He was fast and proficient and make sure to explain as he was working. Our AC drainage is connected to a sink and had clogged causing our AC not to run. Was so grateful he could fix it on the spot and was confident on his work. He even went the extra mile to wait a few minutes and make sure nothing leaked and nothing clogged back up. Roto router was the only plumber that had a 75 foot snake which is what we needed to clear our clog. They came within a few hours of my initial call. The technician was very polite and efficient. One of the seals broke on a pipe when it was tightened so rotor rooter sent out a plumber to fix it at no charge. I would highly recommend this company for clogged drains and customer service.

Very happy with the service - the main line backed up late in the evening, so we called and were able to get an appointment within a certain block of time. We received a call a while later that tech was available and would be there in 30 minutes. Steve the Tech showed up as scheduled and went right to work and got us up and working quickly. He was also kind enough to check our tub that wasn’t draining real well and plunged it for us. Overall very happy with the service and price - I thought it was very reasonable based on the job and late call.I wanted to provide an additional update. We had another issue shortly after the first visit and the techs used a camera and determined that we had a collapsed connection at the main sewer line and a broken pipe with root intrusion under the house. My thanks to Matt Soranaka, Christian Jordan and Al (trainee) for their work to find the issues and provide options for the repairs. We decided to have both areas fully replaced and felt the price was fair given the amount of work. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They contacted our neighbors for permission as well as having the utility folks come out to mark the property - no hassle for me. I also wanted to thank the crew who did the actual work and repairs - Giovanni, Reynaldo, Mario and Elias - they worked hard and got the work completed early. Overall this was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Roto Rooters services. Thanks

He did an excellent job cleaning out the outdoor drainage line. He informed me of the characteristics of my clean out lines. He made sure the shower, commodes were free of blockage before he left. I was 200% satisfied!The second technician came out and ran a camera down my drainage line. He allowed me to view the crud in my drainage line along with the dips in it. This is our second time using roto rotter and they were responsive and professional. We were having a issues with both sides of our kitchen sink filling up with water. The third time happened over the weekend, of course, we were tired of waiting on our landlord so we called roto rotor cause we used them last year and was happy with their service. We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get a technician on a Saturday but we did. Besides the technician being courteous, professional, and answering all of questions, i like that when you call them you get a real person on the phone.

My shower became clogged and water would not drain. Water also rose up in the toilet… I have a Contract with a home warranty co., however it would have taken 24-48 hrs for them to come out. I opted to call Roto-Rooter and requested service. There was a very professional and knowledgeable technician who showed up within 2 hrs…. ( on Labor Day)! :) He promptly analyzed everything involved and set about cleaning out the main clean out drain outside the house. In short order he had all drains flowing again. I am over the too happy with this company!!
