. AC back up and running in less than 24 hours from the time of making the phone call to schedule, during a super busy time (summer).     I wanted to share my five star experience with this company, Ryan Laverty Plumbing because I had to go online to find a plumber to do some work in my mom’s home. They had to replace the plumbing in two of her tubs that were over 40 years old. They had really good reviews so I figured I’d give them a call. Right from the beginning, the people taking my calls and scheduling us for the work were so nice and got us on the schedule right away. The two techs that came out Joe and Rich couldn’t have been nicer and did such a great job. I was really worried because there wasn’t access behind the bathroom, and she had tiling all the way to the ceiling. But they managed to change out the diverters with no damage done to the tile. Cost of work to be done was very reasonable and competitive. I know now I will always call them for any plumbing or air conditioning related work that I would need done. Anyone looking for plumbing work to be done should definitely give them a call.

I was in a jam because my daughter had surgery the day before would come out that I had service with and try to repair my air conditioning unit. After the fourth attempt, they inform me that my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced.A good friend of mine recommended Ryan Laverty for air conditioning issue! I reached out to Ryan early in the morning. He was able to get back to me. I sent him some pictures of my existing equipment then send somebody out to check out what needed to be done. Were able to come to an agreement on the financing which she was able to direct us to the NJ Green program.He sent out a crew and replaced the equipment by the end of the day!This is the true meaning of how somebody wants business!     Exceptional service! Called on a Friday and Ryan came out the next day to give me an estimate. Scheduling the job was painless, as was the process of replacing my (40 year old!!!) hot water heater along with getting my pipes up to code, replacing a couple of shut off valves and fittings, and fixing my outside spigot.     Let me start off by saying that it is absolutely possible to be in love with Ryan Laverty, Plumbing, Heating & AC. The following is the series of events that led up to my love affair. I contacted Care Temp this past week for a very cranky and old ac that was not running. A technician, and it looked as if the second person was in training arrived. I explained to the person in the office when I initially called that I had extensive work done in the house. The office person and I concluded that the shut off switch in the attic may not have been turned back on. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the tech proceeded to go out to look at the ac. Came back in and said that the compressor (?) was not good any more, the ac was very old and made additional comments that were lost to me. What I specifically remember though was the bottom line...$6,450 for a new AC. I asked him if he were going to look in the attic at the switch. Said that the switch had nothing to do with the situation. It was obvious that in his mind, I am female and would not fully understand and would take his word as the end-all and be-all. I have been independent for many years to not rethink the situation. Next day I called Ryan Laverty, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Austen, the tech, arrived shortly thereafter. Researched every area, attic, thermostat and outside ac. Conclusion! The ac wire was not reattached in the thermostat when I had the previous work done. He reattached the wire and Voila! AC! Oh, yes, and he did go up in the attic and found problems with the equipment there. Austen, quite young, was and is extremely polite, knowledgeable and a sweetie. Needed to vent. Bottom line...no I would not recommend Care Temp unless you like pulling out your hair by the roots. Bravo R.L!!!

    We were renovating a small powder room and needed some pipes moved. We called and and a real person answered the phone. We explained our problem, sent them some pictures and Ryan actually called back the next day. We received an estimate we thought was fair. We agreed and scheduled a time for the project to start. Richard and Joe showed up on time. We looked at the job, they helped us with options and alternatives which worked better than the original plans. Their professionalism and knowledge made this smoother than anticipated. I had to coordinate with them to finish the flooring and to repair the neat holes they made in the wall.     My neighbor recommended Ryan Laverty plumbing. Best recommendation ever.His staff (Wyatt) came out and replaced my garbage disposal and repaired my leaking shower. Wyatt was friendly but got right to work. Kudos to Wyatt for being tenacious completing the repairs to this old house. I was so upset about the repairs that were needed but Wyatt solved my water leaks regardless of the obstacles.Then my public water service line leaked, the house required a complete new service line. When I call Ryan about my situation on Saturday afternoon he came out Sunday morning to assess the situation and helped me obtain temporary water usage (huge thank you also to my neighbor!!)As soon as the water company did their part, Ryan was here getting the job done!I highly recommend.     Our AC went out late on a Friday night. I spoke with Ryan first thing Saturday morning and he was over within a couple hours. He was able to fix my 20 year old unit to get it working until we could have it replaced. He scheduled replacement of both my Air and Heat on that Thursday. They did a great job. They took all garbage and left nothing for me to dispose of. Ryan was also very responsive and answered all of my questions. I feel I got an excellent value and also excellent service.     We lost our central AC when rain caused flooding. We called the office and someone came out in a timely manner to assess the damage. They worked with our insurance company in which we were issued a check for a new system. We decided to go with ductless AC. They were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards.     I recently had my water heater break which caused a flood in my furnace room. As a new home owner and woman with no hot water, some of the other estimates were astronomical and sale tactics were used to try and take advantage. Ryan gave me a fair estimate and did not try to take advantage but even offered me all of the information I needed. I was treated fairly and his service was exceptional. The office staff was so nice and welcoming. I will for sure be using Laverty Plumbing and Heating for any household service I need in the future.

