    I had a lovely experience with Wilson for an electrical issue. I found a loose and decrepit outdoor outlet near my garage on Wednesday afternoon when mowing my lawn, and the team at Wilson was able to send someone out immediately the next morning.Michael Washelewski came to diagnose the issue, and he was able to kill off the connection and remove the problematic outlet immediately, which I was grateful for due to its state. He then scheduled another electrician to come and replace the outlet for me. Dylan Weygandt was the one to do this, and he quickly installed a new, compliant, safe outdoor GFCI. I also last minute asked if they could help install a smart floodlight I purchased, and he was able to do that for me also which I was extremely grateful for. Both of these team members were amazing and made a stressful issue a breeze to deal with.My only critique was that the price could have been just a smidge less, but it didnt seem unfair either. That being said, the service I received was excellent and made me good paying that price and for the quick turnaround in service and in feeling like a true priority. Will be using Wilson again in the future!

    I woke up one morning to the unfortunate events of my Water heater failing, With water leakage on the surrounding floors and cold water in the faucets andshowers. I called Wilson. Plumbing heating and cooling and electric, and a technician came out, letting me know that this needed to be replaced and was not repairable. The next morning. Rob came out with a new heater and got the job done. He encountered some technicalities with which he maneuvered excellently and professionally And I am very thankful for his timely and professional and competent completion of the job, now I have warm water everywhere. Cheers!

    Allen and Dillon were extremely professional and knowledgeable to address the outside meter damage from the storm along with upgrades to my interior panel.     I have lived in my house for 27 years and I must truly say this hire was the most pleasant, smooth, and professional installation experience I’ve ever had. James installed 3 outdoor light fixtures and 2 outdoor outlets. He listened to my concerns and paid attention to the details I wanted. He told me exactly the order in which he would proceed and went about his work neatly and efficiently. He spent extra effort to get one fixture perfectly straight since the mounting paid was at an angle and then caulked around the fixtures and outlets extremely neatly and only when he was sure the solar sensors were working. If I owned a business he’d be my most valued employee. Don’t let his youth fool you, this nice guy’s a pro!!!

    Wilson Plumbing was professional, prompt, on-time, and no change in the estimate vs the final amount I paid. I changed the bathroom knobs, faucet, and the showerhead as there was a small drip even after closing the water. I always get nervous with plumbers potentially charging extra or saying something different on the day of the job. But the staff were friendly and always responded to my phone calls. They actually waived the visiting fee as a promo, which was really nice, and they gave me a number of options with different designs, with and without their membership (which comes with discounts and annual tune-ups). Once I made a choice with the quote, it stayed exactly the same. They always let you know who is coming to your house with a picture and full name of the plumber, and give you a courtesy call like 30-40 min ahead of time. I think this is very considerate of them for the customer. For both estimate and the actual job, both plumbers came right on time (it was two different people). Also I was initially told that the job will take 5-6 hours, so thats what I had told my Property Manager for the water shut-off. Adam, however, finished it in like 2 hours (for the part requiring the water to be shut off for the whole building), and was extremely experienced. This helped to minimize the inconvenience to my neighbors. He even checked one of the common valves for me and told the Property manager (who was on site) that it may need replacement as it serves mutiple units. I felt that Adam took the job more than as a job, and he really cared about the safety of his customer as well as those in the building. The final payment I made was exactly same as what was originally quoted, the water drip was gone, and the whole job was finished before noon. The only thing to mention is that they had to remove part of the wall to access the pipe from behind and they dont do wall replacements. They did try to minimize the size of the square hole. Just mentioning for future buyers/customers, so they are aware of this. Otherwise Im happy with the service from Wilson: it was hassle-free. Would recommend and I would get service from them again.

    Had to have some camera work to help diagnose a lingering problem with our storm water. Antonio and his partner were very thorough regarding all possible scenarios plaguing our basement and were transparent through the entire process. I look forward to working with them and their team in the future should we need it.

    Robert & Dustin did an absolutely fantastic job of identifying, talking me through, and addressing what needed to be done with my plumbing and installed my new tankless water heater quickly—even accommodating my very crazy schedule!!     I had a tankless water heater installed. Very professional and competent job done well by the entire crew. Everything looks great. They were in and out and the area looks great!     Hithem “Nate” and Sherman did a great job installing my tankless water heater. Nate called me with an ETA and they showed up at the scheduled time. They spent all day ensuring a neat installation, answered all my questions, and left the workspace neat and tidy. Really nice guys who take pride in their work.

