We had such a positive experience with Rays Plumbing. We had an aging water tank with some issues, and we had it replaced by Rays Plumbing. The technician (I think his name was Tyler) was thoughtful and explained everything. We will call Rays in the future for our next plumbing need. ***August, 2024-***True to my word, we had Tyler back for a faucet replacement-- again, professional, fairly priced, and well done. 5 stars again!

Saturday morning greeted us with a kitchen water leak. I called Rays and the phone was answered promptly. A highly qualified plumber was at my house an hour later. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repair options presented. Goodness do we appreciate Ray’s Plumbing—and Jake!—for the incredible service in truly a winter disaster. Pipe burst that led to our ceiling caving in. Jake was out in a matter of hours and repaired our pipes so we could turn water back on and not have to evacuate our house in the middle of this awful pnw storm. I had a leak in my garage from a broken upstream valve that I couldnt get to stop, and which was flooding my garage quickly. I called Rays on a Sunday afternoon, and someone picked up immediately. He talked me through my options, and even helped me get the water stopped on my own over the phone. Fantastic, quick service that saved a bad situation from getting much worse. I dont ever really write reviews, but they earned this one. Highly recommended!

Rays came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at what I believed to be a clogged toilet. The fix ended up being very simple and I only ended up paying the after hours trip fee. I contacted Rays about a leak I had in my bathroom faucet. They were very quick to answer my call, and get my on their schedule the next day. Jake came out on time,he even called when he was 5 minutes away, assesed the situation, described in detail what the problem was. He explained what he would do to fix the problem, was up front with cost, showed me different pricing, and gave me options. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner, he cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. He even volunteered to unhook my hose outside to prevent them from freezing in the winter. We discovered our water meter was running after receiving a high water bill. I called Rays at about 4PM. Spoke with Jeremy, who said they could have someone out the next morning. Tyler arrived at 830am. He was very professional and gave me the quote for diagnosis of the leak. He found the leak within a couple hours and worked until the repair was completed that same day. Tyler was very friendly, respectful and tidy. Cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Thank you Tyler! very pleased with Rays.

Had a blockage issue in my sewer line that I learned about at 9pm. Called and the tech was on his way. They give you upfront pricing on costs and let you know options. Very professional and friendly. Issue is still to be resolved but at no fault of the tech for trying until about 12am the next day. That being said, he did not leave until we where set to use basic functions, toilet, wah hands, limited dish washing and schedule to be back out at soonest possible to fix issue. Very pleased with service and looking forward to finalizing review.

We had a leak in our pressure tank on a Saturday morning. I called Rays who got me patched-up and running in a couple of hours. They had a permanent fix installed just a few days later.Ronald, who responded, was really knowledgeable and professional. And he had pre-printed pricing for everything, so I knew what the costs were going in and that they werent making it up as they went.On top of the great service we received for the pressure tank, we paid for an additional plumbing inspection. We live in an older house and know that there are probably things we should know about. The inspection was several hours and included a bunch of maintenance. It also provided us a great list of things we should look out for, budget for, and should get done.And while they were here they found another leak under the dishwasher in the kitchen that needed attention! We would have totally missed that if not for the inspection, and we were able to prevent a great deal of damage.I really appreciate that there was no upsell pressure regarding the inspection. It gave us a list of things that need to be done, and a list of pricing, but Ronald was great and there was no artificial pressure to do all (or any) of the work now. Some of these things I can do on my own. And what I cannot, Ill call Ronald for.

After struggling for a few hours with a leak and seemingly never ending water while trying to install a shut-off valve in my kitchen, I called Rays looking for emergency help. Jake was able to get to me in under an hour, at 11 pm on a Friday night after every other 24/7 plumber I called said Saturday afternoon was the earliest they could help me.Jake got everything squared away quickly with new fittings and a shut off valve, and made sure to walk me through what he did and why.Im not sure what I would have done without this help tonight, and I will definitely be using Rays in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

We experienced a major pipe breakage due to freezing pipes we discovered on Christmas Eve. I called local plumbers desperate as we had to shut off all of our water. The only plumber out of seven called was Jake who answered Christmas morning. Mind you he has a family of his own and came to our rescue and spent six hours to temporarily fix the pipe as it was extensive. It gave us the ability to at least have running water upstairs to shower. He and Rays Plumbings work ethic and commitment was a Christmas miracle for our family. As a result of their professionalism and fantastic work they performed, they have gained a lifetime customer.

