I was very lucky to already be in contact with Bs when storm peeled off a big branch, and the branch peeled the electric service off my home. I left a message the night of the storm, and early in the next morning they checked out the situation, speced what was needed and had John on site for repairs. New box was needed to be up to code, as well as moving meter outside. They got it all done in a day and a half, while being excellent communicators and very courteous. Outstanding customer service and excellent work. Ill be hiring them for more work soon.

Was first presented with flexibility on a time to meet with me that worked with my schedule and flexibility to make my project happen within a timely fashion. Really great service, very nice people. They answered all the questions I had, were always easy to get in touch with, did a great job changing our kitchen light fixture, adding in a new kitchen outlet, and even looked for a harder to find part that saved us from a very costly, time consuming alternative. I had a 1 minute visit that required pressing a small button on my outlet. And I was changed $112.50. This to me is quite outrageous. This is truly taking advantage of a senior citizen who isn’t versed in electronics. I will tell everyone I know not to use your service and I know a lot of peopleI just received a call from the general manager and he was most kind and understanding of my situation and we came to an amicable agreement which puts a whole different taste in my mouth about their company. Rollie was super nice when he met me, and he didnt change as the job progressed, even though it took a long time for me to finish the whole process. I was offered lots of options about how I wanted my garage wired. He listened to how I wanted to do things and was able to accomodate most of my ideas. Of course, if there was a code item that had to be met he made sure I understood that. His crew worked fast and did a good job. The price was very reasonable. Also, during the most important part, passing the inspection, he was available to quickly finish out the details and adjustments that had to be taken care of. I am very thankful for the good work as well as feeling that he or one of his workers could always be contacted when I had an issue or question.

This was our first time with Bs and we just had some electrical switches replaced. Update: had them out a second time to install a new outlet behind the stove after finding that the cord didnt reach the other outlet. Was able to schedule the visit promptly, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently! Very happy customer again!!Bs electric was quick to get me an appointment to fix my outlet problems. They arrived on time to the appointment, I really appreciated the text reminder that a technician was on the way! And Rollie was able to diagnose and fix my problem in an hour!