    Greg was punctual, personable, and helpful in his service call for routine maintenance on our air conditioner. He carefully checked both the indoor and outdoor elements of the unit, explaining any issues he found. He kindly explained to me how Id installed my air filter incorrectly and why it needed to be reversed. He went over elements of the outdoor unit and explained why he felt a certain part needed replacing while another part, which had minor wear, did not need replacing since it was functioning perfectly fine. The charge for the work was very reasonable.I am very satisfied with Gregs courtesy, the work he did, and all other aspects of my interaction with Wilson Heating and Cooling.

    This is the first time Ive ever written a review but I was impressed with Efren, the driver that came to clean my septic system. He did a thorough job and went out of his way to correct some paperwork issues. Also very happy with the Wilson Plumbing Company for resolving things quickly. Efren was very courteous and professional and easy to work with. Its nice to know there are still companies out there that have people that are courteous and respectful of other peoples property. I would recommend the Wilson Plumbing Company and will use them in the future

    Everything went super well! From the diagnostics to the installation of the new water heater, it was seamless. The father/son duo that helped me through the process were great. All my questions were answered and the heater was installed on a Saturday. They accommodated me as Im a teacher. A little pricey but I was in a pinch.

    They are very professional. From customer support to the technicians. I received a quote from the plumbing , heating, and electrical. I almost fainted when told me the prices. They were all great special Sangam who i had the pleasureto meet. He covered more than plumbing. When he came the second time, he took his time to make sure that the work is done properly. He gave me suggestions about things that steel needed to be fixed. I didnt feel no pressure to work with the company. Thank you for being patient with me, because he repeated himself couple of times.     Tony Pace and Jimmy Ciotola installed our entire heating and air conditioning in our home. Over the past 2 years we have been remodeling a home that was built in the early 1970’s. We have worked with many sub contractors and found them to be the best crew we have ever had. They showed up on time, were very polite and courteous, excellent workmanship, took the time to show us how to operate both units, and best of all did a great job cleaning up and removing all of the old equipment. I would definitely recommend Wilson Plumbing and Heating to anyone they are very well organized and well managed. Kodos to Tony and Jimmy they are definitely Wilson’s A team.

    I called Wilsons to replace my kitchen faucet when it broke and started leaking in the underneath of the sink causing black mold to form all over the walls. I really wasnt sure what the next step was but I ALWAYS call Wilsons since I bought my home. They have somebody to cover literally every problem. My tech was John Cistone and he was great, real kind and exceeded my expectations. Think he even cleaned my drain while he was finishing up the job.

He ensured a replacement could be installed within hours.Our second technician David, who was our primary technician for the install, had excellent in home customer service skills. Jimmy and Greg did a great job - I appreciated the explanations. They took care to replace all the old valves and such as well, and it all looks great. Frank did amazing work replacing two lights and completely redoing the wiring on a doorbell that had never worked. Everything looks great and works perfectly! The jobs got done in no time and even included a careful cleanup of wood shavings and debris. Finally, the work cost less than HALF of what I was quoted from another company. Would definitely recommend and will use again for any future electrical work.

    Jason was the technician that came to service my hot water tank. He spent a lot of time explaining my options for a new one. I don’t have a lot of time left with this one. I appreciated how he let me know he couldn’t do anything about my water pressure because it would cause my water tank to crack and release water due to previously installed components that were not up to code and not working correctly. He spent a lot of time looking and analyzing how this was installed and what needs to be done correctly and most importantly up to code!     This business does it all right. From the friendly professional voice on the phone to the knowledgeable technicians in the field.Have been using Wilson to service our apartment building as well as our personal home and wouldnt use anyone else.Brady Costigan gave our furnace its yearly check up. Hes a real pro and a great ambassador for Wilson.HVAC, Plumbing, drain, or electric... They do it all.

    Called 2/23 because my main sewage line was blocked. They told me Jason would be out the next day between 8am-12pm. He showed up 2/24 around 8:45am. He was extremely professional And friendly. he informed me that my main line was full of roots, and got straight to work. All in all it took about an hour I’d say. When he was done he showed me what the issue was (roots and baby wipes) I paid (they are very fair) and he was gone. I highly recommend using Wilson, and I most certainly will be in the future

    Had a problem with my central air conditioning not cooling. Dusty, the technician diagnosed the issue. He was professional and very detailed in his explanation of the issue and just an all around nice guy. My husband and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    We recently bought a new house and we were not getting hot water from our kitchen sink nor our first bathroom shower. The technician Nathan W. was thorough and found the problem was an easy fix. He also welcomed us to the area, gave us some great tips on how to maintain our homes plumbing health as new home owners, and also gave great recommendations on things to see in town!
