From the moment I called for help, Rick and his team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency, completing the installation within 12 hours of my initial request.Ricks attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. He provided a comprehensive package that included a 15-year, 100% parts and labor guarantee, and a 10-year annual drain and flush service.     This is at LEAST my third time using this company and this time was for plumbing. Same EXCELLENT service as the electric division. I called at 7 am while doing renovations on the house that we bought last year and I finally got to this extra bathroom that has a Jacuzzi in it and I discovered that it was leaking so I called for some back up ! It was not an emergency, but he was here in under two hours from when I called and he fixed the problem with minimal fuss. I did not have a contract with them for plumbing but now I do. Kevin Horvath was Who they sent and I could not be happier. He explained options and was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I really hit pay dirt with this company as far as finding a bunch of highly skilled motivated professionals that don’t come in rushing but get what you need done in a fast and courteous fashion . They also give you a time that they’re going to show up and they keep that time. That to me is worth more than the price of the repair sometimes, to be honest. Sometimes my day is not my own and I need things to go off when they are supposed to and you can schedule these guys in and still have the rest of your day to handle your business because they will show up when they say they’re coming. It’s like a MasterCard commercial, that part is priceless.! Highly recommend these guys.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came through in the clutch. Wife accidentally let a magic eraser go down the toilet while cleaning and clogged it up. We had Gary Waters as our tech and he was very professional. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and even had a plan B if plan A didn’t work. He let me know exactly what the price would be before he started the job. He was great. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a great efficient plumber that is local. 5 out 5.

    I needed to have a toilet replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technician, Rick, was friendly and courteous, and popped on shoe covers before going into the house. He explained the options clearly, including price and warranty and we scheduled the installation in two days. Rick completed the removal and installation within an hour. Everything went very well. He cleaned up the area thoroughly and was pleasant and cheerful through the entire operation, even while carrying a toilet up or down the stairs. I would definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for another job and would recommend their services to anyone.

    I’m writing on behalf of my mother. She recently had a water filtration system installed. She used Ben Franklin plumbing years ago and chose them again. This time she was dealing with Rick. He’s was very professional and friendly. He explained in great detail about the filter system. There was a slight issue that occurred with the Bill(nothing major) Rick came out to my mother’s house and explained everything and corrected it. Which made her extremely happy (which makes me happy, if you know what I mean). My mom is 83 and worries about everything, except using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.     I had a laundry sink pump issue in a very tight space in my bar located in the basement. Jamie came arrived. Promptly was very courteous and very professional, and he tested the electric first and then went in this tiny place to take apart the pump and the pump container and all the piping and found out what the issue was found the parts necessary went and picked up the parts and completed the entire job in one day. this was the first time I ever used Ben Franklin and because of Jamie McAuley I will hire your company again.

    I recently installed new counter tops in my kitchen I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my service tech Rick Walsh showed up promptly and ready to work he was very professional and informative he entered my home with his Booties over his shoes he assessed my service needs and gave me a price for the job and I accepted his pricing he completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned his work area I highly recommend Rick and his company.Rick Walsh just finished another repair for me A main shutoff valve he noticed was leaking on his last service call (above) the price was reasonable and was completed to my satisfaction he also was able to sell me a service contract Rick is a professional polite and knowledgeable tech a credit to your company.

    I am extremely impressed with the prompt service we received today from Nick Gallicchio along with Jamie McAuley and the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team!! Our electric hot water heater had to be replaced. I contacted them and within about 45 minutes Nick was at our house and evaluating the situation. He made the arrangements to have a new water heater delivered and Nick and his team installed it. We are very grateful to have hot water again!! Thanks also to the whole team who came out to our home today. Highly recommend them.So they needed to come back out and do something additional to our water heater.     Chris really helped us out! My wife and I just bought a house in South Toms River. Of course there were some unexpected plumming issues. It looks like the past owners friend did some of the plumming, if you know what I mean. Chris corrected the plumming nightmare and replaced the hot water heater along with a couple of other things. He helped prioritize a few other things thatll need to be worked on in future but at least got me up and running in the meantime. Ill definitely be asking for Chris next time I need a plummer!

Technically what I wanted was a Two man job but also , it was hard for him to find someone that was willing to work the day before a holiday weekend, let alone someone who wasn’t busy already. The Plumbing technician that was at my house had the knowledge to do it and knew my situation so he agreed to do it and promised me he wouldn’t leave until my condo had hot water. He stayed till 11 o’clock at night. He was in a jam so he helped. I will always be grateful to Rick and the BFP company for having a work ethic that helps their customers. I’m happy to say that we never ran out of hot water once! And we were all grateful to take extremely hot showers all weekend. So thank you so much much Rick and BFP!

    I called Benjamin Franklin in the afternoon, the next morning Erik came to the house to examine our old water heater; that afternoon he returned and installed a new one. Erik was very friendly and informative, and did a great job with the installation. Thank you!(Rust stain on the floor in the photo was from the old tank...yes, it was time to get a new one!)

    All the people I spoke to at Benjamin Franklin plumbing were knowledgeable and professional.I had a water leak on my front yard. Kevin and his assistant neatly, and I emphasize neatly, did the job. They saw cut a portion of the sidewalk and removed it. Cut the sod and placed it on the side, dug a 4 foot hole, repaired the leak and back filled, replaced the sod and roped off the area. All in one day. Outstanding! In 2 weeks the sidewalk will be replaced after the ground dries out.They charged a fair price. From my point of view, you cant go wrong hiring this company. They are the best!

    I had all my toilets overflowing at midnight. In an emergency situation with an elderly total care parent with dementia, I called the first 24 hr. company listed for my area, which was Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.The phone service answered immediately and listened to my complete story and concern without rushing me off the line. I actually spoke with a person and not a robot. How refreshing is that. She documented all my concerns, especially having an elderly parent with dementia to care for and needing working toilets. They dispatched technician, Nick, first thing in the morning. He installed two new toilets, a new faucet that had a continual drip, had the pipes inspected and flushed and everythings back to better than normal! Nick is very professional, thorough, proficient, explains things in detail, answers all questions and doesnt leave until 100% satisfied with the job. He finished all his work on the same day. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to everyone! I am extremely satisfied with their service! Thank you, everyone!
