    Sure didn’t want to need a new central air conditioner and new furnace but it was time and Baxter Comfort Solutions made it happen without my needing to worry about anything! All the guys are super respectful and knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone! Check out the manual and paperwork holder they made and put on my furnace!!!

    I’ve lived in 5 different states over the years and this heating/cooling company is the best I’ve ever encountered! I appreciate the appointment text reminders that tell you who is your technician (with photo) and a real time tracking letting you know when they are on the way to your house. Our technician was kind, respectful, thorough, and took time to explain findings, as well as answer lots of questions I had about my heating system. I like that I got a detailed service report via email at the conclusion of the maintenance appt. Pricing was more than fair. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

    My husband and I are very happy with the staff and specialists at Baxter Comfort Solutions. We have had technicians come out for several different jobs:1) Our furnace stopped working due to birds shoving nesting material into the furnace pipe. They came right out and got it back up and running.2) Mice chewed through several wires in our air conditioning unit which resulted in the AC not working and the breaker scorching. They replaced the wiring and breaker, and plugged up the hole that the mice had used to get into it. Very reasonable pricing!3) We are finishing the basement. They added return and supply vents to a room, installed bathroom shower venting for us, and advised on how we could drywall around some existing air ducts.Shout-out to Orval! Hes come out for several of those jobs and is great to work with!

    BCS has fantastic communication via text and email. *Edit* I just got an email after service was complete and it includes the Tune Up report of everything that was done! I am so impressed!! Zack Watts was my service technician and he was very timely, courteous and efficient. I initially went into their office to set up an appointment, as I believe first impressions with office staff are extremely important!! The gal in the office was very friendly and helpful and did give a wonderful first impression of this company!! Zach followed up with a great interaction. Glad I signed up for their Comfort Club to get heat and air service and look forward to having them out to service the A/C in the spring!! Highly recommend!!!

    Great company to work with. Always professional and responsive. Zacc did a great job conducting a summer performance checkup on our AC unit. Zacc took the time to explain in detail what he had found during his inspection. BCS definitely stands behind their products with great service.

    Before the holidays, I had my furnace looked at for a second opinion. BCS was perfect. They gave me the real story with my system, pointed out actual issues with the previous service providers installation, answered all my questions, showed me how and why they were recommending these services, explained why my system didn’t need replacing just a little TLC, and left me feeling like I was with the right people. The service manager who assessed my system promised to be there at the job when they did the work, and he was, just like he said he would be.     We are very happy with our experience with Baxter Comfort Solutions. Orval Stier came for a thourough furnace check of our old system & found it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly & explained everything very well. We are very satisfied with the system we chose. It was installed the next day. The installers Mark & Noah were professional & very friendly. It was a challenging install, but they did a great job. We would highly recommend BCS!

    Orval was amazing. He came and had my air running within 10 minutes, if that. I kept him here for over an hour or better asking him questions. He explained how everything works, answered every question i asked without hesitation, was totally genuine and the service call and parts were very reasonable. Some companies will come do their thing and leave and not take the time like he did with us today. I do not have one complaint! He was the best and I cannot thank you enough!     Fantastic from start to finish! The ladies I spoke to in the office were great, Bryan was kind and gave me an HONEST assessment of what I needed and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need!     Found my go to team for here on out. Orval was able to fit me into his tight schedule and spent time to throughly investigate my issue after another technician had give me the ‘you need to replace the entire unit’ speech. Orval went through the system and found a plugged drain line causing the system to sputter and shut down. Orval was respectful and made sure he looked the unit over from top to bottom.Don’t look further than Baxter!!!

    BCS (Orval) came through for us once again in a time of need. On a Saturday night, Jan 6th, 2024, our carbon monoxide detector started beeping. Orval went way above & beyond to come out to us in blizzard conditions with -30-40 wind chills & lots of snow drifts & icy roads! He was able to probe all the registers & assure us there was no real problem. He installed 2 brand new detectors for us as ours was faulty. He was so kind & never acted put out & assured us he was happy to help. He stayed long enough to assure us everything was okay. Kudos to Orval. Cant thank him (& BCS) enough!!!

    When our air conditioner died during a heat wave, I knew that when I called BCS Id get a prompt and professional response...and I did! Within 24 hours, we had our air conditioner looked at, three estimates for replacement and an appointment scheduled to replace the unit. (Note: There were no high pressure sales tactics...we knew that our 20 year old system was on its last leg.) Mark and Noah did a fantastic job of installing our new air conditioner and furnace. We couldnt be more pleased with them and BCS. If you have any home comfort needs, I recommend reaching out to them!

    I really like Baxter Comfort Solutions. They have been very good to me as a customer and even when the weather is really bad they make an effort to keep their appointments. My geothermal unit is close to ten years old and Baxter Comfort Solutions installed and maintained the unit. I would recommend Baxter Comfort Solutions to anybody looking for a new heating and cooling unit.

    Being in the service business myself, I understand that equipment/appliances can fail for a multitude of reasons. While I was disappointed in the failure on a relative new piece of equipment, I was impressed by the service and communication during the service process.
