I would not hesitate to call Bay Valley Electric. Cory was professional and very determined to diagnose the problem, and offer solutions in difficult situations and old houses like mine. It took a bit of time, but he found the problem and fixed it. Great to work with!

This is a great company to have electrical work done for you. They came out and quoted work when they said they would (hot tub install and generator hookup), and had quote emailed to me very quickly. Showed up on time to get the work done in the amount of time they said they would. Highly recommended!

Excellent, timely work - 100% honest and trustworthy. He stands behind his work and their office communication is always spot on too. Very fair pricing.Dustin was a hard worker and dedicated every day, always busy from start to finish each day, friendly and courteous of showing up on time. This guy worked alone every day in the cold and did his job attentively just as if the boss was always watching! Good guy!A power surge took out 95% of my ceiling fixtures and I needed a whole new panel and wiring brought up to code - across the basement, main floor, attic, and exterior - their team went above and beyond to accommodate! Very knowledgeable - they are a female owned company and ran by her and her husband. GO NU! Fellow Northwood Alumni! Proud to support local and support small business owners! They led me to a HUGE SELECTION of affordable lighting fixtures backed by warranties. They made it fun!

Im so glad a friend recommended Bay Valley Electric. It might sound cheesy but they should wear capes because they are my heroes. The amount of work we needed was small but they still treated me like a high value customer. Alex was professional and very good at explaining the work he was doing.Our outside outlets have not worked since weve owned our home and weve never been able to have Christmas Lights. Alex saved Christmas! We can now have christmas lights and im so excited. He was also able to fix our exterior light so I no longer have to go to work in the dark. He also checked on some safety concerns I had.They cleaned up after themselves, didnt leave anything undone, and even took the time to answer my four year olds questions. Very nice to work with. The office was also great at follow-up for scheduling our initial appointment and giving us a realistic time frame of when work could be completed. Call them!

They were on time, great communication between Consumers Power Co, which Bay Valley Electric set up for us, and the electrician! They took care of the permit as well. Cleaned up after the job and Cory followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!

Amazing Service! We had a new panel box put in with a generator switch. We also had a new electric pole put in. Beth and Corey they worked very well with Bay City Electric in getting everything scheduled and completed. They have an amazing team.

Twice we have used BV Electric. Both times they have exceeded expectations. Brought my Father in Laws shed from Cadillac after he passed. Cory got my wiring for it all set up. Had 2 lights that malfunctioned a few years ago(never had them fixed) and his new tech fixed it today!Getting new fixtures and 3 ceiling fans. I will call them to have it all installed next Spring! 😊

Light fixture fell out of the ceiling. Reached out on Sunday. I heard back immediately. Cory reached out, asked questions, and requested photos. He then walked me through the fix. Services were provided on Monday. Very professional and efficient!

Had a small kitchen outlet issue, and couldnt figure out what was wrong. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, and the electrician that came out (Jonah?) was efficient and super helpful. Will definitely be calling them the next time we need an electrician