    Ryan and his team have been great! We were having an issue with our central heat intermittently failing to turn on when the temperature dropped, and sometimes blowing cold air when we tried to reset things.Austin came out and listened patiently while I explained the issue. He then diagnosed the issue (a dirty flame sensor) and showed me the part. He explained what it does, why it wasn’t working, and what he needed to do to fix it. He then serviced the unit and patiently answered some follow-up questions I had. The unit works perfectly again.Really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism!

    Our 75 gallon hot water heater failed on a Saturday, leaving us with no hot water. I telephoned Ryan and he responded to my home within a short time and installed a tankless water heater.     I ended up calling Ryan after initially calling another company to come out and look at our central AC unit, we had no air flow coming through our vents, even though the condenser was running. Well the first company we called came out and looked at it, gave us his assessment of the issue, but said it would probably take two weeks to get the parts, possibly longer. I called this company the next day, to see we’re we stand on getting the parts, they had no answer. I called Ryan, they came same day, my AC unit was up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company, very honest and very fair when comes to pricing. I will absolutely use this company again, my furnace is going to have to be replaced, which I already knew it’s almost 20 years old, I will definitely be using Ryan Laverty plumbing heating and cooling, thanks again!

    Recently had my hot water heater replaced by Ryan Laverty Plumbing, Heating, Cooling(Brick N.J.) I’m pleased to say they exceeded my expectations! My initial call was handled by Carrie who was very responsive and pleasant, she patched me through to one of their technicians, Wyatt, who guided me through some steps to ignite the pilot light which proved to be unsuccessful. After Carrie consulted with their Plumbers she texted me after 5:30 pm to tell me they recommended replacement of the water heater due to age( over 15 yrs.) and the fact that they were unable to help me get the pilot to ignite. Early the next morning Joe and Rich showed up and apologized that they were unable to get my hot water running yesterday. They were very friendly and pleasant and had my new Hot Water Heater installed and running in no time. They did a great job and left the work area neat and clean. I called Ryan Laverty Plumbing Heating and Cooling, within five minutes Ryan (the owner) returned my call and within another five minutes Ryan and another technician were at our house. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. We have used other companies in the past and have paid or received quotes with astronomical prices for simple solutions.     UPDATE! The company was subcontracted by a real Estate investor in 2020-2021. They did the plumbing and HVAC on the house we purchased in Jan 2022. (1st owner of newly renovated place; It was a flip completely renovated 2 bedroom , 2 bath.) The AC system was new when the install took place. Our inspection obviously was in early Jan and the inspector told us he didnt want to turn on AC because it is 30 degrees outside and didnt want to damage the system. Fast forward to June 2022, when we needed to put the air on , the system kicked on but there was no cold Air. I called a local HVAC company , they came out that day and did their testing. They stated there was a leak in the suction and liquid lines going into the handler right were the soldering joint is and there is no refrigerant left. The cost was $270 for that company to come out and diagnose. They quoted me a ridiculous price to fix. I called my realtor, explained the situation, she got the seller involved as well. After a few weeks of back and forth (me, agent, seller and Ryan), Ryan Laverty HVAC and Plumbing decided to come out a take a look. Ryan was completely thorough in his inspection and found no leak. He had to fill the system up with refrigerant. (not sure where it went in the first place, maybe stolen?) Once filled, system was blowing out cold air and worked as it should. We are forever grateful that Ryan come out to our home. ( after the sale of the home, expired contractor warranty and out of his service area).. The lesson I learned from this experience is to get a home warranty regardless if it is new construction or not. Get safeguards in place before you get to closing.

    Beautiful installation of our problem dishwasher that had been badly installed twice before. We had Ryan Laverty Plumbing out to do an uninstall and reinstall of a dishwasher that had been messed up twice when someone else tried to install it. Randy and Wyatt arrived promptly and offered to take their shoes off. Let me tell you, the last 2 installations made a huge mess through my entire house that took me quite some time to clean up. They put down a clean canvas to work with and were incredibly well prepared with all of the tools and parts that were needed. On the prior bad installations, the previous installers had to run out to Lowes and Home Depot looking for parts. Our dishwasher was a difficult one in that it didnt really fit and needed to have the 2 x 4 at the rear of the cabinet notched out for the wheels. Of course Ryan and Wyatt had a saws-all handy with the right blade to quickly, and neatly, take care of it. They even used a wet/dry vacuum so there was no mess for me to clean up. They installed the dishwasher and it looks beautiful. Perfectly leveled and flush. I am so happy that Im going to call them for my new range and microwave! I absolutely love these guys. I cant imagine why there wouldnt be all 5 star reviews, but I can very highly recommend them.