On Saturday evening after calling all of the plumbers I have used in the past I tried Rays. Tyler answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was able to drive out to Woodland within 40 minutes. He was very professional and immediately got to work. He even went through the crawl space to fix the leak. He thought we might have to have the water off for our hotel guests for an hour. This awesome guy barely took 20 minutes to fix two hot water pipes. He was also nice enough to recommend a drying/restoration company since we had about 5 inches of hot water in our ceiling. Had a outside faucet that broke and was leaking after hours Called Rays and had a live person answer the phone right away. Impressive as you usually get a answering machine with most companies after hours Anyway after speaking to the rep we were able to just turn off our main water overnight and they had Matt come out the next morning. Thank goodness because when we started looking , yes the faucet was leaking but I had another pipe next to it in the house that was also leaking which could have ended up causing a lot of issues . Matt quickly fixed both problems. He was very professional , friendly and explained the job well. He ended up looking at a few other items and will be back in 2 weeks to replace our old water heater. Great service. I would highly recommend them . I also like that they are local.

We got a second opinion on a shower issue with Rays Plumbing today. Ronald came out and did such a thorough job of explaining the possible issue to me, looking at everything to make sure there wasnt another problem we didnt see, and even found and fixed another issue we had forgotten about. I felt so comfortable getting the work done with him, he described everything to me without being condescending or pushy. He even went over regular maintenance with me so we can be ahead of any major problems that may come up. Not to mention even with the other fix we added, we paid less than the original quote from the other plumber. I would HIGHLY recommend Rays to anyone looking to get work done!

We couldn’t have asked for better people to do our bathroom. The shower is everything we thought it would be and more! We received a call from our AirBnB guest that the pipe to the hot water heater was spraying water. We were stuck in traffic an hour away, and it was after 5pm. Thank goodness we found Rays online!!! We called from the highway, talked to technician Jake, and he beat us to the house to diagnose the problem. He explained the fix and the cost clearly, and was professional and courteous to our guests. He fixed the problem quickly. Ive got Rays saved in my contacts for future, and highly recommend them. We found them on the fly, but Im very happy to know they are lical and family-owned - bonus!They will be our go-to.

I had an after hours situation and Jake, who was on call that week, was very thorough and professional in both diagnosing and addressing my multi-part problem. He was good about going over all of the options and possibilities with me in a stepwise fashion and adjusting the quote as the situation changed. In the end, he only charged me for what he did and gave me some suggestions for improvements I could make that would reduce the need the emergency calls in the future.

Rays Plumbing completed a major repiping project for us. They replaced old galvanized pipes, installed a tankless water heater, reconfigured a washing machine drain and more. Their work is meticulous.They carefully planned the execution and the end product is a work of art, and functions perfectly. Colin and Tyler arrived early and stayed late every day in order to complete the job on time. They were a pleasure to have in our home. This is a highly professional group, with employees who care about their work and their clients. We feel secure knowing they are there to address any needs in the future.

On a Friday afternoon at about 2PM I called Rays Plumbing because an inline valve in my pump house needed replacement as it was leaking. Ron showed up at about 4PM. He completed the job at about 5PM by cutting the pipe , installing a new valve and reconfiguring the pipe using a synthetic pipe. He was professional and the job was completed quickly. The total cost for the 1 hour service , which included a $200 emergency fee, was 737.75. The going rate for this kind of work may be $476 and hour which is what I was charged but for this old man it was sticker shock. I was told that the work is guaranteed for only 30 days which I did not install a lot of confidence in me.

My water heater went out on a weekend - other places either didn’t answer or couldn’t come out for 2+ weeks! I called Ray’s Plumbing, Ronald answered and his response was “Yes, we can take care of you today!” I was so thankful that I called the next number - I had almost given up. Ronald was responsive, called when he was just a few minutes away and kept me appraised with what was going on and how much longer! Ray’s Plumbing is now our “go to” when we have plumbing needs! I can’t say enough good things about Ray’s! Call them - you’ll see what I’m talking about! You won’t be disappointed!!!
