Been using Blackmon for years with plumbing issues but this time they installed new whole house generator and they did not disappoint!! Fantastic service as always and they were right on top of this generator installation. Done in a very short amount of time to perfection. Thanks to Shane, Chris and Scott for all the hard work. If I miss anyone on the install that maybe came when I was not there thank you so much! I had my kitchen faucet replacement last week and am very satisfied with Blackmon’s services. They only charged me one hour labor at a very reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me $195-$295 (Gxxxx Slam, MxP, Chxxxx) for just replacement. The technician was very friendly, unfortunately I don’t have his name. I highly recommend them and will use them if needed. Of course, hope they can keep this good business philosophy and culture.

The folks at Blackmon have a customer first attitude. They do what they say and say what they do. Michael came by after the job was completed to double check that all is well. 5 plus stars are earned and their business deserves to be the first you call. The mark of a superior company is...what do they do if something goes wrong ? Well Ill tell you what they did after one of their installers slipped off the tiny attic platform and punched a hole with his leg poking through the drywall ceiling ! Fortunately the unlucky fellow was not injured. Upon Michael notifying the shop Mr. Blackmon sent out a drywall installer and painter and the very next day the hole was patched with new drywall and texturing. Their painter upon seeing the color of the paint I intended to use, went over to S-W with a piece of the ceiling and returned providing the correct color selection.I know quality workmanship being a retired electrical fabricator of 46 years experience. In addition they repainted not just the patched area but they went beyond and blended the entire section of the ceiling (330 sq ft) to match ! That is incredible example of forward thinking on Shanes professionalism. NOT SORRY, for the wordy reference, Blackmon is worth it !Bob Lustig 9/14/2020

I had a wonderful experience with Blackmon Plumbing. I started using Blackmon Plumbing after I learned of the owner, Shane, helped fix an elderly gentlemans plumbing problems for free. I wanted to support this company who does kind acts for people.I recently had a toilet replaced and another toilet repaired at the same time.A gentleman, whose name is Dylan, arrived right on time. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker! We have a two-story house and he was working by himself that day. He had to haul an old toilet down the stairs and a new one up the stairs, which was no small feat! He never took a break or stopped working from the minute he arrived.I give 5 Stars to Dylan and Blackmons Plumbing!

I found a leak in my attic. I attempted a repair with no avail. I contacted Blackmon and spoke with Brett. I am always supper cautious and skeptical about after hours repairs. Brett walk me through the process in which I shared photos of my problems. He told me exactly what it would take with timeline. Brett arrived on scene and executed to exactly what he said. Brett was 100% upfront and honest and delivered on exactly what he said he would do. The quote was right on target and I’m glad I made the decision with Blackmon.

I had a couple of questions regarding quote, so Mr. Blackmon came out to look at job and make sure no additional work was necessary. Set up appointment to change out hot water heaters the next morning. Technicians arrived promptly and were friendly, courteous and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Price to replace hot water heaters was very reasonable! Our home experienced a backup issue with our master toilet, shower and our secondary toilet in our living room. As homeowners, we are very hands-on and typically fix things ourselves but even with our 50-ft consumer power snake we werent able to shake the clog. I called Blackmon plumbing mid-day (about 12:30 pm) in hopes to being squeezed into the schedule but knew it was not likely but wanted to be hopeful. Laurie answered promptly and was very helpful and offered to consult the owner on options since their schedule was booked up for the day. They called back a bit later with a last minute cancellation and by some miracle, we were squeezed in. Daniel, our plumber, was prompt, courteous and professional. He assessed the issue, provided a solution and even gave us tips on how to prevent something like this happening. We would definitely use Blackmon plumbing again and would refer to those we know.

I had a plumbing emergency first thing in the morning but had to wait until any business opened. I had read reviews on nextdoor and blackman was rated as the best. I called at 7 when they opened and was greeted with kindness, bubbly personality and outstanding professionalism! They were able to squeeze me in as one of their first calls and it only took 30 mins! Travis was amazing with my dogs, patient and understanding, gave me a heads up the piece I needed was going to cost extra, and didnt mind my messy room (spring cleaning). I was charged a lot less than expected for a job that ended up making my shower work the best it has in years!

We met with the owner Shane who was was very professional and upfront. They delivered quality work at a fair price. Quality is important to us since it clearly wasnt to our builder Meritage Homes. We were on a time line for our project and Shane delivered! His crew and sub contracted tilers were all professional and respectful, which I was very thankful for. Blackmon did a complete bathroom remodel and replaced our rusting water heater along with installing a water softening system. The remodel included shower, floor and full floor to ceiling wall tile, countertops, all new fixtures, toilet, ceiling fan and new mirror, light and towel bar install. He offered to paint as well but since I love to paint, I did that myself. We are very happy with the services we received. Our bathroom is beautiful!
