    Vaughn was AMAZING! He has helped me for many home projects through water heater help when I burnt out a element and then when the HVAC stopped working and then again when the AC stopped working. His prices are incredibly competitive and the work quality is absolutely amazing! He checked in with us to ensure all things were working and he even gave us a tour of the equipment that we just had serviced.On a side note the children absolutely adored him and Alex the other amazing tech we had working our AC install. Then out of the kindness of there hearts, they dropped off a few hats for the kids to enjoy. I would recommend both Vaughn and/or Alex for any and all of your HVAC/Plumbing needs. I for one, will use no one else but Patriot Plumbing!

    I have used Patriot Plumbing on several occasions both for my home and my business. Extremely professional and good humored. They enjoy doing a job extremely well whether a small or large job. The first time I called them was to clean a clogged pipe to my septic. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a great attitude while they were doing the job. They are very punctual and if they are delayed they communicate with you so you are not left wondering when they will show up. I had two other companies look at my heating and air and do work on it at my business and none saw that the AC unit was freezing up and rusting out the furnace. Vaughn took about two minutes to realize the problem.I just had them replace the central air in my business and again they we extremely professional and were very aware of my customers and moving out of the way without having anyone asking them. They are fair, extremely honest and hard working. When Vaughn gives you his word you can count on it happening. If you are looking for plumbing, heating or air conditioning work you will not find anyone better. My only regret with Patriot is that I did not know of them sooner.

    Vaughn was very professional and friendly. He was efficient throughout the whole installation. He answered all of our questions and explained the process throughout everything. Overall we love our new furnace and would recommend Patriot to anybody with plumbing or heating/cooling needs.

    Its not very often that every person you work with at a business is as pleasant and professional as Vaughn, Alex, and Ben. I cant say enough good about their service. They had to snake the floor drain in our basement which isnt a clean job. They cleaned/washed the area when done, which I highly appreciated. Weve had more than one contractor weve hired leave the mess for us, one even stating Im sure you dont want to pay me my hourly cost to clean up. We will definitely use and refer Patriot again!

    I cannot express enough praise for Patriot! Vaughn and Alex are truly great and are hands down the hardest working HVAC team I have found. Throughout the past year, theyve quickly addressed all my personal and professional needs. Including putting a new furnace in my home. They have handled numerous issues with the short-term rentals I manage, I havent encountered a more diligent and skilled HVAC and plumbing team. Their responsiveness is unparalleled; theyve promptly resolved AC or heating issues within an hour or so- day or night. Professionalism, honesty, and comprehensive industry expertise define their service. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

    Vaughn and Alex provided awesome service with some great attitudes! We recently purchased a home and quickly found out we needed to replace our a/c and furnace. Alex explained the issue and the benefit of making the upgrade now vs. later. They worked hard (it was a bit of a project) to get everything done in a timely matter and for a fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As a cabin owner in the area they service but who lives out-of-state, I am immensely grateful to have found Vaughn as I know any plumbing issues that may arise while my cabin is occupied by vacation renters will be handled with zero stress to me.     Vaughn and Jimmy removed our old kitchen sink and dishwasher and installed a new sink and dishwasher. Then correctly rerouted the drains which had been improperly installed when our place was built. They did a great job handling some oddities of our old cabin. Clean, careful and thorough - we will use them for any plumbing or HVAC needs. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, reasonable price and communications (we received a text upon making an appointment and when they were on their way to our place)!

    Vaughn and Alex are fantastic! We had multiple issues arise at our lake home in a short period of time. They are always responsive, professional, and get the job done right. Vaughn even showed up on a Sunday, with his wife and daughter on their way home from church, when I frantically called him for help. In addition to fixing our gas on-demand water heater as quickly as they could, Alex and Vaughn also installed a whole-home water filtration system for us. We love these guys. But, please dont call them! We want to save them for ourselves!

    Great experience! Water heater went out last night and flooded a part of our basement. Patriot was able to come out the next morning and replace our water heater.     Needed someone to fix my work shop gas heater on January 2nd. Called all the local places but no answer. He called me back and said they were working and they could be over on fifteen minutes. They found the problem and fixed it promptly. Regulator was frozen. They only charged me for a service call no labor! Great guys. I will use them again!

    Vaughn is a very nice guy to have on your HVac / Plumbing side. He is fair and honest. He just finished a garage heater install and he got me the heater I wanted! He is fair on price! He continues to be my go to guy! Will work hard to go above and beyond to get you set up and running again! He seems to rather be the guy thats more interested in getting you back up and running properly, than worrying about the almighty dollar at hand. 5 star service.
