    Truly, unbelievable...... I needed an item in 2 days and nobody had one so I call Escon and they put me through to Darrell, he didnt have one either. So he said he would go in early the next day and make one for me!!!!!! (unbelievable) Now I was working the next day till 7 and they close at 3 ......Oh did I mention I live about 60 miles from them? So Darrell called me Friday and said it was done. I said great but I cant get up there till after they close so I said Ill pay for it and just leave it by the building and Ill pick it up when I can...... He said just a minute and came back and said there was an employee named Alyssa that lives down kinda by me and would drop it off at my house......... Cant believe how these two went out of there way to help...... I cant thank you enough......Considering how the world is, it is VERY nice to know these two cared enough to out of there way to help me!!!!!Thank you so much...Tom Brunette

    First off the generator has performed at the 5 star level! Our technician who visited 5/2/24 was exceptional. He was courteous and professional. He answered all questions patiently and was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our choice to install a Generac generator with Escon Power Solutions. Over the 3+ years they have provided the service as promised.
